They called me one morning and said "we can get you in and out in a hour. Can you come in 30 minutes". After a few minutes hesitation I went and they weren't kidding! I was out so quickly. The price was reasonable especially as it would've been 3 months for me to see a normal doctor. Definitely happy to pay for the expedited care! About a year later the stye had returned and the Doc was skilled and quick enough to get the stye completely out of my eyelid in less than 15 minutes. Predicted pain aside, this was the smoothest surgery I've ever had! Dr Orwell is incredibly personable and very supportive and his staff is incredibly patient and friendly. Cannot recommend him and his team enough. Thank you !

He instructed his staff to spend three hours on the phone with Regal to secure same-day authorization. He refused to let me leave without being seen. That kind of humanity is rare in medicine today. He didn't have to do that. He chose to. When I finally sat down with him he was thorough, clear, and direct. He explained his clinical reasoning, answered every question I had, and provided a signed surgical clearance letter that helped move my long-delayed surgery forward. In a healthcare system where Black women are routinely dismissed and ignored, Dr. Aminpour treated me like a person whose concerns mattered. He is the standard every physician should be held to. I have no idea. Not seeing the doctor as a new patient is really concerning, but what is more concerning was that she did a CT scan and then recommended 3 different procedures on my sinuses and Eustachian tubes and had me book the surgery immediately. They were very pushy about doing these procedures that would fix my breathing. I came in for vertigo. I asked if she was sure my breathing was the cause of the vertigo (I've never had breathing issues nor allergies) and she and was overly and falsely confident in her answer. I went to another ENT for a second opinion and this doctor (an actual MD) said that everything was a misdiagnosis, wouldn't help my vertigo. If I had proceeded, god knows how much this would cost both financially and in terms of my health.

I'd never done micro-needling before and came to find out that it's not for my skin type. I now have broken capillaries where I had none before, and I'm not sure if that was due to my skin type or too deep a treatment. All good. These things happen. I realize that I tried this treatment at my own risk. I reached out on two separate occasions to the Skin Agency to try to help me navigate a path forward, and they have not acknowledged me. I didn't ask for a refund. I asked for a consultation and a potential pivot to a different treatment that would be better suited for my skin. I was really disappointed to learn that The Skin Agency is not interested in helping me develop a skincare plan or navigate treatment plans moving forward. We have SO many options of med spas and treatments to try these days. I'm sure they wont miss me, but I personally don't care to invest in a company that's not interested in investing in me.

I never leave Yelp reviews, but I'm compelled to write this one. Dr. Berger is THE BEST, hands down. I was in need of a breast lift, which was a complicated case for several reasons. I knew I had to find a surgeon who I felt confident would do what needed to be done to make the surgery a success with lasting results (after all, surgery is costly). I went to EIGHT other consultations prior to meeting Dr. Berger. It was a breathe of fresh air to meet Dr. Berger and his staff. I was shocked at the amount of time he spent with me during that first meeting, compared to my experience with the other doctors -- including those who charge $75 for a consult. I had so many questions. Right away, I felt that his experience in reconstructive surgery and complex cases like mine made Dr. Berger a good fit for me. After the consultation, I had took a couple weeks to think about my options. I asked if I could have another consultation with Dr. Berger, which was promptly scheduled. Again, Dr. Berger took more time with me than any other doctor and was so kind and patient in response to my anxiety about making a decision about the surgery. We talked about realistic outcomes and my desires. I felt I knew everything I needed to in order to move forward. No question was left unanswered, and I felt completely prepared before surgery. After scheduling the surgery, Marianne, who is AMAAAZING, replied to all my crazy emails filled with questions on the same day, without fail. She even helped me schedule my pre-op appointment when I was feeling overwhelmed by everything. She is sweet and empathetic, and made me feel comfortable from day one. Shannon, my nurse, was awesome! She was there with me through the entire process, including the day of my surgery and provided a lot of comfort during what can be an extremely nerve wracking for a patient. My results were beyond amazing. I can't believe how much this has changed my quality of life, both physically and mentally. I think Dr. Berger is a miracle worker, and if you saw what he was working with, you would, too! Now that I'm 4 weeks post-op, I am actually sad that I won't be in the office so frequently anymore, because Dr. Berger and his staff have made me feel at home. Again, I