Accidentally double booked and received a call the day of my appointment letting me know, which was nice (or so I thought). I asked to keep my appointment on the later date and apologized for the confusion. Later on in the day, 15 minutes after my double booked appointment I received a call asking where I was. I had mentioned I had talked to an assistant the same day and we determined to keep my appointment in a few days. I was told that was "not what I said" and that they would be proceeding with the cancellation fee. If I had agreed to show up the same day on the phone, I would have. I was referred by a friend, was a first timer, and have had heard wonderful things about this place. Maybe the office assistant, Joyce, was having a bad day but I will be taking my money elsewhere. I understand mistakes happen and the initial double booking was my fault for not catching it but the whole experience was very condescending, negative, and accusatory. read more

I went to Tara in the midst of fertility treatments and she took the time to go through a thorough health history so she could best design an acupuncture plan to support my treatments. This was my first time trying acupuncture and I was impressed with Tara's approach and the results.
