Frankie was super responsive from the moment I had inquired about getting my Great Dane groomed. He called me and explained the pricing and the services they provide. Yes, it can be pricey but totally worth it. I'm a firm believer on you get what you paid for. Ari can be skittish when it comes to a bath but based on my experience with her and Frankie, she did really well which is why I continue to come back to Sassy Paws.

Great customer service from Frankie! He was very thorough on what was planned for our pup (Bear). Fast to schedule an appointment with him. We contacted Sassy Paws on Sunday 03/09/2025 and booked the next day! Our Bear is a husky so it is shedding season!! We needed to book an appointment as soon as possible. He is also a rescue so not too friendly with other dogs so we were looking for a Mobile Groomer to get him groomed as deshedding is a lot of work at home doing it yourself. So when we found Sassy Paws, we were stoked with their fast response and easy scheduling. The grooming was amazing! Bear is usually fearful around new people but he loved Frankie! Bear came out looking like a handsome stud! You can see the smile on my dogs face. Frankie was very helpful after the grooming as well, explaining my dogs behavior and letting me know how he did. Would highly recommend this Mobile Groomer if you're looking for a fast & easy booking, a friendly groomer and if you want your dogs to look great!

Despite monthly grooming since puppy, our 2yr old toy poodle was very anxious and extremely aggressive with his groomer and surrounding dogs. The salon asked that we stop coming and recommend Sassy Paws as mobile grooming is a calmer environment. It's hard to try a new groomer when you know your dog is difficult, not knowing if they will be treated with care and patience. Frankie has worked on our dog 3 times now and his behavior has improved greatly. I could tell he really enjoyed Frankie this last time because he wanted to play with him afterwards! The haircut is great and the service is excellent! We will continue to book with sassy paws.
My 7 year old Pomeranian was professionally groomed for her first time today. Viviana did a wonderful job, my "puppy" looks beautiful and made a new friend too!

I recently adopted a stray from the Riverside shelter. Fell in love with his scruffy mysterious look. You could not see any poodle in him from his before picture. He was badly manned and smell horrible. The shelter will not neuter him until he is groom. I called around 6 different groomers that day and none of them was able to fit me in their schedule. I was stress as I know how important it was to get Pluto fully bath and groom immediately. Luckily, Sassy Paws came to the rescue that same day! They did a full on bath and groom and took 4 ticks out of him. Even help brush his tarter teeth. Frankie did such an awesome job on Pluto! Look at the after pic! I can't believe this poor boy was a stray for god knows how many months. I wish some shelters would groom the dogs so it gives them a better chance at adoption. Highly recommend Sassy Paws to bring out the beauty in your pets!

Sassy Paws has the magical touch - not only does our pup come back looking fresh and fabulous every time, but they always take the time to make sure she is comfortable (which means a lot because dachshunds can be a bit dramatic ). Kind, reliable, and genuinely great at what they do. If you're looking for someone who truly cares and gives your pets the TLC they deserve, look no further. Five paws up from us

After my dog's hair was completely butchered at Petco, I decided to try a mobile pet grooming service instead. My sister found this one on Instagram and sent it to me, so I booked an appointment. Since they don't service Rancho, I scheduled the mobile grooming at my sister's house in Riverside. I honestly can't say enough good things about the results, my dog came out looking AMAZING! She's never looked better. Yes, it's a bit on the pricey side, but it is absolutely worth it because they truly get the job done right. Bianca was super nice, professional, and took the time to explain everything to me. I'm beyond happy with the service and would definitely recommend them! read more

Our little rescue dog is nervous. Bianca took her time and did a great job. We found this mobile business through Yelp and saw that they had good reviews so we gave Sassy Paws a call. Luckily they had an opening for the next day because my fur baby needed a bath so badly. Though their prices are a little on the expensive side, their service is really great with amazing quality and it shows! My dog came back looking brand new! His fur is soft and he seems so happy. These angels have saved my years !! Yep.. no other groomer comes Close. My 2 great Peryneese are looking like they arrived on a cloud. Sassy Paws came to my house and took care of one BIG Furry dog at a time! Wyatt and Jack love sassy paws! Clean, friendly w us and all our dogs! Frankie has been grooming my doggie for over a year now, and i am beyond satisfied with the service they provide. Always on time, attentive to detail, and truly caring. I used to take my doggie to a brick and mortar, and although the service was always good, my dog would spend hours there.
