Jason handled the situation professionally and with genuine care -- he apologized for the delay, acknowledged the inconvenience, and immediately made it right. He also offered us a generous gift card to encourage us to return, which we truly appreciated and did not expect. For that price, I could have ordered a full pasta dish or a pizza. There was nothing special about the flavor to justify the cost, and to be honest, I feel misled by the photo on their website and pricing discrepancy. I ordered two orders of meatballs (4 total) and only received 2. They did offer to remake the missing order, but I would've had to go back and pick it up, which wasn't convenient. When the mistake is on their end, there should be a better effort to make it right. They also didn't offer anything extra for the inconvenience. no complimentary order next time, just a credit for the two meatballs I never received, which is the bare minimum since I already paid for them. Between the repeated mistakes and the lack of real customer service, I won't be ordering from here again. There are plenty of great Italian restaurants nearby that get it right the first time, I'd recommend going somewhere else.
