The hangover ( Spicy miso w/ greens, corn, bamboo, scallions, egg, crispy pork & spam with added shrimp)
    Jim

This is my third time eating ramen at this wonderful little obscure gem. I had ramen from all across the U.S. and this place just hits the mark every time. For example, the spice level is perfect (lets you know it's there but not a slap in the face) and the pork belly is cooked crisp not a floppy gelatinous add on like most places do. I get the hangover ramen which comes with pork belly and spam and add a few pieces of shrimp to up the protein. It's simply wonderful and the best flavor of any ramen I've ever tasted. This place rocks so don't sleep on it if you find yourself in Hollywood Florida!

Good food, comfortable outdoor seating, good service. I had a really nice time! I got the Tonkotsu Ramen, which was tasty and just the right amount of spicy; enough to feel it but not overpowering.

Great ramen spot for anime lovers! I got the kani crunch sushi while others in my party got the pork belly bun and the ramen with chicken. They have an extensive alcohol menu authentic to the origins of the restaurant. Super friendly service each time and no wait time for a table. They have outdoor dining too but it was drizzling when we went. Overall great experience for a party of 4

Visited this spot after seeing it listed in the top weekly spots in Hollywood and glad we did! We sat outside after reading reviews that mentioned it was loud and tight inside which it certainly appeared so once we arrived. Outside was great for people-watching as well. Service was attentive and quick throughout our time there. We ordered a couple beers, the avocado fries, pork belly bao buns, and a tonkotsu ramen. Everything was delicious! The avocado fries come with a good amount, really perfect for sharing. The ramen was also large and share-able - they even brought us smaller bowls to make it easier to share. The real winner is the pork belly bao buns, perfectly caramelized flavor - we'll definitely be back for more of these!

For starters, we got the pork gyoza and the avocado fries. I loved the Sriracha mayo for the avocado fries. My daughter did not want Ramen so she ordered for the beef negimaki yakitori with a bowl of plain noodles. Hubby and I each got the Tonkotsu ramen which had the pork belly, scallions, egg - it was very filling. I loved it all. The best part for me is that everything came to the table hot and so very delicious. The service was great as well. They seemed to have many dessert options but we did not try any.

This is a small place with both indoor and outdoor seating. It's very cozy and decorated nicely. They talk up their ramen but they definitely deliver. The curry ramen flavors were *chefs kiss*. It has a nice kick to it and everything blends smoothly. The Sushi was good, nothing out of the ordinary but still tasteful. As for the service. Andrew, you were great! Properly introduced himself, gave great recommendations, and checked in on us multiple times. That's all you could ask for. The tables and menus were clean. Definitely a place you catch yourself coming back to.

DELICIOUS FOOD!! Excellent Service. I was visiting from New York. Had spider rolls, soft shells crab, Bao Buns, pork gyoza, and teriyaki wings. I will be back!

Came here on a random weekday after just hangout out in the downtown Hollywood , and this place did not disappoint ! The pork belly bao buns were so good , great for sharing but also just to go a whole order to be on the go ! We also asked for recommendations for a good negotiator and we tried a coconut one and it was delicious! The server really knew their drinks based on what you might like !

Great decoration, good for indoor and outdoor seating. Service was phenomenal, great attention to detail and they provided a good quick overview of the menu and their highlights. We ordered all the recommendation. Don't regret it for a sec!

So, this is a place I frequented in the past when I lived Near the county line, but I haven't been in a few years. I was talking to my mom the other day about their curry ramen and was in the area today, so I decided to try it out. The day after Valentine's Day, there was only one server in the whole restaurant. He was nice and we got to sit outside, but the one server definitely slowed down the service. The breeze was nice outside so we dined out and it was great. I ordered the supernova for my daughter and the curry ramen for myself. My daughter gave the sushi, 2 thumbs up and I give the ramen 4 out of 5 stars because it is a different recipe than what I previously had. The taste is milder and not as spicy. The chicken in the dish seemed like an after thought, so in the future I would order the fried chicken or maybe shrimp to make it better. Overall, it was good but I don't think I'll be dying to go back like I used to. It's a great place if in the area and they have a lot of great options.

