Shoutout to Eos Rejuvenation Eos Rejuvenation | Dr. Nima Shemirani Dr Nima performed a bilateral turbine reduction, septoplasty that resolved decades of chronic sinusitis issues--breathing problems, general inflammation pressure, all of it. No pain. Very precise instructions, procedure, and results. I actually saw his office's advertisement online and tried to get the same treatment through my regular provider first, but had no luck. They wanted to sell me on months of alternative treatment that I didn't think would be better than what I could manage with a neti pot. But Dr. Nima listened. I actually had a real conversation about my symptoms. He took one look, confirmed I could benefit from the procedure, and in no time I had an appointment. This whole experience really showed me how healthcare under HMO is simply managed dying, but with PPO you can cut through all the BS to actual treatment. I learned that lesson first with Western Dental--went with the default cheap HMO option and learned the hard way when I'd be waiting up to an hour for my scheduled appointment while they'd charge me for being late and expect me to be there early. So I switched to PPO and saw my former dentist who's quick, in and out with major surgery in 2 hours tops. Here's the thing: in-network treats everything like HMO price-managed plans, but PPO gives you out-of-network exposure which comes with more leeway to cut through those management procedures. For the septoplasty, I had to see a mixture of doctors before I finally got to my end result--VA (initial CT scan), in-network (only wanted to sell me a 6-month treatment plan first that wouldn't be better than homeopathy nor permanent), and finally out-of-network. It wasn't until out-of-network that I found someone willing to cut to the chase and deliver real results. Thank you again Dr. Nima. Rather than trying to profit by managing patients' symptoms, you offer something far more intrinsically valuable by solving them. read more

I am beyond disappointed with my experience with Dr. Nima/ EOS. I paid approximately $30,000 for my initial rhinoplasty. After the procedure, my nose appeared virtually unchanged to me, despite only seeking a tip revision. I understand that surgical outcomes can vary and that no result is guaranteed. However, at my first post-operative appointment, Dr. Nima acknowledged himself that the tip still appeared droopy and discussed that we should address it. I was also experiencing ongoing nosebleeds and clotting concerns following surgery, which I continue to experience. During that visit, we discussed scheduling a revision surgery. I agreed in office and was told I would receive a follow-up call to arrange the next appointment. That call never came. This occurred in 2023. After repeated efforts to reconnect with the office, I was only able to reestablish communication in 2026. At that point, we resumed discussions and scheduled the revision procedure. I was then sent consent and legal documents to review. As any patient should, I took time to read them carefully and had several questions regarding the wording, photography release, and terms. I was also surprised to see a new addendum referencing a 50% revision fee, when my prior understanding had been 30%. I attempted to speak directly with Dr. Nima to clarify these concerns but had difficulty doing so. At one point, I was informed I would need to pay $700 for a consultation in order to solely ask these questions. After organizing my questions and submitting them by email, I was informed during the same week as my scheduled surgery -- only days before the procedure -- that the surgery had been canceled, despite previously being under the impression that everything was moving forward as planned. Even though the surgery was set, and I have paid additionally for the revision. Up until I requested clarification regarding the consent documents, I believed everything was aligned for the procedure to proceed. The sudden cancellation after raising reasonable questions was unexpected and difficult to understand. Additionally, there were several interactions that I found inappropriate and unprofessional. I received an email containing another patient's name and information, which raised privacy concerns for me. On another occasion, via telephone, after being informed that the incorrect blood panel had been ordered and completed, I was told during the interaction that I could "be sued" if the test was not corrected. The statement was immediately walked back, but the exchange left me extremely uncomfortable. What concerned me most was not only the surgical outcome, but the way I was treated as a paying patient who simply wanted to fully understand the documents I was being asked to sign and ask reasonable questions regarding my care. Patients should feel empowered to advocate for themselves, ask questions, and fully understand medical and legal documents without feeling