Because our wedding was so intimate, we only needed photography for a short time, but you'd never know it from our gallery. She somehow documented every meaningful moment, the quiet in-between glances, the laughter with our families, the little details we didn't know we needed, and so many candid moments that perfectly captured the feeling of the day. Jenifer has such a calming, kind presence. She never made us feel like we were posing or performing for the camera. Instead, she let us simply enjoy our wedding while she worked her magic in the background. The photos are stunning - timeless, emotional, and so beautifully edited. Every time we look through them, we're transported right back to that afternoon. If you're planning a big celebration or a small, intimate wedding like ours, I can't recommend Jenifer enough. She made every minute count, and she gave us memories we'll treasure forever. We feel incredibly lucky that she was part of our day.

I needed to update professional headshots and got the package with makeup (well-worth it and a must-have I think) with Janelle as the make-up artist and Samantha as the photographer- a superstar team. Samantha was excellent, experienced, fast, and knew exactly what would look good on camera and captured everything I could ask for. Janelle did amazing makeup and was exceptional, making me feel very comfortable and listening closely to what I was hoping for and helped a lot with optimal styling of hair, makeup, etc. This is my third time to return to City Headshots...with the first two times working with Martin about 10 years ago. They have been really excellent all three times, and I would definitely go back again. The booking process and early communications are automated and streamlined. The experience in person is very tailored and personalized and the studio space in Midtown is easy to get to and has a nice comfortable waiting room. I feel like the photos really captured my authentic sense of self in a way that was both elevated and natural. So appreciative. I would return again without hesitation. Thank you!

I ended up choosing Enchanted because the price was good compared to the others. Now I understand why their pricing is lower compared to the other vendors. The photographer and videographer were nice and did their job capturing raw footage. However, I was under the impression that the photographer who attends the wedding would also handle the editing and Photoshop work, but that was not the case. Instead, the editing seems to be outsourced to a low-budget team, which was reflected in the quality of the photos. The corrections and retouching lacked professionalism and it show in the final results. This seems to be how they keep costs down, though it was never mentioned upfront--had I known, I would not have proceeded. The bigger issue is that because so much of the work is outsourced, there's no real communication or connectivity throughout the process within their teams, leaving me with disappointing results. They also didn't complete my short video properly. Random audio was assigned without my approval, and no one followed up with me. On top of that, their coordination was poor. Emails came from multiple addresses, coordinators were often "out of office," and updates felt random and inconsistent. Now they're even asking to fill out a survey in exchange for a $25 gift card. Your wedding photos and videos are some of the most important keepsakes of your special day. I regret not choosing a more reputable vendor, even if it meant paying more.

The portrait came with a cheap plastic piece that was not adequate for sticking onto the wall. My in-laws had tried to hang it several times but it fell and damaged the photo. Enchanted Celebrations refused to rectify the situation or send a new portrait. The price that we paid for the portrait was $213.25 and we would think that they would be more sympathetic or include a more sturdy piece for hanging the portrait. I wouldn't recommend ordering an acrylic print for the price or reaching out to management, Cheryl, with concerns. Further, Cheryl appeared confused regarding the acrylic and canvas prints when I tried explaining the difference between the two and how the acrylic print was the one that came with an unsuitable hanging mechanism. She kept saying that the canvas print had been checked thoroughly prior to shipping, ignoring what I was explaining regarding the hanging mechanism. I even offered to show them photos of everything but they were not interested in seeing them.

