We had a delicious and exceptional dining experience at Sardina Kosher, the fish and dairy restaurant that opened 3-4 months ago in Hallendale, FL (near Hollywood). It's ORB certified and serves Cholov Yisroel and Pas Yisroel products. For starters, we had a Bruschetta Sampler and the Sardina Salad. Then Fettuccine Alfredo with Salmon and Grouper Chraimeh, followed by Malabi and fresh fruit. We'd order each of these dishes again. Everything was perfectly cooked and seasoned, and beautifully presented. We got phenomenal service from our attentive server, Chris, who presented us with their 3 menus: one each for sushi, wine, and everything else. The owner, Sagit, greeted us warmly at the door. Her attention to detail and artistic touch was evident in the lovely decor everywhere in this restaurant, even at the washing station. With so many menu options and a clean and upscale ambiance, it's a great choice for date night. On June 30th, we had a buffet brunch at Sardina Kosher for 50 people. I cannot rave enough about the exceptional food and service. Everything was absolutely delicious. Sagit's attention to detail, her warmth, and her desire to please every single guest makes working with her a joy. The restaurant's traditional and unique dishes set it above others. Great place to go for an informal, urban chic atmosphere. Place is not too big, but clean, well lit and comfortable. The menu is not your average fare, with lots of fish dishes, large sushi menu, pasta, and different appetizers and small plates. A good selection of beer and wine complete the meal. The focus is on fresh, and made as you order. I had the fresh whole branzini with a side of roasted white/sweet potatoes, delicious! The staff is friendly, attentive, and aim to please. I loved this place, so much fount ladies night last week , I am planing to come back again,they serve mediterranean food,lets of vegeterian plates and wonderful Sushi, I eat a delicious beet carpaccio and my friend eat a salmon tartar, assenter ordered fantastic Branzino, the kids eat pizza and pasta. We were lucky enough to be invited for brunch the morning of a family wedding. We loved Sardina and can't wait to return when we come back to Florida. Spectacular Sardina!! So wonderful to have a somewhat upscale Kosher restaurant in this area that serves delicious and super fresh innovative fish and dairy dishes!! The food here is amazing! I have been here three times already and each time is better than the next! Ambiance, fresh and absolutely delicious food, fun bar with wine and beer! You get treated like family!I loved the falafel, hummus, sushi, eggplant stuffed with goat cheese, special artichoke, baked cauliflower, delicious salmon and white fish. Went for a private event. They went above and beyond and everything was delicious. They took very good care of us. They have this little parfait thing with raspberry stuff on it that I can't describe, but it showed me true happiness for the first time in my life; I will never love the same way again. On a lark we heard there was a new kosher restaurant in Hallandale. It was wonderful experience from the decor, to the staff and especially the food which was very fresh and tasty. We had the filleted Bronzino and papaya salad. The staff wanted and did want to please us. You should try the Sardinia Restaurant in Hallandale which also has a similar named restaurant in TLV, Israel. read more

I loved their California roll, it was the best thing in the world!! And the ravioli was so hot and fresh, the tomato sauce was the best! The salmon was amazing!!!
