Frankie was super responsive from the moment I had inquired about getting my Great Dane groomed. He called me and explained the pricing and the services they provide. Yes, it can be pricey but totally worth it. I'm a firm believer on you get what you paid for. Ari can be skittish when it comes to a bath but based on my experience with her and Frankie, she did really well which is why I continue to come back to Sassy Paws.

Great customer service from Frankie! He was very thorough on what was planned for our pup (Bear). Fast to schedule an appointment with him. We contacted Sassy Paws on Sunday 03/09/2025 and booked the next day! Our Bear is a husky so it is shedding season!! We needed to book an appointment as soon as possible. He is also a rescue so not too friendly with other dogs so we were looking for a Mobile Groomer to get him groomed as deshedding is a lot of work at home doing it yourself. So when we found Sassy Paws, we were stoked with their fast response and easy scheduling. The grooming was amazing! Bear is usually fearful around new people but he loved Frankie! Bear came out looking like a handsome stud! You can see the smile on my dogs face. Frankie was very helpful after the grooming as well, explaining my dogs behavior and letting me know how he did. Would highly recommend this Mobile Groomer if you're looking for a fast & easy booking, a friendly groomer and if you want your dogs to look great!

Despite monthly grooming since puppy, our 2yr old toy poodle was very anxious and extremely aggressive with his groomer and surrounding dogs. The salon asked that we stop coming and recommend Sassy Paws as mobile grooming is a calmer environment. It's hard to try a new groomer when you know your dog is difficult, not knowing if they will be treated with care and patience. Frankie has worked on our dog 3 times now and his behavior has improved greatly. I could tell he really enjoyed Frankie this last time because he wanted to play with him afterwards! The haircut is great and the service is excellent! We will continue to book with sassy paws.

We have been using Sassy Paws to groom our miniature dachshund for years and we honestly wouldn't trust anyone else with our fur baby. Pluto before grooming...straight from shelter

I recently adopted a stray from the Riverside shelter. Fell in love with his scruffy mysterious look. You could not see any poodle in him from his before picture. He was badly manned and smell horrible. The shelter will not neuter him until he is groom. I called around 6 different groomers that day and none of them was able to fit me in their schedule. I was stress as I know how important it was to get Pluto fully bath and groom immediately. Luckily, Sassy Paws came to the rescue that same day! They did a full on bath and groom and took 4 ticks out of him. Even help brush his tarter teeth. Frankie did such an awesome job on Pluto! Look at the after pic! I can't believe this poor boy was a stray for god knows how many months. I wish some shelters would groom the dogs so it gives them a better chance at adoption. Highly recommend Sassy Paws to bring out the beauty in your pets!

After my dog's hair was completely butchered at Petco, I decided to try a mobile pet grooming service instead. My sister found this one on Instagram and sent it to me, so I booked an appointment. Since they don't service Rancho, I scheduled the mobile grooming at my sister's house in Riverside. I honestly can't say enough good things about the results, my dog came out looking AMAZING! She's never looked better. Yes, it's a bit on the pricey side, but it is absolutely worth it because they truly get the job done right. At Sassy Paws, they provide excellent service, are very accommodating, and the convenience of having them come directly to your home in their mobile grooming van/SUV. Our dog gets one-on-one attention right outside our door. That said, this level of service does come with a higher price tag They charge $150 for the grooming service, plus a $20 hold fee for the reservation (applied to your final bill). However, the actual charge for that hold fee ends up being about $26 and change, likely due to credit card or processing fees. On top of that, we typically add a $20 tip. Total price: $196.00 Just be aware of the price tag before calling. read more

Awsomw people, way over priced for the service they did on my goldendoodle. Total price 463 dollars. My dog had his tail and in back of his ears mated not to the point to get shaved and they left him almost the same way. They offer to come back but I travel for work and hiring them was convinced for me, I was not able to schedule an appt again and had to work myself to take them all off. Im so disappointed. As I was charged 40 extra dollars that I was NOT aware that they will charge for VERY MATTED!!! Again the problem was not about paying almost 500 dollars for 2.5 hrs of grooming the problem was the out come of my babies hair!!! I will never hire them again, they didn't even offer a refund or partially refund at all!!!. I feel they ripped me off!!! read more

We found this mobile business through Yelp and saw that they had good reviews so we gave Sassy Paws a call. Luckily they had an opening for the next day because my fur baby needed a bath so badly. Though their prices are a little on the expensive side, their service is really great with amazing quality and it shows! My dog came back looking brand new! His fur is soft and he seems so happy. Sassy Paws is the best grooming service I have come across. Given that they are mobile really does make a difference for us moms who struggle to leave the house with the little ones. definitely will be coming back. I highly recommend Sassy Paws to everyone !! Bianca's love for animal's & the pet industry, like so many others, started when she was very young. From horse racing to owning and caring for big & small breeds, she has always dreamed of being in the pet industry in some way. Manager and groomer both talked down and rudely in an argumentative fashion with me and kept my…read moretwo small dogs an entire 5 hours without warning me up front how long it would be and without allowing them to go potty. I was called and told one of my dogs ears was matted and they had to shave the entire ear to the skin. I told them, "no, I didn't want my dog's ears without any hair. The manager became extremely angry and argumentative. At one point I said leave the ears alone and I would do them. I received more arguing back at me. I also said then use the clippers to remove the matted part and do the best you can. I was called back rudely another time that I would have to sign a waiver about my dog's ears. I tried to pick my dogs up at the three hour mark and they had not even been trimmed properly yet and I was told if I picked up the dogs then, I would have to pay for the entire bill. I left my poor dogs there as I had an appointment. When I returned to pick them up the groomer was rude and over the top argumentative and said I was not allowed to bring my dogs back even after I apologized for any misunderstanding on my part. They continued to display such a shameful attitude and stance with me just because I declined to have the groomer use the clipper on the entire ear. What happened to kindness and the business motto "The customer is always right"? If they treat me like this is a "critical parent fashion", how do they treat my dogs??? There is no way to see how dogs are being treated around the corner as when they groom the dogs it is completely out of view. One of my dogs was literally shaking when we arrived home. The shaking lasted some time. As it was, they charged me $15 extra to comb out my dog's matted ear. Couldn't they have given me that option up front? It would have been so much more kinder and everyone could have left happy and content including my dogs!!! After arrived home for several days, my dogs cry when I pick them up from sore ribs. How horribly sad and indicates they were mishandled, too!