discouraged from doing so. Dr Nima saw me back in April for a septoplasty to correct my breathing. previously, i couldn't breathe through my nose fully and would mainly mouth breath. Where do I start!? I am so extremely happy with my nose. It literally made me cry happy tears. Some may not understand that not all surgeries are due to vanity, most are done to improve quality of life and that is my story. I am so grateful to Dr Nima for his work and attention to detail not only on the operating table but also guiding me each step of the way, listening to my concerns and addressing those with upmost priority! The staff in the office are so wonderful as well, they speak to you as a person and make sure you're comfortable the entire time before surgery and after. The Dr and his staff carefully advise on what after care requires to achieve the best result as well as making sure you don't get any infections. After care became an easy routine for me and you are given full instructions and products. For the full year of my recovery, every night I taped my nose to keep the swelling down. At month 3 I went 1 week without taping and my nose did become swollen, after that I did not miss a night of taping my nose and I am super happy I didn't bcuz I believe that helped tremendously with my results. Dr recommended a humidifier and I 100% agree on the purchase, to help reduce dryness. My main issue was my breathing, I was using 1 nostril to breathe (literally) getting near to almost no flow through one nostril. Nights I would wake up bcuz I felt like I wasn't getting enough oxygen, most nights I needed breathing strips. Every day, I was yawning all day and felt like I wasn't getting enough air in. I broke my nose when I was age 11, and damaged the structure severely that it affected my mouth, teeth and jaw. At such a young age, the "healing" became part of my structural as an adult. When I decided to get my braces at age 24, the shift caused so much pressure on my nose that it became swollen and the deviation became apparent. As time went on, my breathing became more difficult. It was difficult to go on long walks or even run (which was something I loved all my life). I am age 32 now and I LOVE the quality of life this surgery has given me. I've been asked by many to elaborate on my experience with Dr. Nima Shemirani. I paid Dr. Nima $32,000 for a revision rhinoplasty in sep 2022. I couldn't have imagined a more nightmare outcome. My nose pays no resemblance to the "style" of nose of my celebrity inspo; but instead looks like a large, shapeless old man nose, with a bump on the bridge. I don't feel the proportions of my small face, or the classic standards of female beauty were even taken into consideration. Furthermore, my right breast was deformed as a result of my rib graft. I couldn't have imagined a more nightmare outcome. Choosing Dr. Nima has been a major life set back for me. I don't feel I received the level of care I paid for, or the level of care that was advertised to me. read more

I am nearly 2 years post-op from a revision rhinoplasty. I initially had a consult to see about straightening my nose, my breathing/ septum, and shortening the tip. I was clear that I would not be ok with anything that could widen or make my nose larger. The tip is shortened (although it still points downward when I smile), it is straight, and my septum is adjusted, but my nose/ tip is at least 3 times wider. It is very bulky. Dr Nima had me do cortisone injections locally (I live in AZ) that helped some swelling but did not resolve the width/ shape/ size of the tip. It was clear the issue wasn't swelling. He had me come back to his office at the 1.5 year mark to remove grafts in the tip. For the first appointment, I booked travel arrangements, and he canceled at the last minute due to going out of town. I had to reschedule and attempt to get flight credits as I was to leave 3 days later on a Sunday while at my son's sporting events. I was offered 1/8 of a refund if I wanted to see about more cortisone injections or if someone else could resolve the issue locally. Since that would not be near enough to have the issue addressed, we rescheduled. I was told the procedure would be quick and the swelling minimal as it would swell about the same amount as the grafts that were being removed. When I arrived, I had to stand in the lobby downstairs for roughly 30 minutes (I ended up sitting on the floor) because they would not allow me to sit in the office. I was given local anesthetic for the procedure without pain medication for at home. The grafts were removed partially by feel and at one point I even said I think there were 2 on the left side. When the local wore off, it hurt very much. It also was extremely swollen, extremely. Nothing close to what was described. I also was told I could let myself out when my ride came to pick me up. They did not make a follow-up appointment for me, and no one