I love Carrabba's. My family almost exclusively comes here for celebratory dinners such as birthdays! We came by for my mom's bday dinner last night. My recommendation is always the Chicken Piccata and Caesar salad. We always share the calamari which is fab. My fam always gets the Pasta Weesie (could feed you for three days straight I SWEAR). Service was great as usual, and their olive oil was especially yummy last night! Our waitress brought a complimentary dessert for my mama and recommended the Songo which we all could share. Had dinner at Carrabba's last night. I got my usual chicken Brian which was just okay this time and the chicken was very small. My husband tried one of the new specials the pasta with fillet and shrimp. They served it over egg noodles that were piles high and all clumped together you could not even eat them. Very little filet and the shrimp was tough. Certainly not worth $32. Very disappointing. Carrabba's is one of our go to restaurants and we eat there very often. read more

This place was dead, I mean like 6 tables dead. The services was ridiculous as well. The hostess was very nice and seated us very quickly, obviously there was nobody else there, so we could've sat anywhere we wanted. The waitress came over fairly quickly got a drink order, but was actually looking for us to order our food with only having about two minutes to look at a menu. It felt like We were being pressured to get in and out as quickly as possible. It seemed like whenever we needed something, she was walking away before we could even finish a sentence. One of us ordered the fettuccine and it would've been better from a knorr packet. The other one ordered the rigatoni with sausage and the sausage was crumbled on top and it would've been nice to see it mixed in with the sauce. Again, just not worth the price they're asking. I would imagine this place probably won't be around too much longer. Tonight was my first night out since coming home from both the hospital & the health rehabilitation center & my friend Kristy took me out to dinner here. I'd never been here so I was very happy to come here. We had the most amazing waiter plus he was really handsome. I wish I would have gotten his name. He was totally awesome, very helpful, & even recommended me what to have since I was torn between 2 entrees. I took his recommendation & went with the Shrimp & Scampi Linguini & was I glad I did! Most of the food was very good. Filet came out very undercooked. They took it back and it came out well done and flavorless. First time I used steak sauce in 5 years. I am SORELY DISAPPOINTED by our experience at this Carrabba's. It's been years since we've dined at Carrabba's and we were painfully reminded why! I honestly don't even know where to start. The food was bland, not well prepared, and so not worth the prices they are charging! The lasagna that I had was equivalent to what you might buy from the grocery store frozen section and put in the oven at home. The center was mushy, lacking flavor, and dry. The lasagna had been drenched in thin sauce but once cut into it was a desert. My son ordered a steak medium. It was WELL WELL WELL done, tough, chewy, terrible! The steak by itself was $35. Please review the attached photo where you will see a paper thin sliver of meat. We paid an extra $3 for flavored butter which honestly wasn't worth 50 cents. He asked for the garlic fries and we were told there would be an up charge of 'a dollar and some change.' Well that dollar and some change turned out to be $1.99 for soggy fries that were clearly just dipped in oil! First of all, you should know what the up charge is and secondly, 99 cents is not 'some change'. It's another dollar! I know that's petty but it's basically how everything during this experience played out. When we arrived on a Friday night and there was no one waiting outside and only three other tables with guests inside, we should have known! Our bill for three people and no alcohol was $105 before tip. We won't be back. read more

Good grief is this place bad. Believe the reviews. I'm not sure if it's the standard of this particular location, or all of them, but the food is BAD. Soup served cold, bolognese had no meat in it, and the children's meatball from spaghetti and meatballs was so grey that I'm convinced it was at least a week old. My LO didn't eat it because it seemed so off. We had a newer waitress, and I'm convinced they don't train on checking how food is entirely to avoid having to take anything back. The only opportunities we were given to try getting any help was when I was brought a glass of wine I ordered or they were bringing out a salad. I was more terse with the waitress than I probably should have been, but still left her a decent tip. We absolutely will not be back with how bad the food itself is. We were looking for somewhere that sounded good for Easter Dinner and stumbled on Carrabba's. We dined here a few times at the location in Scottsdale before they went under. We decided on DoorDash because Easter is such a busy Holiday. My mom got the Tuscan Grilled Sirloin and was rather disappointed. The steak was overcooked and the Mashed Potatoes and Caesar Salad tasted powdered/bagged. My Johnny Trio was good. The Chicken Bryan and Sirloin Marsala were hot and flavorful-- but the Mezzaluna Pasta was cold and bland. Wow! I have not eaten at Carrabba's in many years, and after this meal, I remember why. I decided to give this place. Another chance when I received an email with several new limited time menu items. I placed a to go order for the rigatoni, Al Forno, and the chocolate peanut butter brownie. When I got home and started to eat the rigatoni, I was shocked at how dry, bland, and tasteless it was. I tried sprinkling salt on it to give it some flavor, but that didn't help any at all. It was very hard to eat, considering it was so dry and with the lack of flavor, I just gave up and considered it a loss. The chocolate peanut butter brownie was very good! It is the only reason this review received the two stars. That dessert alone is definitely four stars. I used to love eating at Carrabba's, but after trying this pasta and wasting my money, I regret that I tried it today because $20 on horrible pasta isn't what I had on my bingo card today. read more

