Fixing my brother MFC 9330CDW "no toner error even with all OEM drums & toner inside" quickly. The labor charge is fair.

She was incredibly kind and took the time to explain the entire process to me. Since I arrived close to closing time and didn't have an appointment, she let me know they would run diagnostics on my laptop the following day. There's an $89 diagnostic fee, and if repairs are needed, part of the $89 fee can be used towards the cost, which felt reasonable. The next day, Martin called to let me know there was no damage and that he had cleaned the affected keys. He explained that my laptop passed all tests, but the battery was consumed. When I wasn't sure what that meant, he patiently explained and advised that since the battery wasn't swelling and the computer was still performing well, there was no need to replace it unless I noticed issues. I really appreciated that he took the time to explain everything and didn't try to upsell me. I was able to pick up my laptop later that same day which was less than 24 hours after dropping it off. I highly recommend Di-No for honest and fast service!

I spent a couple weeks gathering all the components I've been eyeing and made the pilgrimage down to Micro Center (in Tustin) to take advantage of a great MOBO/Proc/RAM bundle. The last time I built a PC was in 2008 and at this point in my life, I just wanted an expert to help me get everything running and optimized. Gar was that expert. This guy knows his stuff and I couldn't be happier with my (first) experience at Helix. He runs the shop by himself and is clearly a lifelong PC enthusiast. It was really cool to see all his customers more 'aesthetic' builds that were in progress. I'm old so I wanted something with as little RGB as possible (haha). He even has a mini museum of PC components from decades past on display which really sent me down a VERY nerdy memory lane. He put together a 9800X3D / 5080 air cooled monster and everything runs perfectly. He optimized Win11 and walked me through everything he did when I picked up the machine. I would consider his shop a unicorn in 2026. Physical location. Passionate business owner who is offering top quality service in a niche industry. Fair prices.

I'm not a real big-time gamer or computer nerd but my 10-year-old MAC just couldn't keep up with…read morethe new demands I have now working remote and collaborating with nationwide contacts. My son-in-law, who is a master web designer and super hybrid of Geek and Nerd recommended NZXT. Mostly (about 95%) because of the quality, speed and durability of the machine but it's also the coolest looking computer I've ever seen. I can be running several business productions programs and web conferencing all at the same time jumping back and forth without a glitch. For me this is an incredible machine and business asset. Now for the cool part of NZXT. I haven't needed to contact them for any technical support, but I need to give a big shout out and kudos to their customer support team. Here's the story: I ordered the machine online and my confirmation said to allow 3 - 6 days for delivery. The next day I got a notice that from NZXT and the shipping company that my new machine had been picked up and shipped from California and it had arrived in Las Vegas and sent out from Las Vegas all in the same day. I live just south of Salt Lake City so I figured I would be receiving it through the Salt Lake distribution center and the machine would arrive either the next day or at the latest the day after (3 days total). I thought cool, this is really fast. But then nothing happened. I kept checking the tracking on the shipping company's website and there had been no update since it left Las Vegas. I emailed NZXT and got a response from Daniel. He opened an investigation ticket. I then had a phone call with Sebastian and the fault was with the shipping company and NZXT had to file a claim. Between NZXT and the shipping company the claim would take up to 30 days to resolve. That's when Daniel and Sebastian got their Supervisor Miriam involved and she recognized that the issue of the lost machine and compensation was between them and the shipping company. She authorized a new machine to be shipped overnight and followed through with a personal email to confirmed that I had received it. In my old school view a product is only as good as the people who stands behind it. The machine is great and the NZXT support team matches its greatness.

After spending over $4,300 on a custom PC from NZXT that hasn't worked right since I purchased it,…read moreI honestly feel obligated to warn others about my experience. Since purchasing the system, I have dealt with recurring hardware failures, including unexpected shutdowns, failure to POST/start, and ongoing instability issues. Over the course of multiple repair attempts, NZXT replaced several major components including the motherboard, processor, GPU, and CPU cooler. Despite all of these rebuilds and repairs, I continued experiencing issues and repeatedly had to ship the PC back and forth while spending countless hours troubleshooting and emailing support. The final straw was receiving the repaired PC back with a different motherboard requiring a different Wi-Fi setup, but without the correct accessories included. I specifically informed support that the previously sent Wi-Fi connector was incompatible and even sent photos of the motherboard/back panel to avoid further mistakes. Despite this, they sent me the exact same incompatible connector again. The entire process felt extremely disorganized and exhausting for what was supposed to be a premium custom-built PC experience. After months of inconvenience, downtime, repeated repairs, and hardware failures, I was offered a $50 store credit. For a company charging premium prices, I expected significantly better quality control, communication, and customer support.

Everything is fine now. But the RAM went bad 2 years after purchase, which is what u expect from a pre-built gaming PC. I'm giving this 3 stars because I got a CPU Fan error after 7 years, and the original 16 GB of RAM failed after 24 months. All CyberPowerPC users should be aware that the RAM might break before the PC does. And you might need to take it to a professional or DIY the RAM swap when it is time. And also expect your boot drive to stop working after 5 - 6 years of gaming usage.

Unfortunately, that has not been my experience. After approximately seven months, a RAM stick failed and the computer began randomly crashing. When I contacted warranty support, I was told I would have to pay to ship the RAM myself or accept an authorization hold of more than $900 for a replacement, with the possibility of being charged if the RAM was damaged during shipping. I ultimately sent the entire PC in for repair. It came back with the original issues unresolved and additional problems. It still recognizes only 32 GB of the 64 GB installed, the graphics card isn't registering in Task Manager, and the GPU produces no display through DisplayPort. Two fans have lost their RGB lighting, and the case was returned with damage that prevents the glass panel from closing properly. I have photos and videos documenting the condition of the computer when it was returned. I requested a refund, but CyberPowerPC refused and offered another repair instead. After already going through their warranty process once and receiving the computer back in worse condition, I have no confidence that another repair will solve the problem. This computer is used for work, school, and personal use, so the repeated downtime has been extremely disruptive. Spending more than $3,000 plus additional money for a premium warranty should come with a much better experience. I am very disappointed with both the reliability of the system and the warranty process.
