Although it may be good food it's really not as good as u think. They NEVER wash the containers that have the sauces in them they just refill them over and over. The chicken soup and clam chowder are just progresso from a can. The delivery charge doesn't go to the driver it is to offset the cost of using the online ordering so the owner doesn't have to pay more money even though he's getting more business with it. The tips that the inside of the restaurant gets DO NOT go to the employees as they should he puts that money right back in his pocket. The owner naps for hours a day in the corner of the restaurant and leaves the single employee to answer phones cook orders and wait on customers just cause he has to open his restaurant at 10 so he's tired, it's YOUR business not anyone else. Unless ur a female or Egyptian employee he treats you like total crap. Yells at u for taking to long making a sub even though he's the one telling you to answer the phones or get something out the back for the cooks. The owner and cooks are so lazy they can't be bothered to walk out back and get anything themselves. The pizza pans DO NOT get cleaned properly if u look at the bottom of ur pizza u will see black spots that is burnt leftover from the pizza before. If the chicken wings start to smell he will still use them unless the smell is too bad. The driver parks in handicap spaces for deliveries. If the driver knows that the customer doesn't tip then he complains and the owner will have someone else deliver the food and waste their gas. And if the gps says 5 min to get there and 5 min back and it takes u 11 min round trip he yells at u he doesn't count for traffic. The driver also speeds and rides ur ass to the point people have called and complained but nothing was done cause he still does it. I'm sure I can think of more but I think this is enough read more

Sara's Pizza Place is one of my favorite restaurants. Their food is outstanding and their portions are large. All of the food I have ordered over the many years I have eaten at their restaurant has been superior. The Steak Tip Dinner Plate is the best steak tips I have ever eaten, perfectly cooked, juicy, with a sweet and tangy marinade. The Calzones are fabulous, my favorite is the steak and cheese it is like a steak and cheese sub wrapped in savory pastry. Their French Fries have a great crispy coating and are fluffy on the inside. The Onion Rings are as good as the French fries, crispy and light but not greasy. The Honey Barbecue Wings are sweet, meaty, but still crispy. However I would say that my favorite dish is the Large Cheese Pizza. The crust is light but not too crispy, the sauce is just perfect, and the cheese is delicious and there is a massive amount of it. It is simple but absolutely perfect! The owner John and his employee are also the nicest people. They are friendly and always remember their customers and pay special attention to them. Definitely a great place to have your dinner. Staff is super friendly, delivery is quick. They give a 40-45 min wait, but it's usually there within 30 (i guess it all depends on distance though). They deliver to all surrounding towns, too! John, the owner, is always so happy to see customers who enjoy their meal. Definitely let him know if you're happy with your service and you'll see him light up like the sun! Most of their food is homemade, and their veggies are cut fresh every morning and throughout the day. If you're a salad person, I'd definitely recommend the Caesar salad, since the lettuce is cut per order rather than sitting in a fridge all day getting soggy! And if you're a pizza person, I'd recommend the margarita pizza. Add some grilled chicken on top for a few extra bucks and you're golden. Definitely worth going here. i love the food and services over at Saras. ive used them from everything from a simple lunch to big catering jobs and they have done nothing but impress with their professional services and good qaulity food. the cold cuts are boars head and delicious, the steak and cheese (which i always like to ge to judge a place by) is different in that it has some spices in it (garlic maybe) but oh so delicious. the Veggie sub is like the best around, i love when the veggie sub is more than just peppers onioncs and mushrooms, Saras adds spinach and other veggies, i always get it with extra american cheese and they have yet to dissapoint. Jon, the owener, is a great guy and always willing to go the extra mile to get your order correct and he is always throwing in some free treats on the side. you really cannot match the service. i love that i was introduced to this place in the last ocuple of months, they are becoming a staple in my office for lunch time. read more