do not write Yelp reviews, so please know that this comes from my heart. This has not been an easy process, and having a patient, supportive doctor makes all the difference in the world. After hearing a glowing review from a friend who had told me of his consummate professionalism, efficient office, and helpful staff, I decided to contact Dr. Berger to find out about using Botox. It was only after my first consultation, during which he put me at ease with his direct, clear, informative approach, that I discovered Dr. Berger's impressive credential and extensive experience in the field of plastic and cosmetic surgery. As a Board Certified surgeon who has practiced in the Los Angeles area for a number of years, he is absolutely at the top of his profession. His knowledge of and skill in the most advanced surgical techniques are matched only by his aesthetic considerations of the interplay between surgical procedures and the specificities of each patient's physiology and personal preferences. Further, Dr. Berger and his excellent staff (especially Marianne!) are attentive and patient listeners. After seeing Dr. Berger for about a year for Botox injections, I decided to get breast augmentation, and I could never have dreamed that the procedure could have gone as well as it did. The Staff & Magical Hands of Dr. Berger has made my experience such a great one. For so many years of raising Autism, I didn't know what it meant to care for myself. After coming to Dr. Berger numerous time and him being very patient with me and a straight shooter from the beginning telling me to lose the weight first and come back to see him. It made all the difference Medically & Mentally. I went to over a doze of consults and the visit just made me feel pressure to have the surgery right away. In the back of my mind, I can hear the very words of Dr. Berger saying "being Healthy is first and foremost important." Throughout the years I checked back in with Dr. Berger as if he was my own personal Physician. The way he cared for me as a patient, mother of a special needs kids and a family member made me feel like it's that time. Lift this BABIES UP LOL! I've been a dedicated and faithful patient of Dr. Berger since 2003 - a long time. I did my homework, interviewing three other 90210 doctors before picking him as the best of all. I began with some basic treatments like levulan and lasers. Then in December of 2005, Dr. Berger gave me a facelift including upper and lower eyes, forehead and neck. Now almost 8 years later my results continue to be incredible and long-lasting. Post-facelift I've had the supporting Botox and cosmetic fillers from time to time. His precise placement and amount of the product is important for looking real and refreshed. This is what I have to say about Dr. Berger - he is a complete perfectionist, precision is his calling card, and he is an artist with a fabulous eye for what looks best. He is honest and fair in his pricing and has a wonderful, warm bedside manner that instantly makes me feel at home. The best Dr. and the best staff ever!!! My mom and I have been Dr. Berger's patients for a long time. We live in Glendale Ca and we don't mind the commute because we know will leave the clinic happy:) Dr. Berger is very honest with his patients and really wants them to be happy and comfortable with their appearance. He doesn't pressure his patient on getting a tone of things done whether it's surgery or just a simple in and out visit like getting Botox. The staff is amazing!! I love the girls there. Everyone is always so welcoming and happy to see you. The receptionist will book your appointments in advance and will call you a couple days before to confirm. Even if something comes up where you can't make it, they are totally okay with helping you find a better day and time. A lot of clinics are just rude and look like they hate their jobs. I met Dr Berger at for the first time about 10 years ago in Encino. I had just relocated from the East Coast- he came highly recommended by family. I had an implant rupture, he replaced it flawlessly. Fast forward some ten years later and I was in need of an implant removal, breast reduction and new smaller implants. Dr Berger and his staff were so warm, and the best people I have ever met! Jackie( my care coordinator)an extraordinarily organized, fun, energizing, woman walked me through the process of getting cleared for surgery, which having an HMO, was no easy feat with grace and charm. Dr Berger listened as only he can to my expectations and fears about my downsizing surgery and delivered much more than I could have asked for! I love Dr. Berger and the rest of his staff especially Marianne who's always sweet and friendly, I always feel welcomed and comfortable every time I walk in. I've been going to Dr. Berger since 2010. I went to him to have my second breast augmentation. He is very honest and does what's right for your body type. I love the results and had zero complications. I also go to Dr. Berger for Botox and very little fillers he knows what I want to achieve by listening and tells me his opinion and it's always been what's best for what I want which is to look good without people knowing I've done something I recently went to him for the PFP Facial with my friend. I