She wore glasses, took our order, and was friendly, upbeat, and efficient. Another gentleman helped us at checkout, and the whole process was quick and respectful. One small tip: if you sell glass-bottle Coke, please be ready to pop the cap! I know it may not be something younger employees deal with often, but I've actually seen customers waiting in line just to get their Coke bottle opened. I love bottled drinks! This is actually my first time going to this location. I was barely greeted. And they seem to want to rush. I was the only person in line. I got a bowl as you can see and wanted to try the sweet chicken. The food wasn't as bad, but the chicken was pretty dry. And the customer service was not great which kind of seals a deal for me for going to a location. May or may not go back. read more

We've been coming to this Chipotle for almost four years. At the beginning, it was great, but the last couple of months' visits have been really disappointing. Chipotle is known for generous portion sizes, but lately the portions have been extremely small. The bowls aren't even filled properly, and the amount of protein is ridiculous. I always order half steak and half chicken, and the portions look like half of what they should be. You're paying money for your food it's not free yet it feels like you're asking for a favor just to get a fair serving. We're not asking for a whole chicken or a whole steak, just a fair amount of food. On top of that, the chips look and taste old. They don't taste fresh or crunchy at all. Overall, the quality and portion sizes have gone downhill, and it's disappointing considering how good this location used to be. read more

My go-to local chipotle! Apart from the long lines this place is pretty solid. I don't trust it to order online because my order is always wrong, but other than that can't complain! I agree with other comments about tables being dirty 9/10 times, but it's chipotle they're pretty short staffed most of the time especially on this chaotic location. I went to chipotle for lunch and to my surprise it was not too busy. The service was great, they were very helpful in telling me the ingredients and the place was very clean. The food was delicious, so far the best chicken I've had, it was soft and flavorful. They gave us enough of each sides. My family used to love going to chipotle ever since it has opened up but the quality has changed for the worse for some chipotle restaurants but this one definitely hits the mark. I've seen busier chipotle restaurants that had quicker service. The line wasn't that long yet it took a ridiculous amount of time to get our food. Taste wise not that bad. It's just that the amount of food you get for said price of around $11 at least is ridiculous. I remember when chipotle used to be affordable and gave buyers a hella good amount. Despite the raised prices, this chipotle specifically hardly filled the bowls. This again applied to all 3 orders that me and my siblings got. First time trying this location/ Very disappointed with the food and the service. The food was just so, so -not hot and looked like it had been sitting there for a long time. The crunchy taco shells were not crisp or crunchy. We had a problem with the bill. We go to Chipotles in the area a lot unfortunately this one over charged us. We have had several bad experiences with this Chipotle! 1. As we all know their serving sizes are not accurate and when asked for double portions there is still barely any meat in the bowl. 2. When ordering online our delivery driver showed up with the bag unsealed, and chips half eaten and missing. 3. When I arrived in person to get my online order, a team member changing a trash can handed me my food without changing his gloves or washing his hands. During my recent visit, two employees were talking to each other while taking my order. I had already explained what I wanted, but employee that started my order was so distracted by her conversation that I had to repeat myself multiple times. It felt like I was interrupting their conversation just to place my order. I understand this isn't fine dining, and I'm not expecting Michelin-level service, but it shouldn't be too much to ask for basic attentiveness while I order. When the customer behind me asked how much a bowl cost, the employee who was making my food not only didn't answer, but openly mocked him. Regardless of whether the prices are visible, there's no excuse for that kind of rude and unprofessional behavior. A little respect goes a long way. I don't know who manages or hires at this location, but this kind of service is exactly why this place has a bad reputation. Also, thank you to the employee who made my burrito unfortunately, it was so poorly rolled it completely fell apart. I had to go back and ask for a bowl. It wasn't even overstuffed just badly put together and WET. Overall a terrible experience. Asked for a veggie bowl and without informing us they were out of the veggies, the server just dug in the container to get some pieces out. she literally had to scrape the container. Asked if that was all she and she replied yes because they didn't have anymore and they were not cooking more either. Other customers were having similar issues as they were getting very little rice, beans or meat. And when asked if that was the amount the server would reply that if a customer wanted more it would be charged as a double. The table and drink area are really dirty. Ignoring people in line, talking amongst themselves while people wait, zero personality on employees. Love Chipotle, good healthy food and many vegan/vegetarian choices. Of course their prices are great. This is our never fail food stop. There is always a line at the one we frequent but definitely worth the wait. My favorite is the vegetarian burrito bowl, and everything is made fresh to you specific choices. I was starving after an early afternoon activity and I ordered on the mobile app to pick up at a certain time. I got there and the order was not ready. There were about 4 others who were also waiting for mobile orders that were not ready. I decide to go to the restroom while I waited. The women's restroom was so dirty. Paper towels everywhere. Poorly stocked. No one had been in there to check on the restroom conditions in awhile. In all, I waited about 15 minutes for my mobile order than I had placed 30 minutes beforehand. The only reason I am giving this location 2 stars is because 1) the cashier attendant was super nice and apologetic about the delay and 2) at least the food still tasted good. We love Chipotle! HOWEVER this locations has FAKE guacamole!!! It was ice cold in the little container and the consistency was very grainy and unreal. This is a photo of the guacamole the next morning without being refrigerated ... it looks exactly the same as what it looked like last night when we tried to eat it. Every bite was disgusting!!! Ordered my meal to-go with the Chipotle app. I arrived at the restaurant, my meal was ready, bagged, and hot! The cashier quickly rang me up and I was on my way. Chipotle really streamlines the ordering process with their app and it was so easy!! I did not check my order until I got home but everything was as I ordered. I understand that everyone's dealing with covid, but when I went in to pick up my online order (I ordered with uber eats, but they still haven't closed out my order so I can't leave a review there) the man in front of me was being dismissively told not to ask if his online order was ready, it would be brought out to him when it was done. My app showed that my order had been ready for 10 minutes by the time I got to Chipotle, but employees were ignoring or brushing off everyone in the 'online pickup' line. When I finally got my order I looked in my bag and saw that the label on my burrito bowl was correct so I went home. When I opened my meal at home I found that even though the label was correct, the meal was not. They'd given me the wrong beans and completely left off the veggies. This place seems to be run by a bunch of unsupervised kids. The food prep, floors, tables and bathrooms are always filthy. They are frequently out of basics like lettuce, and on more than one occasion out of all meat except chicken. If the cooking area is anything like the other parts of this store, I'd be surprised to hear no one was ill after eating there. Recommend finding another place to eat. read more
