The facilities are poorly…read moremaintained and if you ask when something is going to be fixed they will tell you anything but the truth I was a member for over one year and the entire time was being told that the spa in the women's locker room was going to be fixed It has never happened nor is there any real intent to do so They advertise water aerobics classes which is why I joined that club but in fact they either cancel the classes or just don't even bother to hire an instructor for the slated times. Numerous times I called the desk before leaving home to make sure there was a class. Despite assurances the class was often cancelled! The management either lies or is rude to your face and really doesn't seem to care at all that many people are leaving, both members and employees The high turnover should tell them something. I can only guess that they want the place to go belly up so they can sell the land for a real estate development but they certainly don't seem to want to run an efficient or even welcoming fitness club When I terminated my membership the desk person just handed me a copy of the form without a word or question as to why I was leaving Save your money and run in the opposite direction from this club

Environment Located in a plaza, so no need to worry about parking. Inside the courts are labeled so it is easy to find. There are restrooms with a lot of stalls. I also went with a person that has already been there so I am not sure what friendly introduction they may have Dollar Id say it is a bit on the expensive side but a good workout if you have 4 people sharing 1 court. It would have been nice to get a sheet explaining the rules. Thankfully some of the people in our group already knew. I just looked for anyone who had their own paddle. The entry area does feel a little crowded with the juice bar and all the seating there. But it is clean and well done. This is my second time out here to support my mom in a tournament. And honestly the tournaments are pretty well run! The speakers they have only at the front so if your on the courts you have to pay close attention to hear the announcements.
