I should have avoided this place after my initial visit but I gave them another chance. First visit I stopped by just to have gel x removed. I left with extremely jagged uneven shredded nails, residual gel x, and they didn't even clip my nails. It looked like I chewed my nails up. Second and last visit. I went in for a dip French manicure and gel French pedicure. The pedicure was decent but the lady barely clipped my nails back. They were overgrown within a week. Gel has held up so I'll give them that. My manicure was AWFUL. Absolutely embarrassing. They were extremely uneven and puffy at the tips. You can also see white powder in them. I've kept them because I spent $126 before tip. Here are some photos (keep in mind this is 3 weeks in now). I'll be getting them removed and redone elsewhere... read more

Came here as a last minute resort, definitely 1st and last time I come here! For a dip manicure and gel pedicure I was charged $130.00 and that's not including Tip! Of that 130.00 I was charged 10.00 to clean up cuticles! My dip manicure is messy uneven and you can feel lumps on my nails! My pedicure was okay? I guess but I wasn't given a massage on either my hands or feet. The callus removal was mediocre at best! I will say staff is nice and polite but definitely not worth the price. Save yourself a headache and money DO NOT COME HERE!!! read more

My daughter and I went and got our nails done here. I got a fill and gel pedicure my daughter got a gel manicure and regular pedicure and our bill was $171 and that didn't even include the tip. This place is wayyyyy over priced. We stopped here for convenience to have dinner at the sushi restaurant across from them, but never again. Lesson learned. read more

I am a Classpass user and had to avoid high intensity work outs for two weeks due to my ombré powdered brows. Long story short, I had to use my credits or lose them, so I decided to get my nails done here at Labella Nail Salon. I haven't gotten my nails done in three years so I was like why not, especially since I have an out of town trip this week. I came to the salon & checked in. The worker asked if I wanted to upgrade to a gel manicure and I agreed. I wanted to book a gel manicure anyways, but didn't want to spend 18 credits on Classpass! The nail technician who worked on my nails was very sweet but I can tell she's a bit inexperienced. I showed her an original design that seemed a little too complicated for her. I didn't mind because I was okay with settling for something different, so I picked a mauve color. While working on my nails, she accidentally cut me. It wasn't a big deal to me, but it did hurt. I also asked a simple starry sparkly design on two my fingernails. I'm not sure what happened, but the stars starting coming off when I got home. I was a little disappointed because the stars left a crease on my nails when they fell off. I should have went with no design if that was the case. Even with the Classpass deal, I paid $16 before tip. That's pretty pricey for a gel manicure, especially with the results I got. The nail technicians were convincing me to come back for lashes, but I have no plans to return. I'm appreciative of the technicians' kindness, however I will not be back. read more

I have been going to this nail salon for years! Becky is fantastic and is one of the only people I trust to wax my eyebrows - would totally recommend coming just for her! I have found that the salon itself is not as great as it used to be. I believe it is under new management and I don't find that it is quite as "on the ball" - they took away the wall of nail colors and now only offer books for you to choose your color, but you have to wait for quite a while until others have finished looking. I've also noticed that the last few times I've come to the salon, my nails are not quite as well painted as I'm accustomed. Maybe the new owners are still working out the kinks. Im not ready to give up just yet (and love Becky for all of her great work!) but I hope that a few changes are made to become more like the old salon. read more

This is one of my favorite local nail salons. It's very clean and in a great location right by Old Town. I have a knee injury and the nail techs always ask about my pain level and where I am comfortable with them touching me, which is much appreciated. They may be a little abrupt over the phone but I recommend making an appointment ahead of time because they have to account for the number of chairs and keeping everyone safely distanced. They did install plexiglass screens and masks must be worn at all times. These ladies are hard workers and their business has suffered from the pandemic so please don't make an issue of the new rules. I feel safe coming here. read more

First & last time here. I came a week & a half ago and the next day I have small bubbles that have formed on most of my nails. Also when the tech using the tools it was SO MESSY. I was completely covered with white particles. It was all over my clothes, my hair, totally covered my phone that was laying flat on the counter, and got in my eyes! I used to come into this salon every 2-3 weeks but their services are now terrible. Not to mention how EXTREMELY pushy they are about add on services! I got a $45 pedicure, all they did was clean my cuticles and hardly did a callus removal. My friend came to visit me from Sacramento and I brought her here so we can get our nails and toes done Nails techs had said it was fine, they took over 3 hours on us, as they were doing our toes, they got busy and complained about wanting our nails done as well( mine was just a fill). When the nail tech was doing my nails I let her know her tool was burning, she said it's HOT and I just need to put up with the pain. She wanted to charge me $295, I asked her to tell me what she was charging me for, and she started naming things I didn't get, so she lowered it to $230, but ended up charging me $250 instead , she didn't know to issue the refund so I had to wait there longer, the shape and design of our nails are so ugly, I'm so disappointed that I had to pay over $200 for this She also kept making rude comments about me being to young to be a parent. They charged my boyfriend $50 for regular manicures and pedicures, and he was told that I have to pay for tips only. After spending a long time there I asked for shorter nails and they told me because I have acrylic on, that they will charge me $10 extra I was like ok, but at the time that I was trying to pay for my services she said that I have to pay $20 for acrylic and gel removal which I wasn't aware of that they will charge for gel removal as well. Worst experience ever. I'm 9 months pregnant and have been sitting here getting a pedicure the last 1.5 hours. The girl who did my pedicure must be new. She didnt get my cuticles and i asked her twice. She scrubbed my callus feet for 30 seconds on each foot which are still dry. Waited to get my nails done the whole time. I wanted nice nails and toes before my baby arrives without spending the whole day here. Very upset and will never come back again. I am a regular customer at Labella nail salon. Granted, I had not been in a couple months. And needed to have my nails done. This was the absolute worst service I've ever had. I requested a gel manicure and a pedicure. The gel on my fingernails was all over my cuticles. Which means the week following all of the gel at the cuticles is lifting. And my cuticles were never properly trimmed. They looked as bad as when I walked in. My pedicure same story. The worst pedicure I've ever had. My cuticles weren't pushed back enough. She chose the color which was yellow. The other option she gave me was a brown color which I never wear. I was continually pressured to upsell. And I've never paid this much for the service. This place is amazing. The lady Lee did my nails and they came out amazing. I've been to so many nail salons and ended up never going back because I didn't like the service or I didn't like my nails. Lee was able to do my nails the way I wanted everything was perfect I FOUND MY SALON!!!! I paid $48 for my nails that included pink and white tip with two finger design also cuticle removal. I think the price was fair. But if for some reason they only last a week then my opinion will be different, but since this was my first time we will see. I will definitely be going back for a fill. I have gone here for many many years, including the previous owners the current owners the only thing I'm frustrated with is I think their prices are different every time, and that is frustrating. Was told a few weeks ago that Tracy was on vacation in Vietnam when come to find out that Tracy had quit Labella and has gone somewhere else. I didn't plan on coming to get my nails done today, I rarely do it and today was a day I woke up with a whim. Labella salon is my spot as it is waking distance from my place. What keeps me coming back is the kindness I get from the women working here. I never feel rushed, they take their time and listen to what I want. I'm not a glam girl at all and I don't care for bright colors. I was happy with how many neutral shades they had to offer. They even had this beautiful champagne pink glitter polish that I decided to take a "risk" on and it came out so pretty!
