The service I had a lunch today was great! She came around the right amount of times to check on me and fill water. I love the soft, warm complimentary bread and oil! The pasta was great too! Too hot to cook so we ordered take out from here. It's been many years since we were here. Was going to order on their website but weren't able to make specific modifications and it cost $4 extra. Was greeted by a friendly young lady who helped us with our to go order in person. Prices are not reasonable for the quantity of food. The $25 trio appetizer was ridiculous with cold fries in a huge pizza box. The side salad with our pasta was $7.50. It's just lettuce and it was tiny. We asked for extra dressing in the side with extra croutons. There were 5 croutons. If they would have left the dressing out of the container they could have given more lettuce, and no extra dressing provided. But the ceasar dressing was so acidic, we couldn't eat. We asked for extra 2 breads as we purchased 4 meals and spent over $100 and were given only 1. Definitely not worth the price and the quality was just okay. Pretty sad considering they have an opportunity to do well. Service is poor. No timely refills on drinks, slow staff. The biggest issue was finding out they didn't have the shrimp and crab dip 25 minutes after ordering it. The chicken in the chicken bowl was tough and dry...considering it took 40 minutes to get our food, it prob sat under the light for 25 of that. All in all, pretty poor experience. I asked the waiter which of the appetizers were popular, he said one with all sampler. I took a bite of the firecracker rolls and the wonton wrappers were too heavy and too spicy. The marinara sauce had the taste it came from a can. My boyfriend ordered the spaghetti and meatballs and said it lacked seasoning. The one thing that went well was the bread that was served at the beginning of the meal. I gave the waiter my American Express card and he came back and said it was denied, which has to be false because I had a zero balance on the card. Small portion size, incorrect toppings on orders. This happened to us two times in a row. After the first time in which we did delivery and had our order messed up, we decided to give them another try hoping it was just a fluke. This time not only was the salad very small (again), it looked like a child's size side salad, for $17.00 with NO meat. It also had cubed red apples (yuck) on it vs the pears we ordered. When you request to speak to a manager, you talk to Grace, who says the salad looks small because of the container. Well how was everything good here before these last two awful orders? They had the same salad containers when the portion was of normal size. What a way to gaslight. I don't mind spending more money for quality food, but it's lacking quality and the portions have shrunk it a matter of 6 weeks. I will not be back and would not recommend it. WOW you can probably get better Italian food at McDonalds. looks like take out is about 30% of their business so they neglect walk in customers. Service was horrible. I have been coming here for years and will not be returning. Our waiter had no communication skills, just sitting around staring at his phone and talking to coworkers. Never apologized for how long we waited, never gave us more bread or filled our drinks. You can blame others, but not when you haven't even done your job to the minimum. Told us "this is how it's been all night" after not coming to our table for over 40 minutes. We then proceeded to just want the check and leave after being there for over an hour and haven't received our APPETIZER. The food used to be a good value for price, then became average value for the portions and quality served, and has now become ridiculously overrpriced for the portions and quality. $24 for a single serving bowl of spaghetti is outrageous. Quiet on a Saturday afternoon. Extensive menu but very accommodating Bacco's simple salad was very nice. I loved that it came with everything tossed in not just sitting on top. The vinaigrette was light, the mozzarella fresh and the salad was fresh and delicious. Shrimp Arrabiata sauce - this was actually zoodle Arrabiata was excellent. The sauce was nicely spiced but not over the top. The pasta almost tasted like homemade. The shrimp were very good and fresh, it would have been nice if they were a little bigger. The ice tea tasted like fresh brewed. Chalkboard entree - chicken with sautéed Brussels sprouts. Great flavors and lots of veggies (they graciously held the beets). While I enjoyed all the flavors it was a little dry and was enhanced by some spoonfuls of sauce from my husband's dish and the veggies were VERY Al dente, almost too much so For dessert we tried a small order of Zeppoli's. They were more like struffoli then zeppolis especially since they were covered with a cinnamon sugar and not powdered sugar. Our server was so nice and sweet. She checked on us the right amount. Absolutely horrendous experience. If you are a financial stakeholder in this location, highly recommend you watch video from 7pm to 8pm on Saturday 1/18. Walked in, greeted by the manager. Asked about cheese wheel (whole reason we chose this place). She wasn't pleasant and seemed annoyed at the question. Sat us by the jarred pasta sauce near the kitchen opening. Server was prompt to start. Asked him about apps, he said he didn't know because he didn't eat them. lol. We ordered a mojito. Drinks arrived and then we waited for quite awhile for the mojito. You