We're in California and weren't able to travel so everything had to be done at a distance--and my partner and I had a LOT of diverse requirements. But beyond that, let me just say they have been a dream to work with--flexible, communicative, enthusiastic and ready to do whatever it took to get what we needed. In particular, they worked in partnership with us, came up with great ideas, and worked with our vision. Their expertise in both interviewing and event shoots has been outstanding, and they have brought more to the project than we ever thought to hope for. I can't recommend them strongly enough. They are an AMAZING duo, extremely talented, and genuinely awesome people. They captured all of the important moments at our wedding with ease, and the entire family/wedding party photo session was stress-free and extremely efficient. Our photos are absolutely beautiful. It's been nearly two years (we're coming up on our 2 year anniversary - and I realized recently that we never left a Yelp review!) and we still have our photos proudly on display everywhere because the photos are both beautiful and fun. Cat and Al will produce timeless photos that you really want to keep on display forever - they do not feel stiff, fake, or overly formal like so many wedding photos we've seen from other photographers. More than any other vendor, BG Productions helped us nail down the timing of our entire day. On our first in-person meeting, they sat down with us and voluntarily helped us think through the schedule of events until we had everything worked out. We left that meeting incredibly excited, and also incredibly relieved to have finalized a task that had been causing us a huge headache. As a couple who was planning a weird wedding (steampunk themed), it was fantastic to have a photography team who not only understood the theme, but loves steampunk. Cathie and Al came in costume, so they fit right in with everyone at the wedding. We've had so many of our guests comment on how fantastic they were, and how much fun they were to have at the wedding. Lastly, Al produced a fantastic short video for our wedding that perfectly captured the essence of our big day. It was invaluable to have for family members who couldn't make it, and is something we plan to watch every year on our anniversary. We would highly recommend BG Productions to anyone!

We talked on the phone for about an hour and completely clicked - don't underestimate how important this is! Christina is basically a gem in the world of wedding photography. She doubles as a wedding planner. She had a whole schedule she sends you almost by the half hour for your wedding day. Its AMAZING. I really can't even explain how important it was to know how on top of it she was. She made sure I didn't see my groom before the ceremony - and never tried to push us to do a first look. On top of all this, the photos are amazingly beautiful. I wish I could post the photo of my husband when he saw me for the first time. Her second shooter, Jen, worked with my hubs and his groomsmen. The guys LOVED her. I think they wanted her to be a guest at the wedding more than a photographer. She managed to keep them all in check (not easy), produce AMAZING photos, and blend in like a guest. It should be noted that Jen also gets stains out of bridesmaids dresses :) Thank you thank you Nina Lily!!!

The large prints that we had made for the wall are delightful. But, I will say, I don't think she is worth the VERY steep price that she charges. Here's why: 1. She doesn't arrive until noon for an afternoon wedding. Or, you can pay more for her to get there earlier. Other photographers will give you the whole day. She missed a lot of photos I would have liked to have had of myself with my bridal party. 2. I think the photos she took of the ceremony were fairly mediocre, although the reception pictures were really good. She does a "photo journalism" style that's better than having all posed photos. 3. She has someone else create the albums, and that person hasn't a damned clue. The original mock-up of the album was bizarrely out of order, and if I hadn't fixed it, the album would be in a strange order. And, my mother was never given a mock up of the parent album, and hers WAS in a strange order. She complained about it, and Kate basically said "tough toenails" (I'm paraphrasing). I'd say this was a good experience in comparison with some of the photographers that my friends worked with. Most of the photos were really good--especially a great photo of me and my husband during a particularly absurd toast. But, for the price we paid for everything, I'm disappointed in some of the pictures that WEREN'T taken, and, frankly, more than a bit pissed off that my parents' album isn't what they wanted.

She isn't really looking through the lens unless she's videotaping herself take the photos. We felt drastically rushed. I was off because I fees off energy. Her energy was awful it put me in a bad mood. She ONLY TOOK FAMILY PICTURES. She left in a hurry. Told me she will have our sneak peaks in 24-48 hours. Our actual pictures in 14 days I try to be patient. I actually forget about the sneak peaks. I contact her at 14 days no answer. 22 days later multiple texts messages and comments on her page she finally answers. She told me I would get my pictures same day. Most of the pictures are blurry and have SHITTY FILTERS ON THEM. No editing at all. I blend in with the background. My fiancé face is damn near hidden in the sunlight. My son's hair looks crazy from her touching it. I personally have to edit my pictures myself which is fine because I can do that. I personally paid way too much money for a terrible experience. Getting ahold of her is like pulling teeth. So a full refund will never happen. I highly do not recommend. Nothing about that is professional at all.
