Our recent takeout experience started off rough but ultimately ended on a very positive note thanks to Manager Jason. We placed a large takeout order for three families, and most of the food came out within about 15 minutes. Unfortunately, one item was missing, and when we checked on it after waiting over 50 minutes total, we were told it would still be another 16 minutes. By that point, much of our food had been sitting in containers and was getting cold and soggy, which was disappointing. We asked to speak with a manager simply to share our concern. Jason handled the situation professionally and with genuine care -- he apologized for the delay, acknowledged the inconvenience, and immediately made it right. He also offered us a generous gift card to encourage us to return, which we truly appreciated and did not expect. While the delay was frustrating, the way it was resolved demonstrated strong customer service. Because of Jason's response, we're willing to give this restaurant another try. read more

Fun place to stop after the show. Great deal during the summer- large salad, large pizza and 2 glasses of wine for $29. Salad was delicious and enough to share. Unfortunately the Suprema pizza was lacking. Contained so little sausage I actually thought they forgot it. When I asked the wait staff, they pointed out to a few crumbles. I've circled them in this picture. I would doubt that there was an eighth of a cup of sausage crumbles on the whole pizza. read more

Picked up a cheese pizza after church today. I've visited other locations and always liked the food. Today, the crusty was powdery with flour and burnt. Because the toppings were lacking, it felt like I was just eating crust. Also, my son went in to pick up food with my name and knew what had been ordered. Even though the receipt with my name was attached to the pizza box, he had to come out to get the order number from the app. I'd definitely be willing to try it again based on previous experiences, but I wasn't happy with today's lunch. read more

The Pig was a little oily but still good, and the Chicken Pesto had excellent pesto flavor! When they say "thin crust," they mean THIN crust (thinnest I've experienced). They have a new spring menu selection that looks tasty. Caprese salad came out first, about ten minutes later our second salad came out. Ordered delivery of a pepperoni, mushroom pizza and a Caprese Salad. We are in the middle of tomato season and the tomatoes on the salad were not ripe. They were partially green! The fresh mozzarella was not very fresh either. Fortunately, the portion was super small so I didn't have to eat much. Why would you put the dressing container in with the salad? Could it be so you don't have to put as much salad in the take out container? The pizza was serviceable. It was not hot and lacked sauce but the mushrooms were good. We go to sauce quite often, but today was a huge disappointment. We ordered extra prosciutto on a fig and prosciutto pizza, because last time we didn't think it had enough so we thought "oh let's just add extra in our order". Embarrassing for a place literally named SAUCE. I used to love this place years ago and it must have been taken over by corporate greed because the quality has severely gone downhill. This pasta had no flavor whatsoever. The "sauce" was merely a watery cream type sauce with no hint of cheese. The menu online shows it with shredded parm and herbs - where were those? I had to load it up with salt to make it even edible. It's clear the management or owners do not care. There are numerous negative reviews online that mention similar issues with no response. Arrived Sunday morning at 11am when they open. Was greeted by a friendly cashier. Ordered 2 thin crust pizzas, Caesar salad, garlic knots and 2 sodas. Best part of the meal was the cessation salad. The plate was ice cold, the salad was cold and tossed with the right amount of dressing and homemade seasoned croutons. The pizza crust was burnt and the rest of the pizza was so soggy it had to be eaten with a fork. Very disappointing. Garlic knots were good and marinara was upper hot and fresh. The restaurant was not shy on the thermostat, it was a bit chilly in the restaurant. Plenty of staff working. As everything was delivered I waited for my pizza. Waited and waited as others received their food. Once I asked about my pizza she shared that it needed to be remade. As my husband was almost done eating, I received my pizza. Ambience is inviting, amazing tunes playing GREAT air conditioning. Menu is okay, nothing really stood out to me. Son picked the place to try out, first time here so gave it a shot. I liked the huge wall menu, and saw that they even have it in a smaller version where their POS system is. We went with a classic Caesar salad paired with a BYO pizza, full pepperoni, half black olives, and 2 cups for drinks. Total was 27 something, was feeling generous so I tipped 10% before getting my meal brought to me. Upon walking up to the drink dispenser, I liked that they had a variety of teas brewed. Made myself a mixed Arnold Palmer. When our salad arrived I was informed that it comes with bread but they were 86'd on that. My son commented that the croutons tasted like garlic bread. Indeed they did, tasty croutons. When our pizza came, it did look good, I was a little saddened by the small amount of black olives they threw on. Should have asked for extra. Pizza was nice and hot, saucy as asked but lacked in flavor. Tasted like a microwavable pizza to be honest. My son also did not enjoy it as he started to spit out pieces by the second slice in. Throughout the night, he checked on us as well as being attentive to our needs. He even gave us a dessert for our daughter's birthday. This has always been one of my go to places because we enjoy the food! However today my kid had to use the restroom. Being a restaurant I expected the restroom to be clean. That was not the case. Honestly such a disappointment. The salads are delicious, but that's if they don't forget the main ingredient! I ordered the turkey and feta salad, and they forgot to give me the turkey! When I went back to ask for it, the cashier just grabbed a bag and emptied it into my plate with her bare hands. It was so off-putting. Other than that, the salad was pretty good. My mom got the salmon salad and my husband got the roasted veggie salad, which were both pretty good, but very small portions. As for the pizzas, they are so light on the toppings and they're just not even that good. We got the Suprema, the prosciutto and fig, and the chicken and pesto. I guess the Suprema was the best one of the three. The others barely had any meat on them. The second one had two figs on the entire pie, I kid you not. The ambiance is not great. Worst customer service. Eaten here many times previously and was good. Tonight the staff was rude, forgot our food, walked around with one of our friends food but never brought it to them. Waited over an hour still never got my salad. Multiple tables had dirty dishes still there for over an hour. When we addressed our concerns with manager after server was rude to me, he basically said he is short staffed. Didn't apologize to us or correct his rude employee. We still had to go up and ask for a refund after over an hour of waiting and even then they never apologized. We have visited this location several times and unfortunately each one gets worse and worse. Staff is a bit disconnected from diners and I don't follow the order at the counter and get lousy no-attention service when they drop off the food. So you are asked to tip at the register, without having the benefit of gauging the service level. I know this has become the norm across many restaurants, but this location truly stands out in lacking any true service. Food is dropped off, without asking if we need utensils(none were on our table), if the food looks ok or if we needed anything else. What am I giving a tip for here? Food: They have decent salads, but given the pizza oven, they should knock decent pies, but they don't! Thin pizza reminds me of cafeteria pizza back in high schools. It's as if they try to get the crust to be paper thin. Zero taste and no better than MOD or similar. Regular crust pizza tastes like delivery Papa Johns or Little Caesars $5 pies. The crust is not flaky, but a no taste doughy base. Overall: There are better options in the area and once our last gift card is used, we will not be coming back. read more