recently had the pleasure of visiting Dr. Berger's practice while I was in LA, thanks to a friend who is a patient there. As someone who had never had lip fillers before, I was quite nervous, especially about potential pain. Dr. Berger put me at ease with his calming presence and professionalism. When people tell you that you look amazing in a swimsuit it's always a nice thing. When people tell you that you look amazing in your swimsuit AFTER having had a double mastectomy and reconstructive surgery it means so much more. Dr. Berger completed my reconstructive surgery after a double mastectomy and I couldn't be happier with the results. They look so natural that no one would ever know. Because I was so pleased with his talents, I also had the bags under my eyes removed (totally wonderful experience) and I've had a FX laser peel which I am thrilled with! I went to Dr. Berger for a breast reduction that I had been debating for many years due to my extreme fears of surgery. Not only was his staff beyond accommodating, friendly, educated and overall amazing, they made me feel so comfortable with the whole process from day one. Went there for surgery and I was amazed by how the staff treat you .... So caring and friendly.... I was trying to get my insurance to approved got denied.... After sometime went by ... One of there staff members called to follow up and give me some options.... I decided to fight the insurance company and several months later I won the case .... I had my surgery a week ago ... Before going to Dr. Berger's office, I was extremely nervous about getting botox for the first time. I am a person that likes to look as "natural" as possible, and I was worried about not having any expression, etc. I got two treatments done the first time I went there with Sharon (IPL facial and botox) and I was extremely satisfied! The IPL removed the dark spots on my forehead, and the botox looked very natural, but no more wrinkles on my forehead! The second time 4 months later I had botox with Dr. Berger and was equally impressed. As I Doctor, I didn't expect him to spend much time with me, but he was very thorough and helped me feel comfortable with everything! Initially I went to him for a breast reduction, I was apprehensive about doing the surgery but after my visit I was more than confident and comfortable with the procedure. Dr. Berger was AMAZING. I had a breast reduction going from 36DDD to a 36D and it felt like I was a different person. I was so anxious but he was amazing, walking me through everything very calmly and putting me at ease. He answered every question with detail and patience. On surgery day I was freaking out, but I literally went to sleep and woke up, and my life was completely changed. My recovery was insane, so easy. I was back to work a week later. I'm a writer so it's not like I did jumping jacks or anything, but I really mentally psyched myself to be okay. I visited the office of Dr. Saul Berger in July of last year for a consultation about having my breast implants removed. I had previously met with two other plastic surgeons. Loved Dr. Berger and his staff immediately. They spent almost an hour with me on that first visit - explaining what he thought my best options were, a very thorough examination, and answered all my questions. I booked my surgery within a couple of days. My surgery involved removing my breast implants and performing a breast lift. I can't tell you how happy I am. Dr Saul Berger's surgical work is natural and youthful. I have been having procedures with him since 2001 and cannot fault his work. He keeps me Young & Beautiful.I just Love his work. He has the hands of an Artist. My scars are so minimal you can barely see them. When another doctor , a general Practitioner, saw my scars he couldn't believe how fine they were and barely visible and asked who my surgeon was!!! I recommend him to all my Hollywood friends. After a lifetime of aversion to "getting work done," I started seeing Dr Berger relatively late in life, and I'm so glad I did. He has smoothed out the frown lines, crow's feet and lip wrinkles that were making me look bad tempered (which I'm not!) and everybody keeps telling me how well I look - but nobody suspects it's not entirely natural. As well as being a skilled professional, Dr Berger is a very understanding person, and pays close attention to exactly what a patient wants. His staff is lovely, too. If you are hesitating about improving your appearance, I'd say do it now - the younger you start, the better, in terms of maintaining a happy, healthy, youthful face. read more

