I walked back to her suite when I got there and she had someone in her chair so I didn't interrupt, because that would be rude. And when she was done with him, she walked him out and saw me in the lobby and didn't say anything. This is very unprofessional and rude. A waste of my time.

I felt like when i spoke my mind about MY hair and the service i was judged and then rushed out of the salon so other clients wouldn't hear. Everyone is friendly, checking in on you and your comfort often, offering beverages and snacks, explaining things and answering questions and never rushing. Since I have been coming my natural hair is so healthy and has grown immensely. After having locs and combing them out I was very concerned that I would not be able to save my hair but 29Eleven was able to help me get back on track. I would recommend booking on their website for appointments. The prices are really fair considering the outcome and quality of service you receive. I met her after a not-so great dye job. She was able to correct my color. Tracy is also good with thin/fine hair.
