Absolutely the worst mani/pedi experience I've ever had. From beginning to end, the manicure, the pedicure, and the service were complete failures. 1. Made an appointments for 2 gel manis and regular pedis, arrived about 5 minutes late to find appointments given away. Told rudely to come back at 6:30, could not hold appointments for late customers. 2. Came back at 6:25 and waited until 6:50 then sat with my feet in cool water while reprimanded once again for being late and told that appointments cannot be held for late customers. Service tech started my pedicure then left to do someone's manicure, start-to-finish while I soaked in now-cold water. 3. Brutal pedicure began with DIRTY/USED/UN-STERILIZED tools (WTF!!). Cuticle removal left me bleeding and sore. Soles of my feet were scrubbed with a pumice stone-- rough heels and balls of feet, but also TENDER, delicate skin of arches (WHY? This is not ok!!!). 4. Pedicure massage was long (paid for 10 minutes, lasted maybe 7 minutes) but technique completely lacking. 5. Resulting pedicure was not much better than that of a 7th grader playing with mom's nail polish. It is messy, thin, and all over my toes-- even with acetone clean-up that stung and burn the cuticles that were damaged from cutting. 6. Fingernails were all filed to different lengths using DIRTY/USED and un-sterilized utensils, although sort of the same shape. 7. Gel manicure polish is way too thin-- color was nice but transparent Another coat should have been applied and I should not have had to ask. 8. Polish is on my fingers and cuticles. 9. I was reprimanded AGAIN during my mani for because THEY made ME wait for my 5:30 appointment until not just until 6:30 but until 6:50-- and then longer. I ended up leaving close to 8 p.m. 10. Prices were not as listed and changed when I went to pay. This sort of thing is absolutely unacceptable. I would not return if it were free. read more

Great service and affordable prices! It was my first time going here but there were a few that are regulars and they even sang one happy birthday! I got my nails done here by the lady who seem like she was the owner. Then literally the next day my nail chipped! So, I called telling them that I needed to get my nails fixed because I just got them done and one chipped already I called to figure out when to come in so they can fix it and they were "too busy"to fix my nail.... maybe if they did a better job people won't come back the next day trying to fix your sloppy work. They ruined my acrylics, I had regular french and the guy could get my nails to be straight so he kept filling them untill they were all un even lengths. He thought he could fix it by using white powder, but It just made all of them different shades of white. Pedicure was fine but I would never get my fingers done again. read more

I've been coming here to get my nails done for about 2 years now. I've had Nina do my nails before, but I am a regular with Tracy, they are both great. Tracy is super nice and likes to make conversation while doing her job. I usually call for appointments and they are always respectful and punctual. I'm giving 4 stars though, because last time I got my nails done I didn't have a great experience. I didn't make an appointment and went there anyways, and the only one available at the time was the new guy (I don't remember his name). Nails were done carefully and very nice, but he didn't clean my cuticles right and the extra skin was peeling for a long time. Other than that, this is my go-to place. Went on a Monday afternoon to get a medi/pedi and my mother a full set. It came out to be a total of $55 for our service. Not bad, but I wish Sassy's would carry a more variety of nail lacquer, but then again we can bring our own :) Small salon but cute. read more

Not sure why my white tip acrylics cost $32 today if it's $21 for white tip + $5 gel, don't think removing previous acrylics that takes 3 minutes should cost $6. Also accidentally cut my nail and bled, but otherwise I was satisfied with the end result. read more

I love this place! They were good with timing. Especially when they close at 7pm and I started my facial at 6:30 and finished at 7:21. Right when I walk in i'm always greeted by Nina, Mimi or Michelle. Always asking me how i'm doing. Nina does my nails and mimi does my facials! I love them! They do a great job!
