I first want to start off by saying that the service was great today! Today I came in to place a to-go order around 1-1:30 quoted around 15-20 minutes, and had mentioned last time that there wasn't enough toppings on our pizza for my husband once we had gotten it. But today I came in and the sweetest girl, named Jaiden, at least that's what it said on the receipt, with black hair, average height, went above and beyond to make sure our pizza had met our expectations! Assured me that she would make it herself, and sure enough she showed me the pizza before I had walked out, to make sure it had met my expectations, and it truly did. My husband was very happy with the result she created compared to last time. Along with another girl who was up there, with tattoos, very sweet and very talkative once I came back in, to see the status on my order. If you want great customer service, come in during the day! Our experience was pretty bad. From ordering at the counter (the staff gossiping, ignoring customers, and using bad language in front of kids), the food being incorrect, poor customer service, and mold in the red pepper shaker! Things were bad enough but not worth saying anything until my family realized the red pepper shaker had moldly food stuck on the inside of the shaker. I asked to speak with a manager who just simply asked us if we wanted a new shaker?! I told him that this was a health code violation and he said, "well we wash these every week. Pizza is always my favorite tried the wings this last time and they weren't terrible sauce could use some improvement.

We've ate here several times and usually pickup pizza ourselves, but my wife and I were on a date and so we ordered a pizza for our kids and the baby sitter. We didn't leave a tip upfront (because why would you tip before receiving service) and forgot to communicate with the babysitter about leaving a tip. Next thing we know, the delivery driver is texting my wife asking for a tip. We are on a date and not paying attention to our phones. Well he then calls my wife at 9:15PM!!! This is not appropriate behavior. Even if we should have given a tip, this is not how staff should react. Management should train employees better. A tip is not a guarantee, it's something earned. Ordered two pizzas to-go, and they were delicious! They were cooked perfectly, had the perfect amount of cheese, sauce, and meat. The dough was thick and chewy in the best way. The sauce is a sweeter sauce but the cheese and pepperoni really balance it out. I would definitely come back! read more

We mobile ordered an XL pizza and 24 wings. They "lost" our pizza but had the wings ready. It took an hour for them to make our order, it took 30 additional minutes to put a rush order on our pizza. They weren't even going to compensate us for their screw up. This is the second time they've messed up our order and while waiting for the pizza, we overheard they "lost" some other customers wing order. The service here is really good and the employees very caring and helpful. Hi everybody. I just want to say if you're looking for a good pizza, I enjoy going to Barrows pizza in the Queen Creek Marketplace. You can buy a whole pizza there or if you're by yourself like I am, you can get one slice of pizza, a salad and a drink in a combo meal. That is usually more than enough for me. Over 50 and have been enjoying Barros for many years. The recipe has changed, the cheese breaks short of a pull and the dough is now tuff not fluffy.. I did som research with help of A.I. and these complaints are consistent throughout the web. If you're going to change the recipe change the name of the establishment. This is very unfortunate to write about because I like Barro's. I came in with my family after watching Kings of kings. The movie was great for the kiddos, by the way. Me and my family walk in, and we order I ordered a medium pizza, 12 traditional wings, a salad, and some drinks. My wife started to pay, and I told her I would use the restroom and that I would be right back. I walked into the men's bathroom and saw one of the employees coming out of the stall. I saw him leaving without washing. Before he walks out completely, I say leaving the bathroom without washing your hands is crazy work. I don't know if he didn't hear me or brush it off. I come out of the restroom disappointed And sure enough I told my wife.she like lets just get a refund and go to inn & out instead . So I told the cashier of what happen and she was very apologetic, she said that she will tell the manager and I said ok we still want a refund and she stated do you want to keep the food. If you want a pizza to yourself - the mini is a perfect solution! I ordered the pepperoni n anchovies with extra cheese and the mini supreme and they were both excellent- taste and appearance! The edges were thicker indicating the dough was pressed toward the edge as it should be! Crispy ! Be careful- 40 minute wait on Saturday night ( right on the dot ) as promised. We had ordered from Barro's, in Santan Valley, a few months ago and the pizza was great. Our second order was horrible but we thought it was a fluke and placed another order 2 days ago. Same horrible pizza. It took 90 minutes to receive it and it was cold. Not like room temperature but like it had been sitting out for 90 minutes cold. All dried up like old pizza. And unusually greasy. The garlic cheese bread had evidently been melted with blocks of butter. It was also dried up and cold and when you bit into it, it was like biting into a stick of butter. I didn't get to eat here, sadly. I kept calling trying to find out if they deliver to my address. The woman asked for my name and number and my address. When I told her my address, she asked me to spell it, which I did. She then asked if the word "east" was actually in the address or if I was referring to the location being east of a street... seriously?? Who says I live east of something? I the. But we stayed because our order arrived which was a large pizza, wings and mozzarella sticks. I was unsatisfied with the mozzarella sticks, half of them were empty the cheese was gone. Not sure why they have such low reviews but we ordered Barro's, figuring we would give it a try, and we loved it! The pizza is delicious. Very cheesy with delicious crust (that my gauge for good pizza). The only downside to this place is they always take forever to deliver your order! I called on a Wednesday around 1:00pm and the estimated time was 90 min!!! I get long waits on Friday or Saturday nights but a Wednesday at 1? My kids were bummed because they were starving so we ended up going to little caesars and picked up in 10 min. If you're ok waiting for good pizza then this place is so worth it!!! Wife and I have always enjoyed Barro's. When we lived in Surprise, if we decided to have pizza delivered. Barro's was always the choice. Three days in QC, and it was time for pizza delivery. We ordered our usual, Large pepperoni, and sausage pizza with onions, garlic, and peppers. Cooked XX well done. Also had a large green salad. So this place or company y had turned into crap. The crust is now at least it seems to be a frozen dish. The cheese garlic bread was gross not cheese and frozen tasting crust.
