We used Saul's Carpet cleaning back in May! Initially they reached out right away and confirmed our appointment which was great! It was Saul's son and a young lady they were training. The most important area we wanted cleaned were the stairs. We get our carpets cleaned regularly so it was not heavy stains just our yearly cleaning. Very minimal stains in the bedrooms, mostly the stairs. When they finished I noticed there were a few areas that still had markings on the carpet. The young man had the young lady come back in and clean the areas I showed her. 3 days later when the carpets were completely dry we could see more stains that were not removed. I messaged Saul and he asked me to send pics. He said nothing of any policy or time frame I needed to get the pics to him. I let him know because it was the end of the school year, busy schedule, and good lighting so he could see the stains I got the pics to him. It was a total of 10 days. A couple days went by and I didn't hear back from him. I messaged him again making sure he received the pics. Another day went by and he responded saying ,"in this situation we usually give our clients 2/3 days to give us pictures of work" which I messaged him initially 3 days later when the carpets had dried. He also said,"the best he could do" is the next time he cleans he can give me a discount. It was such a disappointment he did not offer to come back as it was our first time trying his services. You would think he would want to make it right as he should have. Why would we ask him to come back if he didn't remove the stains in the first place? I booked them yesterday and they came in this morning and completed the job fast almost just one hour. The carpet is very clean and smelling good. I chose them because their prices were reasonable and they don't have a minimum. I only needed one room for my renta space and they did the job well and fast! Very organized when they came in with orange cones and run everything from their car. Satisfied! Will book them again in future. read more

My carpets look fabulous! I found this company on Facebook through a friend and couldn't be more happy with the cleaning! I had some stains and pet issues even a candle wax that had fell on our carpet that they got almost all of it out! The arrived very professional we address the concerns and stains and they wore masks and booties and were very friendly spent quality time cleaning very happy! Unreliable. All I have to say is carpet has not been actually cleaned... perhaps just vacuumed... gee thanks. I could have paid $160 to vacuum my own carpet... or better yet hire actual cleaners. read more

I scheduled a visit today to have 3 rooms cleaned. One room had a pee stain and another a soda stain. All stains are still there. The pee smell is still there. The kid that came and cleaned the carpets was in and out with in a 40 min total. Carpets are soaked. And they don't even look different. I text the owner the pictures and he had the kid call me back. He stated that he forgot to clean a spot and that when I rescheduled for my suburban that was supposed to be done today he will spot clean the stains. I paid to have my carpets cleaned today. I called the owner back and he said it looks better than the before pictures and they don't. He wasn't interested in coming back to finish the job or even attempt to come to an agreement so I will no longer use this company and I suggest the locals don't either. Had to move and every place quoted ridiculous prices! Saul's was not only affordable, they were available much quicker, and got the job done in half the time they had quoted for! Very pleased with how it turned out. He even brought his own towels to make sure the hardwood floors didn't get wet or ruined. Would DEFINITELY use again! read more

Horrible service!! I booked a two room carpet cleaning as well has home cleaning. I was very specific on the areas I wanted cleaned ... I was out of town on vacation when they came to do the work but my husband was home... I came back and to my surprise non of the areas I paid for were done! Not to mention there is still a stain on my sons carpet I contacted them right away and guess what! They stop responding to me! I I hope this review helps some one to not waist $270 like I did. I hired another local company that I used before and they did a horrible job.how my carpet was yellow I don't know. so I had to get it cleaned again 2 times in one month but the next time I called Saul's carpet he quoted me a great price for a high traffic area I told him of my previous experience with the other company he sent cris and Sam they were both respectful organized and clean. I pointed out the stains. they worked quick and efficiently. I'm very satisfied they wore shoe covers and actually wiped down the areas where the carpet connected to Linoleum... After less than 2 weeks stains came back in random places and in one of my bedrooms he missed a whole spot and another spot by my stairs. I contacted the owner and he said my carpet is old. I did ask them to redo my room as they missed a lot of stains and he came back with a brush and cleaned it as all their things were put away already before doing a walk thru with me. I did tip thinking they did a great job and then they left quickly and I did a walk thru with numerous stains still everywhere and discolored carpet (see in pics) called their owner (believe father) but he was no help whatsoever. Stated he believed it was a good job (not seeing everything) and left it at that. Also not professional talking with an older person thinking they would show up and two teenagers came instead. I don't know why the owner is commenting when he wasnt even here and no approval was given. You did a run thru and packed up before I had a chance to look thry the house the stain I saw in my room you hand cleaned with brush and left quickly. I used this service in the past and loved them at that time so figured I would try them again. I just had a baby and have a 4 year old so I figured perfect mothers day gift to myself would be to get things cleaned. Although I have a 4 bedroom home I only wanted my room, my 4 years old room, bathroom, livingroom and kitchen done. I was highly disappointed after having someone come out and do an estimate that once they were done the rooms were not clean beds were only made, dusting was to be included I can assure you it wasn't, floors were not swept. They also had to ask me if they needed to vacuum the carpets. Bathrooms as well were not clean tub was still dirty and toothpaste on the counter. I talked to the lady who was adamant if I wanted further cleaning to contact her but when I mentioned the things not done her only response was it wasn't me I didn't do it. There were 3 ladies here for 3 hours what they did I couldn't tell you. My house isn't filthy by any means. Oh and my house has an old dirty rag smell now as well. I reached out to the gentlemen who came to give quote he alogized and offer 15% back, or to deep clean my area rug. I thanked him for the offer but declined. I didn't get what I paid for and would of gladly. So now I am cleaning after paying fora service that I didn't fully get. But on the bright side oven is nice and clean lol. read more

Should have read reviews. Find from Facebook and just called it was cheap but once he came he wanted extra I agreed. But disappointed with the service. Cleaned some of area some of area was never cleaned and it was dry. I told him and asked him clean but he doesn't clean. None of the stains are removed. He said he thinks it is carpet design.