In all our visits, we've never experienced any rudeness or negativity quite the opposite. The staff has always been professional and welcoming. As for the cancellation fee some people mention, it's important to be realistic appointments here take hours, and that's valuable time set aside specifically for you. It's completely fair for a business to protect that time. We personally do our best not to cancel, but when something unavoidable comes up, we understand and respect their policy. I've been coming to Pawlish Paws for over 15 years, and they have always provided good service…read moreuntil I brought my Bernadoodle in for grooming. My son brought our Bernadoodle in to be groomed, and they convinced him that he was matted and required a summer cut. My son reluctantly agreed, and they completely shaved him. To do a summer cut requires no finesse in grooming, and they charged me $189 for a cut that took less than 15 minutes that is no different than a farmer shearing his lambs. Here is a picture of what matted hair looks like, and pictures of my dog before his summer cut. If you look at his summer cut, check out his ears and tail, you can see they did take the time to brush out. Which means they were too lazy to accommodate us. I also pointed out to them that when I brought him there last year, they were accommodating to my request of a trim and could pull up the record on their system. They made the excuse that they couldn't do it because their system was in transaction mode. I question their integrity because they used to list the prices of the services they provided. Now they can subjectively name their prices. I expressed my concerns, and this group of employees quickly dismissed me, saying my pet was a big dog, therefore it cost more, no bigger than my Huskies, which I paid far less for grooming. If you have experienced this type of customer service, stand your ground and demand that they meet your needs/desires for your pet's grooming. What happened to that friendly family atmosphere?

The other one is a poster child for the worst pup ever at a groomers. The water went out on one of the washers after these two girls came in to wash their husky... not sure if it was them that messed it up or just the machine in general, but this isn't the first time it's stopped working. What if we were one time customers and paid the price and the water wasn't working but the time was still going down and we were charged ?? Apparently there was "no one here" since no one answered the door with the numerous times we knocked and no one answered the phone neither... there's always someone here on random days that I come in, so now all of a sudden it's empty in the back. Do better. Let me add that the only reason I come here is because of the amount of dogs I have, it's cheaper to bathe them myself and pay the monthly fee, than to pay over $100 at a groomers per dog, still though not even the monthly fee is very cheap when you have multiple dogs.

It has been a very difficult time for my cat Bastu…read more However, I have found the facility to be very nice, and Bastu received prompt assistance for her problems! First, she was hospitalized for 24 hours. While there are still some things that I am trying to understand, the IV support made a big difference in her health. My understanding is that this is very important for cats with pancreatis. After going some time without eating, I could tell that she felt better after each treatment with fluids. I have not yet had a follow-up visit with my local vet to check Bastu's PrecisionPSL values. However, from two follow-up visits to CAEC, I can say that Bastu's SDMA values have returned to normal (after she was prescribed felimazole, and successful delivery of that medication for 3 days lead to more severe problems). The spike in BUN values from 21 (before felimazole) to 72 (after felimazole, and then decreased diet to the point of not eating any food) was reversed to 13 after treatment at CAEC (a little below normal, instead of very high above normal). While I am looking into more details (such as waiting to see if my Bastu is capable of returning to normal health) before following the procedures on the FDA website (https://www.fda.gov/animal-veterinary/report-problem/how-report-animal-drug-and-device-side-effects-and-product-problems), my understanding is that my cat has a pre-existing kidney problem. The elevated T4 levels (used to define a diagnosis for hyperthydroidism) represented the body's defense for those kidney problems - high T4 can cause problems in itself, but the underlying kidney problems can also cause additional problems. Thank you very much - while improvement has been slow, Bastu and I certainly appreciate the help within the last week!

Bianca from Sassy Paws has been grooming our 15lb. Maltese/Terrier mix for over 5 years. she is extremely skilled, reliable, patient, and kind. Our 11 year old dog has many health issues, the most recent being a collapsed trachea. Bianca is gentle, kind, patient, and skilled and knows how to groom her as to not aggravate her condition. Our dog doesn't like her face trimmed and again Bianca takes the extra time and patience needed to successfully do a beautiful cut on our challenging little dog. I absolutely love, Sassy Paws!! I looked for a groomer that is good with older dogs and found them. They took care of our old guy Sammy when he would bite others,he LOVED Frankie. Our other girl Maili was also taken care of by Frankie till the last groom. He made sure they looked gorgeous when they crossed the rainbow bridge.