checked on me after the procedure. I didn't receive a text message until 2 weeks later from the medical assistant or PA. I mentioned my surprise regarding the time that passed as well as the concern over the size (this had been something I've discussed consistently). They said I must not have gotten the previous text and that it will be slightly smaller, but I'm not sure when, and I'd need to wait until the 2-year mark (that is in roughly 7 weeks). I am now 6 or so weeks out from the graft removal and my nose is still very large, hard, and uncomfortable. The width and size were something I did not want to compromise. I very clearly wanted the size decreased, not increased. In my operative record, there are 5-6 different grafts in my nose along with Alloderm and another material. When asking how adding so much to my nose would decrease the size I was told they were not "very thick". Based on the images, they appear to have added quite a lot of bulk. I was told this could be scar tissue, but scar tissue takes time to form and my nose has been this size (or larger, actually) since the procedure. If I would have known the plan was to add many graphs and materials, I would have forgone the procedure to begin with. My operative record also showed I was under anesthesia for 10 hours. I'm still not sure why this would occur as every plastic surgeon I have asked does not have an answer as to why that would be, many of them stating that simply wouldn't be safe. If it was not possible to decrease the size (or even keep the size the same while straightening my nose), that would have been ok, it had been over 14 years since my last procedure. I do not recommend a revision with Dr. Nima. In response to the below comment, I did not need this procedure to be able to adequately breathe. This is not swelling, it is 2 years post-op. I was told by Dr. Nima that the patient/ surgeon relationship was compromised because I disclosed my experience here in a review. I was then asked to sign 2 documents agreeing to remove my experience for a partial refund. I was told that was "common practice" when I asked if I could simply update the review with the agreement we reached feeling that other potential patients should be able to make an informed decision. I, and likely many other patients, did not have the opportunity to read the negative experiences of other patients as they had been removed to receive compensation/ partial refund. I hope there is a time when Google (or Yelp, etc) only allows updates to previous reviews so as to avoid coercion for patients to remove reviews and transparency is available to consumers. read more

Dr. Nima is truly an artist and I owe him everything for my new nose. I had been on the fence about this surgery for only the last few years, I learned to live with my nose. After getting engaged and starting the wedding planning process, I just couldn't get past having my side profile showing in all of the photos that I'm supposed to cherish. Once the cast came off I was in complete shock at how beautiful my nose turned out. My biggest hurdle was feeling like my nose was almost too perfect for my face it almost seemed out of place. I was born with a deviated septum and as a result, a very crooked looking nose, that I was very self conscious of. So I've always was interested in getting a rhinoplasty but never really acted to much on it , it's intimidating!!! And I was always busy working on my body, met w one surgeon for a consult yeah she seemed great but I wasn't sold. Then during covid I worked up the "want" for it again ,The surgeon who usually does my body stuff doesn't really do noses ( I've known this Surgeon maybe 15 years) his previous office girl told me before I left the deposit " Don't DO it "!! Was thinking of doing in Korea when I was living there but too scared still, and even more being in a different country! 4 years later my makeup artist sister tells me her clients daughter had a rhinoplasty done look at her photos , OMG GORGEOUS I CANNOT I was obsessed! I was like who is this surgeon I have to see more of his work! So I'm now following Dr.Nima ... but also been doing throughout searches on surgeons cause now soooo much algorithm on rhinoplasty is coming up now! researched now a solid non stop 6 months went and did a consult in corona Del Mar I was confident but not comfortable and in my head I was like if I don't atleast meet w Dr Nima I won't know ! And I'll always have that "what if" in the back of my head! I'd rack my brains if I didn't atleast consult w him. So I waited to decide, I actually contacted Dr.Nima maybe 3months prior to the consultation on instagram and asked him " I'm interested in doing my nose but I don't want to do it unless it's absolutely 1000% percent perfect something on those lines ! ( but didn't tell him that was me he he ) Yeah a lot of places are cheaper , going out the country , or quick drive to Mexico .. but I wanted