While they do "house-calls" this issue was a bit more serious, and so I coordinated with Marcus to drop off the computer so he could trouble-shoot the problem. (Note: their current location IS inside the yard for the auto body workshop.) I also left them with the brand new PSU I'd bought from Newegg, thinking it may have been the problem, but wisely deciding to use their services rather than have a go at it on my own. Because as it turned out it was NOT the PSU, but the motherboard and RAM, and after replacing those components Sam and Marcus were able to get the PC up & running. They also very considerately did not even open the PSU box, even leaving its shrinkwrap intact, making it an easy RMA for me. The lads stayed in contact with me during the entire process, which took a little over a week, from the initial diagnosis, to sourcing the new components, the installation, and then 'burn-in' to make sure there were no other issues. They were very helpful, cost conscious, and knew just what my problem was pretty quickly. I have connected dual monitors up before but it was not happening for me this time. Turned out I needed a special adaptor specific to the video connection on the back of my computer. They had the adapter and I left with my problem solved and a new $ 15 part. It worked perfectly when I got it home. They did not charge me for the troubleshoot time. Wow. These guys were efficient, pleasant, and knew their business. They were more than fair with the money end of the business.

The address is for a sports racket store where there's a random stack of printers in the middle of the store. Mike and/or his team I guess (?) pick up and drop off and you pay the guy at the counter who knows nothing about printers. I never saw the printer guys; just talked to Mike on the phone. It took almost 3 weeks, but at least prevented me from buying a whole new printer. If I spent another $100-150, though, I could have just gotten a new printer the next day. So this is the kind of situation you're dealing with.
