I don't go out of my way to give bad reviews but the energy in this place first time ever being there was terrible. I came in and sat down literally got walked by multiple tattoo artist (I had an appt) and no one greeted me or acknowledged me as a human being LIKE what. Then my artist text me asking me where I am 15 mins after my appt time because no one said shit about me being there to him. Very clean and professional. Took my 17 year old for her first tattoo we were in and out.... Everyone made us feel welcomed and the tattoo artist was fast and her bow turned out adorable. There's a $100 minimum which I think is all shops. I'm happy to have found the place.... cash only but the do have an ATM inside for your convenience. read more

I had a great experience here getting a simple piercing with Ethan. The shop is neat and tidy and the atmosphere is relaxed and comfortable. Ethan explained everything very clearly and in detail, helped me pick out the best jewelry for me, and even gave me tips on where to buy some specialty items online. He was very careful about keeping the process sterile, and he was very efficient - meaning the actual piercing happened quickly and painlessly. I have wanted a new tattoo for a long time, so I think I'll give the tattooists a try. It's a shame the shop is hidden in a generic strip mall in Savage, but I'm glad I found them! read more

I really like the tattoo artist that did my cover up. I think his name was Joe. I did a walk in to get a letter on my wrist covered up by my son's footprint. I wanted it realistic so I brought his actual inked footprint from the hospital. The guy drew up a sketch in like 15 minutes and it was really close to what I gave him. We sat down and he started & he has good technique which means the actual tattooing didn't hurt that bad which is awesome. My other tattoo was not done well so it's raised but he handled it very well, he did the best he could to shade so no one can see the other tattoo under the cover up tattoo; I'd say he did a pretty good job with what he was given. At first, he didn't talk that much but I wasn't too concerned because maybe he's just not talkative but then we started talking and had a whole convo while he tattooed which I think made it better because it gives you something else to focus on. After he was done, I asked if he would be willing to design a sleeve with me and he was all for it. He was really nice and really quick which was helpful cause I had somewhere to be. I really like this shop. Everyone's pretty nice. I've also got my nose and belly button pierced by Ethan. My nose ring did fall out but my belly ring was pretty good. So all in all, I recommend this place to all my friends because it has pretty good customer service, pretty good pricing and it's very clean. read more

started going here because of the amazing artwork but it's not worth it anymore. The last time my friends and I made an appointment WITH the required 100$ non refundable deposit, we showed up on time only to find out the artist had forgotten we were scheduled and booked a whole other group and got pushed back so we ended up being there until almost 9 pm when our appointment was for 11am, we looked past it because of his amazing line work. We of course booked another appointment where he promised we'd be the only people in the shop for the day which he then had to reschedule to the following week due to another mistake in scheduling but again we looked past because we love his work. For this appointment we attempted to confirm the time and it was pushed back an hour for us to finally get there and have the artist feeling sick and needing to take multiple breaks. It was obvious this man was hungover.... very unprofessional and ridiculous. Got there at 12:30 and didn't finish the first 2 tats (they were not too big or intricate) until 7pm. He took a lunch in between the first two on top of the many breaks, we completely understand needing a break but it just became too much considering we still had to get 2 more done. Once he started the 3rd tattoo he tells us the 4th might not happen (Mind you we never complained once). He finished the 3rd one and confirms the 4th was a no and gives another day but I was hesitant because of everything that happened I didn't really want to come back but of course i love his work and didn't want to look for another artist. He finishes the tat, my friends pay and he doesn't give me a second thought. Walked out and never coming back lol sad to say but i'm not paying for my time to be wasted. also idc the receptionist was a bitch read more

I went here for a septum piercing on the day of. These guys were very reasonably priced- $50 including the ring. I wanted my piercing at a specific height, and Ethan nailed it- literally. I would definitely go back for another piercing or tattoo. read more

I got my bellybutton pierced here about 3 months ago and overall it was a good experience. The piercer, Ethan, even let me come back another day and take photos since I was a photography student at the time. The piercing looks great and he was very friendly. If I remember correctly I paid $40. The only negative thing I would say is that the piercer was late getting to work both times I was there, so I would call beforehand and make sure he's in. read more