this to be a (1) time thing! NO ISSUES, I have friends who looked better before their 4-5 nose jobs! I didn't wanna regret, not on my face! So once I met w Dr Nima I knew right away this is where I'm having my rhinoplasty at I just knew that "intuition" feeling came in! Then once I seen the wife's nose I was double sold this Dr. is an Absolute artist! But of course he is a Capricorn!!! But honestly I've had surgery in Beverly hills before as well and Dr.Nima was definitely a much better , more comfortable experience actually out of all 3 surgeons I have had surgeries with over the years , Dr.Nima actually made me felt really cared about as a patient the whole staff is super professional, I appreciate Dr.Nima being realistic and patient .. I never have been so prepared for before and after a surgery like this it really made recovery so much more easier than what I was expecting, just be patient cause it's definitely a process of a surgery but they are with u guiding u 1000% I'm one too looking at every angle in the magnifying mirror even now trying to look for imperfections , I was really worried about not being happy and wanting to do it again , but honestly Dr.Nima got that ONE AND DONE!! After I posted my Yelp review, Dr. Nima's wife, Monica, immediately called me to try to get it taken down. I told them I would not and that maybe I'll consider taking it down if the Dr corrects my nose. I was then accused by Monica of trying to blackmail them even though they were the ones to reach out to me to try to find a resolution. I told her to talk to the Dr. and let me know if he will fix it. Monica then called me back saying Dr Nima doesn't want to operate on me again but they'll refund me my copayment if I sign an NDA and take the Yelp review down. I looked the NDA over and realized how insane it was that Dr. Nima billed my insurance and me $20k for a rhinoplasty and then had the nerve to say he would only refund me a $4k copayment. Especially since that would not even come close to covering the cost to fix my nose. Therefore, I wrote Monica back stating that I didn't feel like this was a resolution and that the only solution would be for them to pay for my revision at another place if they wouldn't operate. Monica then went on to accuse me again of bullying, blackmailing and then indirectly threatening to sue me if I don't remove the bad reviews. I never responded at that point. Don't waste your time with this Dr. He is not worth $20-$40k for a primary or revision surgery. There are plenty of other surgeons in Beverly Hills that will do a revision for $21k max that are much better! My nose turned out looking awful. Also, he is only nice until you voice your opinion. Had my primary rhinoplasty with Dr Nima in late 2021. I was looking to remove my dorsal hump and straighten my nose. Everything went smoothly and I was very happy with my results. I also stopped experiencing seasonal allergies and could breathe so much better -- something Dr Nima told me he would also address. Over time, as the swelling reduced, a very minor bump appeared above my left nostril. It was just how my body healed, and I wasn't too bothered by it, but I brought it up at one of my post-op appointments and instead of dismissing it, Dr Nima paid close attention to what I had to say. He immediately offered me options on how we could address it, including using temporary filler to disguise it in the interim. It was very obvious that this man cared deeply about his patients and their results -- like many others have said, a perfectionist! I requested we address it conservatively, as again, it wasn't really obvious to anyone but me, so they scheduled an in-office procedure with very minimal downtime. After the in-office procedure, we weren't able to get 100% of it and Dr Nima asked me if I'd want to do a revision under anesthetic, just so he could better see what was happening in there, and ensure that the fix would be future-proof. I agreed, and after the second, more minor surgery, everything came out perfect! My nose looks flawless. I should mention that through all this, my nose always looked 10 times better than before my primary. Upon further research of the rhinoplasty techniques he used, it's clear that Dr Nima places significant emphasis on ensuring your results are strong and long-lasting -- not something you care to think about when you first walk in to a consult, but now I am incredibly thankful that I went with him. I think the real test of a great surgeon is how they respond when unexpected things happen, and I'm in awe of how much Dr Nima and his staff (particularly Rajneet and Monica) cared about my minor concern. Finding a highly talented surgeon is one thing, but one who is also this invested in their patients? You wouldn't think they exist, especially not in Beverly Hills. I want to give my honest review of my experience with this Dr., and I wanted to wait two years from the date