The owners reply is not only untrue but extremely hurtful. Not only were we the only ones in the salon with the make up artist but my mother was in a car accident a week prior and this should have nothing to do with the owners business. Jazzy was laughing and having a great time with us during the trial, took photos and we even hugged goodbye, I told her she looked like Jessica alba and her make up she had on was great. I never told her anything bad. She confirmed over text below AFTER the trial and then the owner out of the blue canceled a week before my wedding. The owner Allison is out of her mind. Don't give them any money TOTAL SCAM: did my hair and make up trial with them for my wedding everything was great and we even texted for a week after confirming make up and hair options. They now cancel 1 week before my wedding saying that I treated them badly. I was there with my mother and everyone involved had a great time at the trials. They refused to refund my trial money after canceling w a ridiculous reason leaving me stranded. The owner also refused to claim any responsibility for canceling in such short notice when they supposedly felt this way right after the trial. read more

Allison's rebuilding my brow through micro blading was such a transformation. I look 5 years younger. Brows do frame your face. Mine were overplucked in the 90's and I lost a lot when I had weird pregnancy hormones. I'm so grateful to have found this technique and such a skilled caring artist. Yes Allison is an artist. I wish 0 stars was an option. I had an appointment to get hair and makeup done here for a wedding and they cancelled on me last minute for no reason. For someone who has almost no reviews or customer loyalty on the internet you would think they would care a little more about their reputation. I have been a client of The Beauty Bar for YEARS. Being lashed by Allison first and now Yolanda who are both amazing lash artists! Yolanda listens to my crazy over the top requests and gives me exactly what I want and executes it amazingly! My only complaint is ( and always has been) the glue that they use. My lashes never last the full 3 weeks. They sometimes dont even make it a full 2. I know that naturally a few lashes fall out per week but I loose a few a day. My sister is a lash artist in LA who taught me the proper way to take care of them to ensure they last. They still don't. She told me it has to be the glue. She uses Revelation brand; Elevate Extra Strong Bond. It has worked wonders for her customers. I love The Beauty Bar, but for being one of the most expensive lash bars in Suffolk County, you have to have better glue! Other than that, ALL facilities are beautiful and every person there is friendly and provides great service. read more

Every two weeks I go to get my eyelashes filled and every time Allison treats me as if it's my very first visit, not only is she amazing at what she does, she is also so sweet, so humble, and so accommodating when it comes to any needs and request that I have as a client. She explained everything to me in great detail every step of the way and was so caring with everything! It can obviously be a little painful at the start but she was SO nice and comforting! The salon to start off was SUPER clean, smelled amazing, very clean and neat bathrooms. They play nice music, friendly greeting when you walk in, easy to schedule an appointment. I had a Keratin Lash Lift done by Yolanda and she was great. She explained everything to me and helped me get over any fears I had. The service in all was about 45 mins long. It was relaxing, and we had great conversation. I wish I went sooner. I'll definitely be back for more lash lifts and microblading in the future! read more
