I had a really bad experience with them, they replaced a glass and said do not touch for 24 hours. Then I had a different worker who came to discuss the window from another company, and he said, look the frame is broken. There was also glue on the window that had to be cleaned. When we cleaned the window, we could see that in both areas it is scratched. But that was a new glass. I reached out to the owner, and after several days he said, that he was sick. He said he would check it out, and then his girlfriend called me to say he left for emergency surgery. I felt bad, but was closing on the house and needed them to step yp. A worker who was using his cell phone said that they couldnt help me, and I probably scratched it. I threatened to tell the owner, and he had a different worker to call me. He seemed so nice, came over, cleaned the glass, and you could clearly see it was scratched. I asked for a refund or something and he said he couldn't help me. Weeks went by and nothing. Last week I texted the owner Ryan, and he did not answer me. I emailed him, and had no answer. So you decide the professionalism of that. I would never trust them again. read more

Had Ryan(owner) replace a sliding glass door and he completely ruined the frame with his rubber mallet. I have at least 10 serious dents in the frame. He doesn't know enough to use a 2x4 to hammer back on the frame...really? I texted him pictures and he said, yes those are bad dents. Send me a label and I'll see if I can get that frame replaced..sounded fair enough, even though I am not happy. Well here we are...5 days later, no Ryan, no return text and of course my check was cashed within the hour! Superior glass and door and the owner Ryan Bober are dishonest thieves. One of their workers came to look at four windows I needed fixed in my home. After giving me a quote I gave them a check for $250 for parts and a down payment fir doing the repairs. After numerous stall tactics about special order and delays in shipping over a month has elapsed. Windows not fixed. They will not return phone calls. They will not return my deposit. If you do business with them you will regret it and possibly lose your money. Check the better business bureau for other complaints against them. If I could rate them less than one I would. Trying to get him back and/or to return phone calls was almost impossible. He scheduled two appointments with me and never showed or called, so I gave up trying. Ryan stated he would only charge $250 CASH or $300 for a check so I paid his brother Kevin CASH, did not get a receipt and less than a week later I called to have Ryan come back because we could not open the sliding glass door any more than 10". Ryan said he would come out this week. I have called and left messages- at least 6 since just after Christmas. No one has called me back and Ryan did NOT send me my receipt for the $250 CASH I paid him for a job that was done incorrect. Poor workmanship and pitiful customer service. Just fix the door or give me my CASH back so I can contact a reputable company. Ryan said he would fix the door- he has not and will not answer my call. DO NOT CALL OR USE THIS COMPANY. They deserve a 0 rating not a 1. They are not honest! Ryan, Chris and Kevin don't return calls. The only call we received was after a month to say the part came in and they booked an appointment to install it. I lost a whole days pay waiting for them to show up to do the job or call to say they were not coming to honor the appointment. The rep during the estimate visit took my parts off my window and left with them. Their message machine is usually on overload so they don't have to hear the complaints from unhappy customers.
