I purchased a new stove, dishwasher, washer and dryer. I was told there was a back order on my items and would not get them until July. I understood that due to Covid this may occur. I advised them that was fine. I provided a hefty deposit and was told the balance would come off my visa after delivery. July 7, I received my appliances and was pleased with my choices. Jump ahead to September 1, where I receive a call from "Ray" , manager at Wagners Appliances. Ray sounded like a drill sergeant asking if I was Catherine and after responding he became very aggressive and said " you haven't paid your bill, you owe us money". I of course said that we didn't owe anything and further he could tone it down a bit. He then went on to say that I hadn't paid my full bill. It takes plenty for me to get this angry but I did. I said, "we had our delivery in July and you're calling me now, yelling at me, accusing me of something nefarious. This is your exceptional customer service you tout on your website? I paid this bill on my visa, you have my card number and authorization." Suddenly, Ray went quiet. I continued by saying " this is the first time I've heard from you, nobody has ever called us to see how everything was working. No calls to touch base with your clients after I expressed interest in a standing freezer. So ultimately it would appear that Ray had not processed the final portion of our invoice. I then spoke to the owner of WAGNER APPLIANCES, Mark, he could not have cared less. No apologies for the error. No apology for how I was treated. Just dead air. Very disappointed WAGNER APPLIANCES IN CHILLIWACK...
