My server, Stacy, was so nice and was working really hard to make sure everyone was taken care of. My food was ready quickly and was served piping hot. I thought the prices were fair and the portions generous. Because it was so busy, it got a little messy in there. I was told by a coworker to visit this place. We tried the Jalapeno Jack burger and the Bourbon Glaze one? I cant remember the exact name but - ugh yall just try this place. My friend is a HUGE food critic and she couldn't suggest a single improvement. We loved both burgers we tried. This review is for their food truck at hilltop food park. Wait times are incredibly slow. My brother in law waited almost an hour for his food on a Thursday and then I waited half an hour on a Friday for just two slices of pizza and one burger. Both were of mediocre quality and not worth the wait. When I went to check on my order after half an hour of waiting, the employees said they forgot to fulfill it. Don't walk. Run to this place!! I can't believe I missed the days when they were in Dallas. Now I gotta drive to Grapevine but honestly, it's worth it. The restaurant is located in a thriving area. We parked close to the train station, walked through the downtown area for fun and then we were at Sauce'd in less than 15 minutes. They do have their own parking lot but we wanted to explore the area. The restaurant wasn't the cleanest and we had a long wait (without proper seating) but those aspects pale in comparison to how good the food is. We got pizza and burgers. Both were deliciousss. I found this pizza spot on Yelp. It was my first time here.I ordered pizza to go, note to self I need to call ahead because it took about 30 minutes for my order to be ready. They have a to go area, but they don't have a big waiting area, so I had to wait in my car while I waited. They do have tables if you are eating in. They also deliver as well. They were very busy when I came and I now know that is because the pizza is good. They offer TX style and NY style pizza. They only have two options in size 14 or 16 inch. They also offer burgers and wings. I got the Margarita pizza, it has fresh basil and the sauce was tasty, the crust was nice as well. Not too thick, and on the TX style, the garlic butter added flavor. The oven that the pizza was cooked in made the crust airy. I will definitely go back next time I'm in Grapevine. Finally came and tried this place and I do not regret it. The food was tasty! We had a pepperoni pizza and the crust was so good! The rest of the pizza was really good as well. Service was great too. A fairly small pizzeria, turned burger spot Sauce'd is dishing out grade A smash burgers and serving up good New York style pizza. Menu wise, Sauce'd doesn't have extensive options however you can customize just about anything. While reviewing the menu and initially looking for a burger, we decided for the $7.50 lunch special which included 2 slices and a drink. Our server was great with explaining the particulars of the special while also breaking down the menu and house favorites. What stuck out during our visit was everybody but us order the burgers. Came to this restaurant last weekend with family to celebrate a couple of birthdays. Our waitress was very nice. Everyone said their food was good. I asked for a Caesar salad with chicken. At first the waitress said they were out of lettuce, then she came back and said they found some but didn't have chicken. Then she apparently found 3 tiny pieces of chicken and put those on the salad.....she tried... My reason for the lower rating is because I have a severe allergy - if I eat something with this ingredient in it, I go into anaphylactic shock and have to go to the hospital. I asked two different people if they could tell me if that ingredient was used to season the hamburger meat or the fries and neither one could tell me. Delicious food solidly executed! My husband had come across Sauce'd on Instagram and we had it on our list to try for some time. Yesterday we decided to head over to Grapevine for a few things and finally made our way to Sauce'd! We arrived around 7:10 and the business was scheduled to close at 8. They were slammed. Despite the rush, he took care of each and every table, making sure everyone was happy with the food and even offering refills on beverages. We were really impressed with him! As for our order, we debated if we should stick to burgers on this visit or try a burger and a pizza, and we ended up going with a burger (Bourbon Jam) and a pizza (Spicy Hula). Let's talk about the burger. We ordered it with fries and when the tray arrived at our table, everything was hot and delicious. The fries were so crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. The burger was hot and had really good flavor. I was so impressed with the solid execution on a burger and fries. For the pizza, we tried the Texas style crust after seeing it at other tables, and honestly for me, it was just ok. I think what made the pizza delicious was the crisp thin crust overall (the middle of the pizza was nice and crispy and not floppy and soggy), so next time I would probably get NY.
