I've been coming to this Brusters for almost 10 years and it never fails to disappoint. The ice cream is fresh and delicious and they always send me coupons in the mail. The coupons have been getting less lucrative from Bogo to one dollar off but it's better than nothing. I typically like to bring my pups for the fun and they are always so kind and provide pup cups for them. At times there have been two or three dogs and they've been very accommodating and the staff are always friendly and kind. I like to come here when I have a craving or had an off day and looking for a pick me up. Or even when I want to provide the pups with a sweet treat. i just want to start off by saying that i've been going to this brusters for almost 8 years now, and I am highly disappointed in the management. I understand that young people do want to get jobs and whatnot, but the minors working here are completely unprofessional, which one I saw rub her hands all over her stomach before handling food again. I'm not disappointed in the way she wasn't in work attire either, but she would dance and yell w/ one of her friends, which I found to be completely unprofessional regardless of how brusters is as a company overall, but please reconsider the people you have working here as this completely disgusted me. This is a Bruster's which means the ice cream is consistently good. I got a delicious scoop of Birthday Cake and no complaints on the texture or flavor! However, service at this location was lacking. The young lady who took our order was literally taking bites of ice cream while talking to us, and my small seemed to be the same size as my friends regular, but we were charged different amounts. Bruster's has been my main ice cream stop for years. It really does taste real! This location isn't my absolute favorite just because the parking lot is tight and awkward especially if the drive thru is busy. The exterior also just doesn't feel the cleanest. Bruster's is classic real ice cream. Must try flavors (my top three): Graham Central Station Buckeye (Chocolate with peanut butter) Turtle (Chocolate ice cream with pecans and caramel) They have 20+ flavors, but those three stand out to me. They have a board of flavors, but I've also found sometimes they have one of my favorites even when it is not listed. I heard some people complaining about the customer service, but I have never had a bad experience. My son loves Cookie Craze. My whole family loves their ice cream. They also give out free baby cones to kids under 40 inches tall, and great kids dishes like a Dirt Sundae with a gummy worm and crushed oreo over ice cream to make it look like dirt. There is also the Dino Sundae with a large dino cookie. You can also get points with the Brusters app. They have some benches and umbrellas to enjoy a treat on a hot day. The few things I would change. It is a little expensive, particularly for kids outside of the free baby cone. I think their take home cakes are just ok. I would rather get a half gallon if taking home. Some of the flavors (Cotton Candy, Rasberry Truffle) don't appeal to me at all, and most of the fruit flavors are just ok. read more

As this Brusters is close to me, it's probably the only reason why I visit it. I typically go for the shakes when ever the mood hits me and it's not very often as the ice cream just isn't the bees knees. Like most chain companies, their product has changed over the years or due to how it's being ran and it just doesn't pack quite the powerful punch like it use to. Their milk shakes use to be much smoother and creamier, but the last couple of chocolate shakes I've gotten with chocolate ice cream have been more icy... They also have a habit of making vanilla shakes with their blast mix instead of vanilla ice cream... trust me I can taste the difference, and I don't really care for their blasts... The service is okay at this location, typically you'll find teenagers working there as most ice cream shops... They also have another habit of not filling up shake cups at this location, not sure what good customer service that represents but it's almost a turn off if you can't give the customer what they're paying for... but I shrug it off and keep my tip in my pocket. How slow does ice cream churn? That's about how "fast" it took to get to the counter to order and receive my ice cream. A good 20 minutes to be exact! This Bruster's is quite bad. I went with 2 friends on a busy Friday night. One friend ordered a milkshake at one of the two lines and received it within 5 minutes. My friend and I were still looking at the menu during the time that she ordered. Once we were ready, we waited another 5 minutes for the server to come back to our line. After we finally ordered it took a long time to actually receive our ice cream. Another note is that they write the orders down...still!! It's 2014 ya'll! Really??! O yeah. The ice cream tastes OK. We walked over to Bruster's after eating at Zaxby's next door. The staff was friendly and let the kids try a couple of flavors before they ordered. The serving size was ample. We sat outside at the tables and enjoyed our treats. They have ice cream, sundaes, Italian ices, etc. They have many choices of ice cream. There's a sign that you can bring your own banana on (Tuesdays I think) a certain day for a half price banana split. I highly recommend them. read more

I love Brusters but this location is just abysmal. Like most people said, the teenager employees are really nice. BUT God forbid the Asian owner (and yes I am Asian too so you can't call this complain racist) is rude. Ordered a small cone (which has two scoops) and asked for the other scoop to be put in a separate cup so that my son doesn't spill it all over the place. The teenager employee willingly gave me one BUT when the owner saw it she went crazy. Really? for an extra cup you'd freak out. She said it was not allowed. I got a Reese's Blast and it was terrible. The Reese's seemed to be a powder form of Reese's and the ice cream was very runny. My wife got a Hot Fudge sundae and it was average.