This five-course meal, guided by bartender Chris, was a true culinary journey that left everyone in our party of four raving. He was extremely knowledgeable of the bourbons and the food. The evening began with a Wild Mushroom Soup, drizzled with truffle oil. Rich and full of flavor, it set the tone for what was to come. The next course, wood-fired grilled wings, was a standout. Served with a creamy Gorgonzola cheese sauce for dipping, the smoky, charred flavor from the grill elevated the wings to another level. Pairing this course was the Italian Old Fashioned, which was unanimously declared the best we've ever tasted--perfectly balanced with a delightful blend of savory, sweet, and spicy notes. Was there tonight Mother's Day. Got in at 5:30 ordered food at 5:45. By 7:45-no food. Walked out. We had a sitter waiting at home. Our waitress did bring us drinks after multiple stops. We did get 1 thing of bread and our side salads at the 1 hour mark. The final straw was after going to the bathroom the 3rd time and seeing a whole new crop of people at tables and they all were finishing their food OR in the middle of eating. People that came in the same time we did were gone. Like their tables were dirty with plates and napkins. Never again! read more

Julia was our server (in training), and she did let us know-that was fine. She brought me garlic fries instead of my sautéed spinach I ordered. I get it, she just needs experience. The problem is, the guy training her was more aware, personable and seemed to care more than she did. He checked up on us, she didn't. He was more aware of getting my spinach When she brought us anything including the check, all she'd do was set it and leave in the most apathetic way. Now the food, obviously not her fault. My plate was average but good. It was more about having to wait for my spinach to eat with my sirloin and mashed potatoes. My husband got the Pollo Rosa Maria. Have the three in one with zucchini fries, calamari, and mozzarella sticks. Entree? Your on your own there. Everything is good and I can't recommend just one thing because I love everything. The blackberry sangria is good. The house salad is good. The main dishes were not good at all. I noticed in the pictures on here they are light on the sauce so I asked for extra sauce. I got the chicken parmigiana with fettuccine Alfred. The extra sauce came in a little bowl. When I poured it on it was like pour milk on my pasta. Super runny. The noodles tasted like egg noodles. The chicken parm was edible at best. Nothing is homemade & the mushrooms are from a can that were in my hubby's dish; I don't remember the name. Way over priced for the quality of food you get. I had the absolute pleasure of attending the Feast of the 7 Fishes wine pairing dinner at Carrabbas on December 20, 2023, and it was truly a night to remember. From the moment I stepped into the restaurant located at 2709 S Market St, Gilbert, AZ, I knew I was in for a treat. I thoroughly enjoyed the presentation of the history of the Feast and the detailed information on the wines. The evening started with a delightful calamari dish, tossed in a tangy lemon sauce with just the right amount of heat from the pepperoncini. It was a perfect introduction to the seafood feast that awaited us. Paired with a Prosecco, adding a delicate sweetness to the calamari, setting the stage for what was to come. Next up was the seafood chowder, featuring tender pieces of mahi mahi swimming in a creamy lobster and red wine based broth. The wine pairing for this course was a lovely Sauvignon Blanc that complemented the flavors of the chowder beautifully. This wine had a vibrant acidity that brightened the velvety soup. It was a match made in culinary heaven. The linguini di frutti, a medley of scallops, shrimp, calamari, and mussels, was the star of the evening. The seafood was cooked to perfection, tender and succulent. The wine pairing for this course was a Chianti Classico which added depth and complexity to the dish. The main course, a perfectly cooked salmon served with lobster ravioli with just a hint of mint, was a true showstopper. Paired with a Pinot Grigio, the combination was simply divine. To end the evening on a sweet note, we were treated to a classic Italian dessert - cannoli. The crispy shell filled with creamy ricotta cheese and chocolate chips was the perfect ending to a truly remarkable meal. Paired with a Riesling, which enhanced the sweetness of the pastry without overwhelming the palate. The wine pairings throughout the evening were nothing short of exceptional. Each wine was carefully selected to enhance the flavors of the dishes. The pairings elevated the dining experience, creating a harmonious balance between food and drink. Overall, the Feast of the 7 Fishes wine pairing dinner was a night of culinary bliss. I visited you restaurant for the 1st time in many years remember how good it was I was excited to see one on 202 and williams field.   I went in to place it to go order and sat at the bar had 2 beers my bill came out to $60..  when I get home I felt robbed, I have included pictures but the chicken tasted frozen the steak was supposed to be cooked medium but as you can see from the pictures it's WAY over done,  alfredo looked like it was  curdled and there were no mushrooms in the Chicken marsala.And I was charged ($26.99) The lobster ravioli is store bought and frozen ($20.99) There were only 4 tables in the place and yet I had a horrible experience. I am completely and utterly upset, I wasted hard money...ur staff and kitchen has given up completely... I'm writing this cuz I'm in the industry and care about value and experience.. Yelp and Google is where you will see my pictures and review. You should take more pride and apologize for taking my money when I can make better at home for $60..ur food/business ruined a date night for me and my wife. This was my first time here, my husband recommended, saying the food is excellent. The food: I had the Ravioli and it was delicious. The sauce was a creamy marinara and the ravioli had the perfect amount of cheese and spinach. My kids had the fettuccine Alfredo and they loved it! The service: The hostess had no personality. I don't know why I keep trying these sorts of places. I really never have a good experience. It seems that the staff is overworked, understaffed, and underpaid. The poor waitress was working around the place and holding the place together. She didn't give me the correct change but we were so tired we just wanted to leave by the end of it. The bathroom was so gross and smelt so badly. The dining area looked dirty too. There were even crumbs on our table. The food was overpriced but tasted ok. Take out tried to take us out. They gave us molded bread, at least a week old re-heated appetizers - soggy breaded chicken wings and cold "heated" vegetables. Entrees were of poor food quality in general along with being poorly prepared from a cooking standard. Called in to complain about it to the manager and then threw it all away.