of the surgery to be fair as they say it takes two years for the swelling to go down especially when you've had revision rhinoplasty. Unfortunately, this surgery turned my life upside down and I have never been the same person since. I am now 2 years post op. Right After surgery I developed an infection in my nose, and then I was having complications in my nose where part of my nasal bone chipped off, and when I reported it to the doctor, he went as far to terminate the patient relationship. (I paid $25,000 out of pocket for my surgery to) . In fact, his last correspondence with me was to "go find treatment from someone else" This surgery sent me into a downward spiral of depression that I still deal with today. I believe any surgery, especially rhinoplasty can cause a lot of patients to become emotional, especially when they have complications, but instead of Dr Nima seeing that, or maybe offering to help, he terminated the relationship, told me never to contact him, he then at one point said he would refund me and then he never did after I removed the reviews he asked me to remove. I then had a consult with 5 different outside ear, nose, and throat doctors, which cost me an additional $10,000.00 to diagnose all the issues I was having with my nose after surgery with Dr Nima, not only did I have a nasal bone that chipped off but also a adhesion, nasal collapse and worse deviated septum then before surgery , and also discovered just a few weeks after surgery that I had a hole perforation in my left turbinate from the turbinate reduction surgery, There is no cure or surgery that exists to fix this. I have been diagnosed with empty nose syndrome and many other things. Several of the Doctors I have seen over the past 2 years are blown away when I tell them this journey and what has gone on. They are all shocked Dr Nima would terminate the patient relationship and not help me. Every day I am miserable, the air in my nose is dry, the mucus does not form normally. I have a larger bump on my nose now than I did prior to surgery. I used to be a happy person, enjoy life, go out and be social and ever since this surgery, which was supposed to make me feel happier and boost confidence, it did the exact opposite. I have been like a turtle hiding in my shell for over 2 years now. This experience will haunt me the rest of my life. It sucks, especially when I am out of pocket over $40k because of all this to. I can't tell you how many times I have broken down and cried over this. . I do not think Dr Nima handled my situation as he should of and I am not happy with the enormous amount of money I spent on this surgery and even more money trying to fix all the mistakes. I feel he owes me my money back as he originally said he would do, but never did. I also do not think he should of terminated the relationship and instead help find a solution to the complications. My nose is way worse off now than it was prior to surgery. I do not think Dr Nima should of recommended this surgery to me, as I had other doctors decline my case and actually compliment me saying I looked great and no one suggested the surgery other than DR Nima. This review is not for the actual doctor or his work, but actually the office consultation fee arrangement. I was really hopeful to see Dr. Nima, but was informed that in order to get an appointment there is the $350 consultation fee which is applied towards your procedure, plus a 20% downpayment due prior to even meeting with the doctor. Although, I do completely understand the consultation fee, I did not feel great about paying a downpayment (though it is fully refundable within 30 days) prior to even meeting the doctor. I was informed though, this is due to his rising popularity, and is standard. I'm sure he is worth it, but of course made me lose confidence that an office would be structured with this model. :( read more

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Nima and his office. I had rhinoplasty done because I kept waking myself up with my snoring. It was a quality of life issue, but also cosmetic. I never really liked my nose, so I saw this as an opportunity to also make it a little straighter and less down-turned. I also decided to finally do something about the intense hollowing under my eyes that had been making me extremely self-conscious over the past few years. I Everyone pre-op was so nice, supportive, and informative. Post-op, any issue or concern I had was quickly addressed. I felt safe and in good hands the entire time. I'm six months post-op now, and am very happy with the results. Not only do I no longer snore, but I can also sleep with my mouth closed (and go about my daily life with my mouth closed), which I could never do before. I like the way my nose looks, and I think it will look even better as time goes on. As for under my eyes, wow! I don't need to wear makeup under my eyes anymore, and I feel so much more confident.
