Birthday cake (small) with whipped cream
    Cleo G.

The ice cream shop is really cute, and they have a little train that can run around the ceiling. The flavor options are limited, but they do have quite a few toppings to choose from. I got their small (1 scoop) of birthday cake with whipped cream, and they gave me a LOT of ice cream. The whipped cream was cheap to add and deliciously creamy, and the ice cream was pretty good. I liked the pieces of birthday cake in it, though the swirls of frosting were a touch too sweet for me. Not a bad experience! Your average ice cream.

Such a cute and bright place to come for ice cream. Right on the square. Easy to walk to and parking right out front. The staff was sweet.

Two tiny scoops of ice cream

Place looks pretty nasty according to my friend who works for the health department. Small scoops and very high prices. Ordered coffee ice cream that had no flavor at all. This small bowl ( see picture) was close to $6. My friend ordered butter pecan. Again no flavor and no pecans. Three of us ordered two scoops of ice cream apiece, that's six scoops. The bill came to over $16! Seriously. The ice cream is on par with any you would but at Publix. Find another shop this isn't worth it.

Sarah Jean's is a must visit in the Marietta Square for Ice Cream lovers! They have a great vibe, tons of flavors and best of all they're right by the beautiful center of Marietta Square! We recently got mint chocolate chip ice cream and gelato! They were both delicious but I have to give the winner to the gelato. Don't believe me? Try it yourself! Go give Sarah Jean's a visit!

Vegan banana split with 3 different flavor scoops.

When it comes to vegan ice cream options, this is my favorite around. The have such a huge variety of flavors to choose from (typically a shop will have 1 or 2 vegan choices, if any). And it's actually GOOD gelato. I love that the waffle cones are vegan-friendly as well, and you can get so many different things like a banana split or a shake. This is a really fun place for vegan/dairy-free options.

    Beautiful day on the square

They always have new items which I love but also the classic staples! If you ever have a craving for your childhood favorites, look no further !

Worker dumped old shaved ice on the sidewalk instead of somewhere people don't walk.

Employee from the store dumped old shaved ice on the sidewalk creating a safety hazard for those walking by. When asked politely to move the pile, he refused at said it was the same as putting on a grate in the street. It's not acceptable...

Delicious and tasty coffee made with fresh roasted beans! The store is well...old and feels like the late 2000s. Light blue paint and exposed brick. Hence the name. Complete with an early 2000 music playlist and if you are from this generation you are right at home. Seating is limited and cozy so best to take and go. There is a patio outside which gives more seating options.

Their prices for coffee are very affordable. We tried the iced caramel latte. The caramel was not mixed in with the espresso and therefore sat on the bottom of the cup. I also thought the espresso itself was a bit bitter and more of a darker roast, which isn't how I prefer it. Probably wouldn't get it again. But I did pick up some beans. We asked an employee to help explain some of the roasts they offered and she was kind and helpful to give us some insight. You can buy the beans by 1/4 lb increments and they'll dispense and bag them fresh from their wall of beans. They also have a rewards program where you get a free lb of beans for every 10 or so lbs of beans you purchase. There were also prepackaged beans that come in 12 oz bags. Very cool place and would recommend for a cheap cup of coffee or some beans

I love any family owned business and it has been so cool to see this establishment grow from not even having inside seating, to now having a full restaurant and lounge area inside as well as an outside porch area. The ambiance inside is old school and looks pretty cool! The service is friendly and exhibits the southern charm that Marietta is known for. We've had various visits but on this visit it was just me. I got the ham and cheese croissant and a dirty chai. Both were pretty good and the prices were completely reasonable. I walked here from Church St. and it was a beautiful walk past some gorgeous old well-maintained homes. Very charming neighborhood area. This location is prime. It backs up to some trees and vines in the back, has a large park on the side for children, the patio overlooks the part and green space, and it has a large, old building with exposed wood beams, loads of charm, and lots of open space to hang out! If I lived here, I'm sure I'd be here all the time. The food menu was light, but the vibes were strong. Staff were exceptionally friendly and answered my questions and I found the QR table ordering fast and efficient. You can always walk up to the window if you prefer. I had already had lunch so I went light and had a lemon bundt and the French B**** coffee. Both were out quickly and were delicious! The decor inside is gorgeous. Even the bathrooms are fancy and on theme. I stopped next door at the adorable shop and found the entire area to be a joy. 100000% recommend you stop in here, often, and have some goodies for me!
