I did my research before coming to Dr. Saul and I'm glad I made my decision with him. The staff was very helpful and made me feel very comfortable throughout the entire process. I had smart lipo done and this doctor butchered me. He tried to remove one small area of fat (that he missed the first time) and somehow he managed to BUTCHER me bad enough that I'll never be fixed. He took out so much fat that I was left with a dent along the access pathway to the operational area and was so aggressive that I was left with a painful seroma at the operational area. I'm looking at the pics posted by others including Marie G. - It's hard to imagine this doctor is so bad and that he botches so many operations so substantially. It's not that he makes small mistakes which are easily correctable - it's like a very scary crap shoot - either you'll look great or he'll rip you to pieces depending on which day it is. read more

Be very wary of this place if you have purchased a Groupon. They have various names listed and two years ago they were listed on Groupon by one name and currently it's listed as Revive Face Body Skin in Beverly Hills. I purchased the Groupon and went in today and when I walked in I remembered the beautiful all white lobby (building is called BEVERLY HILLS PLASTIC SURGERY so they are subletting the space to add to the name game) and then when I checked in I told the person, that I remembered this place because of the beautiful lobby. I let her know that I read all the fine print and it did not state anywhere, nor did anyone tell me that because I was here two years ago they would not honor a Groupon nor did it state this on their offer. She said she asked the doctor and it's a "once in a lifetime" offer so I calmly stated that it would be only fair to state this in writing in the offer and also when I called in, they could state this to customers. It's clearly a bait and switch tactic and when I told her if she was going to bring this up that they need to state this clearly in their offer as this would happen again, she said, no as this has never happened-- have a nice day. I won a raffle prize that was for Laser Genesis treatment and I had no idea what I was getting myself into, but figured hey why not try something new. Walking into the office I was a bit hesitant but the staff instantly put me at ease. The two girls behind the desk were enjoying a piece of cake (from someone's birthday) and I made a nervous joke to which they replied by actually laughing and then offered to get me a piece. Before I could say no I had a huge slice of chocolate cake in my hands and a smile on my face. That is above and beyond customer service. When it came time for the treatment the nurse Caroline could not have been nicer. Its not everyday I let someone shoot lasers at my face and even though I was a big baby at first, she was able to make me feel comfortable. I actually relaxed and began to enjoy the strange sensation. It was almost like warm accupunture and my skin felt great afterwards. I had a horrifying near fatal experience with Dr. Lahijani. I am a previous double masectomy patient who had lymph nodes removed on one side. I informed Dr. Lahijani of my previous medical history and even gave him my medical records. He assured me he would take care of me. The day of surgery was very chaotic and unorganized. The anesthesiologist was very peculiar and I found out later he had a bad reputation for negligent incidents in previous surgeries. The surgery took place in the office building on Century park east in a made operating room. Immediately following the surgery at followup I showed and complained of complications with shortness of breath, headache, weight gain, swelling, pain and abdominal fullness. Dr. Lahijani assured me I would be fine and ignored my weight gain and fluid swelling passing it off as I'm not walking enough. I wound up seeking help from emergency where I had to get a unit of blood transfused. Lahijani's response was to tell me I was a hypochondriac. Again at the next followup I showed the same complications and he assured me it was normal and changed his original guarantee that I'd have immediate results out of surgery to it could take up to 5 months. He refused to help me get the fluid off saying I was lazy and needed to walk. I asked for lasix or anything that would help me. He refused and brushed me off again. I requested a lymphatic massage and paid for it to be done by the staff hoping it would at least give me some relief but I had none. I went home and became very ill, fever, vomiting diarrhea increased abdominal swelling and pain. I told the doctor of my symptoms and he brushed me off once again. By the 3rd day I was rushed to emergency to have an emergency abdominal surgery from the relieve the fluid that hadn't been draining and was being ignored by Lahijani. I was admitted into the hospital and treated and all the doctor said was I never had this happen before. I received no apology no refund nothing but a risk could happen. Yes they can happen but they could've been prevented or lessened if he only listened to my cries for help. This was a traumatizing experience and my entire lipo procedure was left botched. Please be extremely cautious with this doctor because he is not for the patient but for the money. My entire life has changed since then as my anxiety is through the roof and emotional distress behind it unimaginable. I don't think I will ever recover and again the doctor has absolutely no compassion or concern. His failure to act was indeed the main reason I suffered so drastically. Choose wisely!! read more

Do not trust this doctor! I had an injection done with him that resulted in nerve damage, I followed up twice and never heard back.