Sarah's Pizza place is by far one of the best Pizza eatery's I have ever had the pleasure to dine at. Their food is impeccable. Both my wife and I enjoy eating the BBQ pizza, It is cooked to perfection. With the crust being Slightly crunchy, and the cheese practically melting off of the pizza it makes a perfect dinner for 2. Even if you don't like pizza there is still something for you. For example my kids are not the biggest fans of pizza, but they would die for chicken tenders. At Sarah's Pizza Place there are many options to choose from, each cooked to perfection. When I first walked in to the restaurant with my family I was warmly greeted by the cashier. The first time we tried here, we ordered delivery to Randolph, which I was hesitant because we've found other restaurants that are just on the town line to Randolph refuse to deliver there - even when the distance is not far. I was happy to find our food came and it was still hot, and was delicious. Second time I went for pickup since it's only a mile or so from my office, and tried the pizza. Hands down, this is the best pizza I've had in the area. I'm normally a plain-Jane, pepperoni pizza kind of girl, but opted for the margarita this time around and there is so much flavor between the right amount of basil and garlic and cheese - it's so good (and I'm devouring it as I write this). I absolutely love this place! I called in to order take out and i was instantly greeted with kindness. I had quite the large order, it was 4 large pizzas, 2 pastas, and 3 two liter sodas for a get together at my house. Even though my order was quite hefty, i didn't have to wait an excessively long amount of time to get my order placed. I was told it would take around 15 minutes for my order to be complete, which stunned me, given how large the order was. I showed up about 15 minutes later to find my order hot and ready for me to pick up, no waiting, which saved me a lot of time to prepare for the get together. Their customer service is truly amazing and you'll always see a smile on their faces, which is highly contagious! I live very close. Decided to try the food and drove by to place an order in the store. The people there were extremely friendly. Almost thought like the place had a new owner. Ordered a large cheese pizza and a gyro. Was waiting around. The place is a little outdated but it does not matter. All pizza places are the same. Food came in quick. Picked up and left. On my way out the door, I believe I meet the owner. He was really nice and asked me again if there was anything else. The pizza was actually pretty good. A little like italian thin style. We like it like that. The gyro was fresh and tasty, we have had better but I will not judge like that since it was only a $7 gyro. After finding hair in an order the owner formally apologized to me...something that I really can't imagine most restaurant owners being able to do. They really value their customers here and the food/service really show it. Honestly speaking I have thyroid cancer(can't really go outside) and I'm home alone most of the time, so having a restaurant like this near me that can deliver quality food consistently is super convenient for me. I ordered a large cheese pizza, a greek salad with grilled chicken, and chicken tenders for pick up. The store was nice and clean, all the employees were wearing their masks and gloves. The customer service was through the roof, they were so nice and welcoming!! The pizza was super crispy and cheesy, I highly recommend it! The grilled chicken wasn't dry at all and the salad was super green & fresh!! The chicken tenders were so crispy, my kids loved them! I've had lots of food from here, from steak and cheese subs to chicken sandwiches, and everything was absolutely delicious, but as a recently converted vegan, their falafel wrap is by far my favorite item on the menu and in my opinion the best falafel I've ever had. All of the food is bursting with amazing flavor, (especially the falafel), and everyone who works there is so kind and considerate and it shows that they really care about making good food for their customers. Sara's pizza is fantastic! They have a reasonably priced menu and the staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. I ordered the Red Sox pizza and jalepeno poppers and I couldn't be happier. The service was fast and efficient, the food was cooked perfectly and they even delivered it to my table so I wouldn't have to leave my handicapped child waiting for me at the table or have to try to carry food and push him in his wheelchair. What a fantastic find! We stumbled onto Sarah's Pizza Palace on a Friday night and could not have been happier with our choice. We ordered the Supreme, Hawaiian, Cheese, and Bacon Chicken Ranch pizzas -- every single one was phenomenal. Great variety, great flavor, and clearly made with care. Sarah's pizza is the best place in Holbrook! Excellent service, fast, and friendly. Their pizzas are exquisitely made from scratch and are by far my favorite.
