I've gotten holistic care and have seen a lot of progress in my upper back and hips which used to lock up, to the point where I had a limp from by legs being different lengths. After a couple of years coming here, I can pretty much stretch my way out of both of those issues. I also have an old shoulder injury from dancing which got exacerbated by jiujitsu. Particularly for my traps, neck, and jaw tension from stress. The service includes: Acupuncture with a heated lamp nearby, then cupping, then a type of icy hot and heating pad. Sometimes I opt out of cupping just because I don't want marks on me if I have an event coming up. Be sure to let them know ahead of time if you wanted to opt out, but I would do the cupping if you can! Price: $50. I believe there are some signs that say cash only, but they take credit card too.
