They're famous fried ravioli with their fabulous marinara!!!

Fabulous food, wine and atmosphere!!! Antonio the owner made us feel like family!!! They're an extension of the famous Italian restaurant on Main Street in Euless, Texas Saviano.

Sprezza is in a little strip mall with a lot of restaurants and shops around it. It has a play area outside for your kids. We got the pepperoni pizza and a plain ol cheese pizza. Also got the spicy bolognese. Thin pizza, the kind you eat with a fork, and fold in half. Decent. I liked it. Also, the bolognese came with angel hair. Also, not bad. It had a different taste that I could not figure out what the taste was that I didn't like, but I did like.. Not a bad place. However, for the price and what it is.. for my family at least.. is not worth a second trip.

What a Gem! Fantastic new Pizzeria conveniently located in the Glad Parks area or Euless I've been searching for a great "New York" style pizza and I've found my home! 3 of us dined last night.. memorable ! Fabulous decor, (awesome BAR area) Attentive Staff Real-Deal Pizza Ovens Top Quality, delicious food For an appetizer we order the Queso Italiano OUTSTANDING We followed that with a NY Pepperoni Pizza with added Sausage and Mushroom INCREDIBLE We love to dine in the Bar area of Restaurants and Laura; the Barkeep took great care of us. As longtime Saviano's fans, we were counting the days until Sprezza opened in Glade Parks -- and it was absolutely worth the wait! We started with the Caesar salad, which was outstanding. We're pretty picky about Caesars, but this one nailed it -- crisp, fresh, and perfectly balanced. The pizzas are authentically New York-style, packed with flavor, and seasoned just right. To those leaving less-than-stellar early reviews, I'd encourage giving any new restaurant a little grace as they find their rhythm. That said, Sprezza has already earned high marks from us with friendly service and delicious food. Bonus tip: They're BYOB for now (though that is about to change), so bring your favorite bottle and enjoy!

Being a Saviano's fan, I was excited to try this place out. My youngest had the day off, and we needed to pick something up he had made during a spirit night ... so we ended up grabbing lunch here. Angel took amazing care of us during our visit. My kiddo enjoyed his kids cheese pizza. I noticed most other tables got an app and a pizza to share; which with the price point and size of the menu is what I would do when we come back with my husband.

We were hoping to eat at Salvianos but it was packed and we didn't make a reservation. So we were still looking for pizza and stumbled upon Speezzas. When we arrived we found out it was the same owner as Salvianos so we knew we'd were in the right place!!! The bacon marmalade pizza is OMG! The meatballs were the best appetizer ever! We will be back to taste more of the food. Love the atmosphere, sit at the huge bar and get the best service!

We were excited since we love savianos and heard this is the same owner. The service was mediocre and the pizza was ok. Located in a convenient spot.

Lovely place with excellent food and friendly service. We loved our meatball appetizer and two pizzas. I had the frozen sangria and my husband had the regular. Total check was only $51. Good food, great atmosphere, affordable pricing, and friendly service all in one! I think we just found our new preferred pizza place!

Absolutely incredible pizza and delicious spaghetti. Sal and family did it again! This place is so beautiful with a great atmosphere and relaxing outdoor patios.

Our waitress, Gabby, made our meal exceptional. Her genuine friendliness was infectious. Pizza was AMAZING!

The portions are also huge Our server was wonderful from start to finish. He was friendly, attentive, and checked on us often without being overbearing. The service was honestly the best part of the experience. We started with the Sichuan calamari, and this was easily the highlight of the meal. It was perfectly crispy, the glaze had just the right amount of sweetness and heat, and the seasoning gave it a nice kick without overpowering the calamari. It was one of the best calamari dishes I've had and definitely raised my expectations for everything that followed. Next was the tenderloin bruschetta, and unfortunately this one just didn't work for me. The flavors didn't come together, and it was much saltier than it needed to be. It felt like there were too many things happening on the plate without much balance. I wouldn't order it again. For the entrées, the Chilean Sea Bass was very good. The fish was flaky and cooked well, the risotto was creamy, and the sauce brought everything together without being too heavy. It was one of the stronger dishes we ordered. The lobster stuffed ravioli was another solid choice. The filling was generous, there was plenty of lobster on top, and the vodka sauce complemented everything nicely without taking over. It was rich but still well balanced. We also tried the New Zealand rack of lamb. This one had mixed reviews at our table. It wasn't as tender as I was hoping, but I didn't dislike it and again I didn't love it! The blackened exterior and the wine reduction gave it good flavor, but it just wasn't particularly memorable. My favorite entrée ended up being the tomahawk pork chop. The pork itself was juicy, flavorful, and cooked really well. I wasn't a huge fan of the pineapple bourbon glaze since I didn't think it added much to the dish, but the quality of the meat made up for it. We also had the strawberry spinach salad, which was fresh and a nice lighter option alongside all the richer dishes. Then there was also a side dish with green beans and almond and again no complains there. Overall, I left feeling a little conflicted. The service was outstanding, the atmosphere was great, and the portions were very generous. The food itself was a mix of really good dishes and others that completely missed the mark. After such an incredible start with the calamari, I expected the rest of the meal to be on the same level, but it just never got there. I'm glad we tried it, but I don't think it's a place I'd rush back to.

I'm always willing to give a company the opportunity to make a wrong right." My friend V. Tucker made reservations for four on February 20th at 6:45 PM. When we arrived, there was no hostess present to seat us. A family was already waiting ahead of us, and once the hostess finally came, it took her at least 10 minutes to seat them because she had to search for children's menus or coloring items. Those things should be readily available, especially during dinner hours. Once we were seated, our waiter Nicholas was amazing -- attentive, kind, and the highlight of our visit. Unfortunately, the food took well over an hour to arrive. We were so hungry from the long wait that we had to ask for bread, which they ended up giving us for free. I ordered the oxtail for $31 and substituted mashed potatoes for the coconut rice. The flavor was good, but the temperature was disappointing -- not hot enough, especially after such a long wait. My single oxtail piece was about a 4 out of 5, but it wasn't enough food. I left feeling just as hungry as when I arrived. Would I return? Yes.
