After about 3/4 sessions, the pain had mostly disappeared and after about 2 more sessions it was gone. I bought 90 min of acupuncture through Lifebooker and got there 5 min before my 6:30 appointment time, She greeted me nicely and handed me three papers to fill. Once I was done she led me to another room where we spent at least 25 min of talking about my daily routine and why I feel the way I feel and suggested what I needed to do. After the suggestion she put maybe 7 needles to test out how I react to it: on my foot, hands and forehead and she let me rest for 20 min under a heated lamp. I gave her a 2 stars because when I left her office and waiting for the elevator it was only 7:36! I thought to myself "wait, I bought 90 min session and its only been 60 min and I already paid her" I felt pretty ripped off and that she didn't uphold her agreement of 90 min session. I know she knew that that my appointment was 90 min because she asked. Oh! and she said she would align my hip...she never did.... Overall I think Cinthia did good job answering my question and she was very attentive on the problem that I have. However, I don't think I would go back due to her not upholding her Lifebooker deal agreement and I don't think acupuncture is right for me. read more

I have now had 2 different soccer related injuries wherein I have called upon Cinthia for her help. Most recently, I was literally unable to move from my bed due intense spasms in my lower back. I first started seeing Pura Healing because I used to get sick very often and have a low immune system so I was seeking a natural form of boosting my immune system and helping me feel overall healthy! After starting acupuncture, I went a whole 10months without any type of cold, allergies or asthma symptoms which is the longest I had ever gone without any of those symptoms. I just recently got a cold and asthma flare up due to travel and it has been by far the quickest turn around of me feeling better and bouncing back up. I set an appointment as soon as I started feeling symptoms and woke up the next day feeling completely better after her acupuncture treatment.