I purposely waited a year to write this review…read morebecause I can now testify that for a whole year since I had my facelift done, Dr. Cohen and his staff have been nothing but attentive to my needs. A lot of times you have great care givers, however this office raises the bar with wonderful comfort givers as well. This particular surgery is a marathon and not a sprint and I feel immense gratitude for the care before, during, and after the procedure. I had never had any cosmetic surgery and to say I was a bit trepidatious is an understatement. I mean, it's my face! I did extensive homework to find a board certified doctor by initially looking at The Aesthetic Society website. Also, I read some medical journals about facelifts (focusing on high SMAS) which gave me a good launch point before my first visit. And finally, I do admit I was hoping to find a Beverly Hills doctor NOT in Beverly Hills. When I went to see Dr. Cohen for a consultation, he repeated most of what I had researched and patiently answered all my questions and clarified any concerns which brought great comfort. This doctor is so amazingly knowledgeable and his passion for constantly learning and vetting new techniques spoke volumes to me. With all this talent, all the credentials, and the medical expertise to back it up, you would maybe expect to find this doctor a bit intimidating but nothing could be further from the truth. He is so genuinely personable. Dr. Cohen could be my new next door neighbor and I would happily throw the welcome party. This doctor truly listens to his patients. I told him I was interested in a re-fresh and not a re-do. I know he is very capable of the latter and there is nothing wrong with that choice if that is what a patient prefers but the former is more who I am. And he delivered. His in-office OR is impeccable and very convenient. Not having to go to a hospital was a big thumbs up for me. His anesthesiologist walks on water as far as I'm concerned. I was more worried about that part than the actual surgery due to past trauma with severe post surgery nausea. He told me I would wake up feeling like I had a nice long wonderful nap and I did. No issues whatsoever. Healing from a full facelift takes time and requires full patient participation. The doctor and his staff were so checked in making sure I was doing well and being there for whatever I needed. Instructions were very well explained before surgery. I had periodic follow-up visits which I really enjoyed partly due to the team atmosphere of the office. Dr. Cohen, Jill, Jaime, Natalie, Lorrie, Alex (and I know I'm missing a couple of other fabulous members), I can't thank all of you enough. They really helped give me a boost during those first few weeks and again highlights the comfort and care giver aspects I mentioned earlier. The post surgery care of being able to take advantage of the in-office spa which includes the miracle CO2 laser was a treat. I had it done during surgery and again a few months later. Highly recommend for a smooth texture especially if you have more mature skin. And I would highly recommend seeing Alex for post surgery lymphatic massage therapy. Dr. Cohen found a gem in her and she helped me so much to keep my swelling down, keep tissue loose, and keep bruising to a minimum. I know my healing time was much shorter because of her. Again, another team member whose superpower is comfort as well as care. The office has many more post care options to tailor to one's needs and I really appreciate how they can customize them to each patient. If anyone is on the fence about cosmetic surgery, I hope this review helps assuage any doubts. It is a big deal and should be thoughtfully considered. If you're an information digger like me, my goal was to do the research for you, save you time, and recommend you make an appointment with Dr. Cohen ASAP. He promises to work golf around all his patients!

I have very little breast tissue and knew that it would be imperative to find a surgeon who could meticulously remove my entire capsule safely. Not only was Dr. Brenner able to accomplish this task, but he also repaired my pectoral muscles from damage caused by my previous breast augmentation. My incisions look amazing and I am healing remarkably well! Many of my BII symptoms are diminishing and I'm breathing much easier without the weight of implants on my chest. And while Dr. Galanis won't admit it, he is a true artist. But not only that, he listens, which for me was key. He cared about what I wanted. On the day of surgery, the surgeon suddenly asked if I wanted to add my calves, which completely contradicted the consultation. I was already anxious and felt flustered by this last-minute change. When I asked the manager, she strongly advised against it, saying it would be far too painful with local anesthesia. After surgery, I was told that maybe they should have treated the calves because they didn't actually know if it would have been tolerable. That was incredibly frustrating to hear. I paid $12,000 and am now left with untreated calf lipedema and unevenness from the surgery. I now have to spend more money with another surgeon to correct what should have been handled properly the first time. The lack of consistency and clear guidance was unacceptable.

I got lipo 360 and somehow shed no weight (yes I was at an ideal weight going in) and a breast lift and revision...the wounds never healed properly and PUSS was coming out for months. The stitches were poorly done and asymmetrical leading to infection and sepsis. The doctor was evasive and knew he messed up, offering laser treatments to try and help with scarring but I refused to ever see him again. I should have sued and that's on me. I ended up spending thousands looking much worse than I looked before. He's a mean, cold bedside manner and I wouldn't recommend my worst enemy to him. Read the bad reviews--they are real and he has multiple practice names so bad reviews are buried. Traumatic
