I especially loved all the fresh taffees and the random flavors! Ex. Chicken and waffle, butter popcorn, banana split... Staff are also super friendly and loves dogs! One of the cashiers there told me she moved to this town because her dogs can run freely on the beach! People who have seen her Yorkie run claims it's the cutest and happiest dog they have seen!

The service was so fast and friendly! The shop is an in and out (no seating available). The prices were good and there wasn't much to the shop but the ice cream and a few candies, but it looked clean. The ice cream we got was so yummy I forgot to snap a pic!

There is an order form at the side of the counter and they are made quickly and consistently throughout many visits. Although the market is small, it is jam packed with items both national and local. They had a nice selection of plants, and for the holidays were selling some really lovely wreaths. I highly recommend giving this shop a browse. And let's not forget Gus, the shop dog. great place to re-supply, grab a beverage (caffeinated or juiced,) maybe something from their baked…read moregoods case or a wrap, sandwich or bowl of soup. i had driven into manzanita just to walk around with the dog and decided i wanted to get something to go for lunch so opted for the tempeh reuben which they heat up. it was delicious and filling! i also go a matcha energy ball and some bee pollen because it was right at the register. the people were friendly and its a very casual vibe. they have a couple of tables outside and lots of inventory so if you were camping or had a cooler you wanted to refill as you move further north or south along hwy 101, i'd suggest stopping. i like manzanita far more than cannon beach, mostly because it's smaller and less tourist hype. on sunny summer days there are definitely lots of non locals in town but it's not as crazy as cannon beach, which i prefer.

They tried to charge me $5.69/lb for the chicken which was on sale for $1.99/lb. Then $1.69/lb for yellow onions which were on sale for $.39/lb. I have no doubt they do this on purpose. I'm going to watch them like a hawk." Seriously, it's ridiculous. You also have to watch where they place certain items, for example expensive Parmesan cheese strategically placed behind a cheaper price tag for another cheese. At first glance, you think that's the price of the cheese you're buying because of the price placement. Turns out it's a whole nother product at that price, and the cheese you're buying rings up twice the price of the tag it's placed behind.