This spot is always a reliable source of great food when in town! Came for an early dinner on a Friday and enjoyed my regular delicious curry ramen! Also tried the mango rice wine which is very good and the fried Oreo mochi dessert. All was good. Service was also great.

Came here on a Saturday night. Food service was good and readily quick. Ordered the tonkatsu ramen - broth was rich and flavorful. The pork belly was ok / pretty bland. Got a side of fried chicken. Some pieces were overcooked and really dry. Our chicken thigh yakitori was borderline uncooked in the middle. Could've used at least another few minutes on the grill. The tuna crunch roll was good / on the sweeter end. You get 10 pieces. The maki is on the smaller end. Overall - it's not bad. Would try other items on the menu. The

GoBistro is one of my favorite spots for ramen in South Florida and a place I always recommend to others. I'm always so hype to go here. Unfortunately this last visit disappointed me a bit. Service was quick and friendly, as usual and we came at a great time, it wasn't crowded and our group of 7 was the loudest there (sorry lol). But the flavors from ramen really fell flat. I ordered the tonkotsu and my husband ordered the shoyu pork, we agreed on the underwhelming flavor of the ramen (which is usually super rich) and abandoned our bowls when we were halfway through. Sushi was DELICIOUS though. Hooked on the Holy Smokes roll, we ordered two. Also, the GoNuts have also fallen flat. They were pretty dry and lacked that delicious drizzle of condensed milk over them. The condensed milk pooled at the bottom of the plate and we were scraping it off trying to get some for the donuts. This wasn't disappointing enough to deter me from coming back but I was really bummed to not be blown away by GoBistro like I usually am.

I was so excited to finally make a visit! Like others have said, Theres a garage or you can park on the street. It was $3.75ish/hr on the street. I'm not sure how much the garage was. We came right at opening and there was already people there! We took a Quick Look at the menu outside. It's at the bottom floor of the garage and the plaza looks like it's in a subway station. It reminded me of Japan! They chose a great spot. It was well thought out. The art, walls, plates were so aesthetic. Services was great as well! I had to start with the classic Japanese food. Although I did want to try everything. Started off with the JFC. It was perfect! Perfectly fried and had just enough sauce. The marinade was perfect. The crisp-perfect. I love that they used chicken thigh. It was a perfect start. It was nice because they waited for us to finish our appetizer before bringing out our entrees and that's never done at a lot of restaurants anymore. I'll start off with the disappointment. I ordered the tonkatsu for myself. I was shocked at how burnt it was. And how disappointed I was that they allowed it to be served to me. It was very dry on the inside. And the whole dish wasnt as piping hot as the karaage was. Kinda like it was sitting on the pass waiting for the ramen to be done maybe? I wouldn't have mind if it was lukewarm if it wasn't burnt. That really bothered me. Not something I expected so early on in the day. But I ate it. It was hard to chew because it was dry. This was my only complaint. I wouldn't suggest ordering this dish. I liked the details. How the cabbage and carrots were cut. I liked the Japanese rice too. I could tell it was Japanese rice. It reminded me of going to mt Fuji when we went to a restaurant there that had the mt Fuji rice. It was perfectly cooked. Not soggy or hard. My partner had the house ramen-ichimora. It. Was. The. Best. Ramen. I've. Had. In awhile. lol. It used to be Momosan but went down hill about 2 years ago. They ended up shutting down this year. Anyway, back to the ramen. It wasn't as thick as Momosan (I like thick broth). But I liked this one too! They are both different broths. The meats were very very tender. Noodles weren't Al dente. But overall loved it. You won't find another broth like that in florida. Another thing I'd like to mention was the plates with good portions. Which I haven't seen done in a loooong time. We were stuffed! Next time I'd like to try their sushi and hopefully bentos for lunch because I miss going to Japanese restaurants that have the bento boxes.

This time, I ordered the Bún Đậu Mắm Tôm, and it was amazing. The tofu was perfectly crispy and crunchy on the outside while staying silky smooth on the inside. The portion is meant for two people, but it was so good I could have finished the entire platter by myself. Every bite was delicious. What impressed me the most was the level of customer service. I noticed a gentleman, who I believe was the manager, personally greeting guests at the door and shaking hands with customers he knew. He paid attention to every detail.
