Rigo and his brother picked up my family in La puente and dropped them off at LAX at a good time. My mother stated they arrived so early they where accommodated with better seats. He was very patient as I called and bugged him multiple times. Earlier today he called Taiwan and had Vicky (his manager?) take over and check flights from there. They searched high and low and tried to work with me on finding the most economical flight for 2 people. Vicky "booked" my flight for me and said she would keep calling the airline in taiwan and get me seats. When I called them back to tell them that I was instead going with a different agency (first time) they were totally nice about it and did not act snooty afterwards. They are going to refund my credit card and I totally appreciate the time and effort they have put in.
