Fettuccine Alfredo, so overpriced and bland.
    Matthew M.

This place was dead, I mean like 6 tables dead. The services was ridiculous as well. The hostess was very nice and seated us very quickly, obviously there was nobody else there, so we could've sat anywhere we wanted. The waitress came over fairly quickly got a drink order, but was actually looking for us to order our food with only having about two minutes to look at a menu. It felt like We were being pressured to get in and out as quickly as possible. It seemed like whenever we needed something, she was walking away before we could even finish a sentence. One of us ordered the fettuccine and it would've been better from a knorr packet. The other one ordered the rigatoni with sausage and the sausage was crumbled on top and it would've been nice to see it mixed in with the sauce. Again, just not worth the price they're asking. I would imagine this place probably won't be around too much longer. This is my experience, I'm sure if there was only six other tables in there on a night that it should've been much busier others are probably thinking the same thing.

Shrimp & Scampi Linguini. I LOVE it!

Tonight was my first night out since coming home from both the hospital & the health rehabilitation center & my friend Kristy took me out to dinner here. I'd never been here so I was very happy to come here. We had the most amazing waiter plus he was really handsome. I wish I would have gotten his name. He was totally awesome, very helpful, & even recommended me what to have since I was torn between 2 entrees. I took his recommendation & went with the Shrimp & Scampi Linguini & was I glad I did! I really liked it & have some for leftovers! He kept our drinks filled, checked on us & provided the BEST service! The ambiance was inviting & we got there before it got really crowded so timing was everything! We will definitely come back!

Little slow today. Said order would be ready at 216 but it wasn't ready til 240. The side salad was pitiful. Normally they have the container full but it was only halfway. No tomatoes. Look like just lettuce.

Amazing food, amazing drinks, met with amazing service! Our server Justin was absolutely incredible and on top of his game! The music was relaxing and not too loud. The manager Kyle came over and made sure everything was delicious. 10/10 I will be back!!

I am SORELY DISAPPOINTED by our experience at this Carrabba's. It's been years since we've dined at Carrabba's and we were painfully reminded why! I honestly don't even know where to start. The food was bland, not well prepared, and so not worth the prices they are charging! The lasagna that I had was equivalent to what you might buy from the grocery store frozen section and put in the oven at home. The center was mushy, lacking flavor, and dry. The lasagna had been drenched in thin sauce but once cut into it was a desert. My son ordered a steak medium. It was WELL WELL WELL done, tough, chewy, terrible! The steak by itself was $35. Please review the attached photo where you will see a paper thin sliver of meat. We paid an extra $3 for flavored butter which honestly wasn't worth 50 cents. He asked for the garlic fries and we were told there would be an up charge of 'a dollar and some change.' Well that dollar and some change turned out to be $1.99 for soggy fries that were clearly just dipped in oil! First of all, you should know what the up charge is and secondly, 99 cents is not 'some change'. It's another dollar! I know that's petty but it's basically how everything during this experience played out. When we arrived on a Friday night and there was no one waiting outside and only three other tables with guests inside, we should have known! Our bill for three people and no alcohol was $105 before tip. We won't be back.

House Salad, lentil sausage soup, Tuscan grilled chicken and spinach. Low cal delicious!!!

Great food and service today! Quiet, fun, Italian atmosphere. In Gilbert, there are many choices. This is one of our top go to places!

We were looking for somewhere that sounded good for Easter Dinner and stumbled on Carrabba's. We dined here a few times at the location in Scottsdale before they went under. We decided on DoorDash because Easter is such a busy Holiday. My mom got the Tuscan Grilled Sirloin and was rather disappointed. The steak was overcooked and the Mashed Potatoes and Caesar Salad tasted powdered/bagged. My Johnny Trio was good. The Chicken Bryan and Sirloin Marsala were hot and flavorful-- but the Mezzaluna Pasta was cold and bland. I'm not sure if I'd come back much, due to the high prices and Olive Garden equivalent food.

Very friendly and helpful waitress. The food was delicious with thoughtfully crafted sauces and flavors. I would have liked some actual lobster in the bisque, but it was quite flavorful nevertheless. The pork entree was butterflied and on the bone. Quite delicious and a generous portion size. Two grown men had to take half of it home as leftovers. The eggplant was reminiscent of a homemade family recipe and laden with gooey cheese. The gelato to finish the meal was rich and creamy. I wish the restaurant wasn't so loud inside but the patio seating would have been better to accomplish that, if the weather was nice. We will definitely need to come back to try out some of the other menu options. Definitely a great new find to our restaurant options in the east valley.

My wife had the Sacchetti Porcini with truffle and it was light and perfectly balanced flavor. The pillows melted in your mouth. Will definitely have again. The Lobster Ravioli had a well balanced limoncello flavor and not too creamy. Cool striped pasta. Perfect for those not super hungry but wanting a unique dish that is sure to please. We had a small issue initially and ended up speaking with a manager, who was fantastic. They also happened to be running a special where moms received a buy one meal, get one free entrée, so that was a nice surprise for Mother's Day. While waiting for our meals, I ordered an Aperol Spritz. My husband ordered Grandma's Pasta, and I ordered the special, which was some kind of chicken in a wine sauce. I opted for crispy chicken instead of grilled. When my meal first came out, it had grilled chicken, so they had to remake it. The manager came back and even comped us a dessert for the inconvenience, which I really appreciated. Unfortunately, the second time my meal came out, it was still grilled chicken, and it looked overcooked as well. At this point, my husband had already finished his meal while I was still waiting for mine. The bartender apologized again, and they fired it a third time. Thankfully, it finally came out correctly, and it was very good. Despite the issues with my meal, the manager and bartender truly stepped up and took care of us in a big way. Crust is still a favorite in my book because when something goes wrong, they know how to make it right and take care of their customers. I will definitely be back.

She did not inform us that it came at an extra charge, though we would have still been happy to pay it, it's just nice to be informed ahead of time of any additional cost.
