Also felt very safe as they buzz you in the front door and have plexiglass on top of all their display cases (Covid precautions). Once again, I didn't buy any jewelry from them. But I had them polish my platinum wedding band for an upcoming reception / photoshoot. The lady was friendly and told me the price upfront $10.80. She charged me $10 and it took them 5 minutes to make the ring shiny and appear new again. I know polishing platinum is prolly not a good thing repeatedly, but I plan on doing it just this one time. Anyways, I wouldn't hesitate to go to Kim Dao for all your jewelry needs.

It was a quiet Thursday afternoon and the cashier was able to meet with me right away to discuss my jewelry. She showed it to the jeweler, Mark, who was able to determine that the old clasp could be easily removed and replaced with a nearly identical clasp of the same sterling silver. He did the entire process in less than 5 minutes and the whole repair cost a very reasonable $10. This necklace has a great deal of sentimental value and I was thrilled to have it fixed with such speed and professionalism. I'll be sure to recommend Nulton to anyone who needs jewelry repaired.
