I also decided to order the Pisco Sour, which was good. For the main course, we all went with the saltados (stir fry dishes). My dad and wife got the lomo saltado, my mom went with the pollo saltado, and I had the tallarines (noodles) saltados de carne. As I mentioned earlier, they were all hits. The only one who broke rank was our son. He went with the fish nuggets and loved them. He is coming around to fish, at least in nugget form. The staff were effortlessly tending to a full restaurant and the small line of people outside were patiently waiting in the Tropical heat for tables to open. The restaurant was sparkling clean, the atmosphere was comfortable and the prices were perfect based on the large portions. We started with the Cebiche El Muelle and Yuquitas A La Huancaína and were so impressed by the combination of flavors and freshness of the dishes. For main courses, we shared my favorite Peruvian dish, the Fettuccini A La Huancíana con Lomo Saltado and the Arroz Chaufa De Mariscos. Lo Maximo! The owner/chef stopped by our table to ask how we enjoyed our dinner and made us feel welcome.