can see it sitting there, done, for a long time. Our server had no idea how to multitask. The manager could be seen behind the bar texting on her phone. Check how long the dirty glasses sit at the end of the bar not being washed. Pretty sure it was longer than we were there. Our apps then sit in the window dying, the manager passed by a few times without checking for runner. "Busy" is a terrible excuse as she had no hustle. She spent a fair amount of time talking to the servers and not directing the dining room. We eventually got our apps. They were good. We had to flag down the waiter to get refills. Please check the cameras, kid you not, we had to ask for refills each time. Each time we got them he would leave the empty glasses. lol. I think we had 10 glasses at our table. Also, the mojito is disgusting. Not sure if you can see in the camera but the manager didn't make the drink correctly. Should be rum, simple syrup, soda water, lime, mint. Tasted like she put water in it. It was not good. We finally get our entrees and... y'all... the cheese wheel... you can't be putting seafood on it. The cross contamination is wild. Might actually harm someone who has a seafood allergy. The server told us he didn't know what type of pasta we would get lol but thought it was fusilli... it was not even close. lol. The chef was nice , the pasta and flavor were mid. Not worth the $25. The chicken limon tasted like canola oil, it was nasty. I took it home and cooked it in red sauce . Honestly, I would have just left it but I was pissed I spent $150 on such a disgusting experience. Watch the cameras from at least 7:50 to 8:00. We sat around waiting for the check or the waiter to come to us, he passed by several times and had no idea about multitasking. The manager was equally as clueless/useless. Check around 7:54 when she walks over to the far side of the dining room to a booth where there's our waiter and the girl waiter, they're chatting and clearing the same table. Lol. It's busy, should be all doing different things... lol.. but manager takes the dishes while girl server follows behind and they're chatting and laughing... we're waiting.... Our waiter goes to a table by the front door and then grabs a piece of pasta off a table and swings it through the dining room with his hands. lol. We finally got the bill paid and left. My kids were able to LEAVE, walk to Safeway and shop, be done and waiting in the car in less time than it took us to pay and leave. Insane. I would say do better but I kinda got the vibe that this is acceptable. We absolutely will not be back and I encourage anyone reading this to avoid this place like the plague. read more

I'm not so sure about that though, because I picked up food for the kid and wife (not me) and after an appetizer and a couple of entrees, throw in a few extra meatballs and the bill comes up to about $45. Best Italian dish I have ever had is here. It's the egg plant Parmesan. The crispiest battered egg plant ever. Good portions. The sauce is kinda orange I think because it's mixed with cheese. Omg! And, my favorite thing is their pepperoni, which is spicy but not too spicy. It's not the typical pepperoni that you get on a pizza or a calzone. This is a specialty kind of pepperoni that they use and it's thinly sliced and I ordered a calzone. They have appetizer they will give you for free, which is breadsticks along with olive oil. party of 9 came in on saturday night, with a reservation. we get there at 545, and when its all said and done, dont leave til 9pmish. they had our server also serving another huge table, and we got the short end of the stick for sure. the menu is so weird!! definitely its a newer menu, and its all over the place- mostly all pasta dishes, but worded differently. their appetizers section is not interesting, so thats a bummer. we did get a few, one i really wanted was the Brussels sprouts with beets. thats an expensive app, and it was super skimpy!!! the bowl it was served in is one that restaurants usually serve lemon slices in. the beets come in super tiny cubes, and the almonds, and golden raisins were not included in the dish...... meals dont come with salads; thats an additional $7 or so for small side salads. several of the pastas our party ordered were out, so they kept having to pick something eles. a few of the pastas we ordered were all sauce, no pasta ; we had to ask for extra pasta. i ordered the chicken breast, prepared primavera style, on a bed of veg. the chicken had nice flavor, but everything eles a small portion,and chopped up so tiny, it was not presented well; but i will say the vegetables were all fresh, and roasted, so that was a nice flavor combination!! inflation sucks, and when prices go up, and portions go down, that really makes dining out not a great experience!! dining room is cozy i guess. read more

Because Italian food is my favorite, I decided to try this place out. I was disappointed. I ordered the Spicy Alfredo w/Spicy Sausage and added Grilled Chicken. The bread that they serve before the meal is ok, nothing to write home about. It comes with a olive oil dipping sauce. When my entree arrived, it was very hot, which I was glad. However, after just one bite I couldn't tolerate it as the sauce had a sweet taste to it. That was definitely different for an Alfredo dish. The grilled chicken breast that I had added was chewy, so it definitely was done. I was truly hoping that this would be a go to favorite, but hey maybe you will like it. It just wasn't for me.
