It was $85 for taking out my ktips hair came out to $1,230 just to use my credit card was $39.45 SHE NEVER TOLD ME THAT !! I would have came back with cash !! Total $1,354.45 . I don't see the receipt till I get home on a Tex .. I'm thinking ok I'm upset about the credit card but I want to just get good hair good quality hair to last that's all I want. I'll just eat it ! So I go 5 days later or something like that for install. She said your hair is right there. It was on some kind of little table with wheels no package. I'm like ok I can trust her .. as she's installing them she keeps stopping and looking at her phone her friend's kids in some kind of competition so she keeps stopping and looking at videos on her phone while she's installing the extensions in my hair. She says my friends kid is in. I don't know some competition and I'm trying to be nice like oh that's cool. she even shows me a video. Then i'm like can you give me long layers in the front or just kind of blended in a little bit she cuts both sides, uneven like she's in a hurry to go and watch her friend's kid in this competition. I wanted a fresh cut of 3-4 inches off which we talked about at length, she even showed me where she was making her first cut and I approved. Then I noticed she kept hacking away big pieces and protested but she kept going saying she was only texturing and blending. Then when I told her it was getting too short she only shook her head and said wait in you see the back. My hair was past my breasts, I wanted 3-4 inches off. I don't think I was speaking in code!!! So why did she think it was ok to take off 8-9inches of my painfully slow growing hair?!?!?! She knew I was upset, she told me the price and I gave her 2 bills AND THEN SHE GAVE ME NO CHANGE AND TOOK IT UPON HERSELF TO KEEP THE REST AS A TIP!!! WTF?!?!?!
