It's hard to find a really good bowl of noodle soup. Some places make it too bland, too salty, or way too heavy on the MSG. This place, however, was a pleasant surprise. I ordered Mi Nam Vang (Egg Noodle Soup) for delivery yesterday and was very happy with it. I especially loved that the egg noodles didn't clump together in the container and were easy to separate. They were generous with the toppings, which is always a plus. I also requested to swap out the shrimp for other ingredients, and they actually accommodated it, which I really appreciated. Overall, the bowl was well balanced, comforting, and flavorful without being overwhelming. Definitely a solid option when you're craving a good noodle soup. read more

We ordered the special noodle they had on the board for less than $11. Not sure how long this price will last. The noodle soup was great, decent size, fresh topping and I liked the broth. A mom and pop restaurant tucked in a corner of the plaza. My bf and I discovered it and thought we give it a shot. Tried their hu tieu Nam vang and egg noodle with beef stew. Yikes we ordered special rice noodles soup dry and it was disappointing. The shrimp that came with the soup has black spots on the shell which meant the shrimp was old. I'm very particular about this particular dish, because even though it seems so simple, it's honestly hardly done right. I ordered take out online and unfortunately was stuck in a ton of traffic on my way here. They were so kind and called to check in on me to make sure I was alright and didn't forget about my food. Pick up was super quick and easy, the servers were so nice and friendly, and the food was still hot when I got home 30+ later (and this is on top of the 1 hour it took me to get there).
