Charged us the day before she went out. Promised the report by the next day. Didn't deliver the report until 5 days later. Has caused us to have to move our closing date due to the delay. At least the report seemed thorough. So... thanks for that I guess. read more

Both times this guys flys off the handle in communications with my team during the process and the 2nd time he just disappeared after that. We sent him a text and he said he was going on vacation for 2 weeks. I texted again after 2 other appraisers were busy and said hey we have time on this one so can you do this when you get back and he said yes. I sent him al of the preliminary information the same day via email then followed up the very next day with the official order that came from my assistant. 2 days before the due date we send an email checking on the status and he send this communication copied directly from his email: You guys have blown my phone up over this deal for a month, even during my vacation, but still haven't provided an engagement letter that matches the contract, and haven't provided the repair estimate. In fact, everything I've been provided is conflicting information. Yet you expect a report in 2 days? Reassign this file to another appraiser, I don't operate like this! We sent a follow up email asking if he received the actual order or my preliminary and crickets.... he never responded. I saved all of the emails and texts for proof that we didn't blow up his phone for a month - I sent 3 or 4 text in normal communication to lock down the order.

When I brought in the clock they said it would be 5 months due to surgery on Steve. He sold his interest in the company last November. I was not consulted as to whether I wanted to take my clock back or leave it there. On January 6, 2006 I asked for a status report on my clock. Had to leave a message and asked for a call back. NO CALL. On January 8, 2026 They said they would call with an update. NO CALL. On January 8, 2026 They said the clock maker was bringing some clock back which had been repaired. Mine was not in this delivery. On January 13,2026 They said they would call with an estimate. NO CALL (they said my voicemail was not set up). On January 22,2026 I was given an estimate of $280.00 + tax and that it would be 3 weeks. Said their clockmaker was Black Bear Clock Repair in Kodak. On February 24,2026 had to leave a message about the status of my clock. NO CALL. They said they will contact the clockmaker for a states report. Said she will call me (ya, right!). Was unaware that oiling a mantel clock took 4 1/2 months. It has now been almost 7 months since I dropped off my clock - the new management has had it for 4 1/2 months. I am wondering if they even have my clock and are just stringing me along.

They dropped residue on the floor and burned places in the floor. They also damaged a hutch and knocked a hole in the wall at the same time. We had broken dishes, scarred, furniture, and worst of all the manager refused to talk to us for a long time. It was a nightmare of a move and we have moved several times. A few things were eventually repaired but not everything like the ceramic angels from our mothers' funerals that were beheaded. They were triple bubble wrapped and also wrapped withh other packing material and nothing else was in the box with them. There was too much damage to write here.
