I haven't used them for dry cleaning, so I can't speak to that service, but I definitely recommend them for alterations.

Over messages I was given a rough estimate of $40 for the hem and $20 for a shoulder take in, which was lower than the quotes I was receiving from other places. When I came in, my total to be paid at pick up was at $110. $90 for the hem, $20 for the shoulder. Of course, a quote is dependent on material, difficulty, etc., so I did not complain, but quote versus actual prices ended up being almost double. For a satin, a-line, unlined dress, this price was higher than what any from my group of bridesmaid with the same dress paid at other places. When I came in to pay and receive the dress she again upped the price by $5, making my total $115, which I found out after, was not the price given on my receipt when the dress was dropped off ($110) The actual work was fine and did the job, and the shop owner was very nice, but I do not think I would return here after my own personal experience.

I recently came back to have a wedding guest dress tailored, but unfortunately, my experience this time wasn't the same. Really enjoyed the ease with which I got a Tuxedo from here, it was a nice brand for a good price…read more I do wish they had a wider variety of fabrics to choose from, I didn't feel I could find a good vegan tuxedo, but also I didn't look very hard. Idk polyester and other man made materials often have a reputation for low quality but I know there are specialty suit makers that make vegan tuxedos. Even so I doubt they would have beat the price here. Definitely coming back if I ever need formalwear and I thought the staff was very helpful.
