My first thought was that I accidentally walked into a St Vincent De Paul because that's how it looked, like the one on Hwy 100 next to the Walmart. This was definitely geared to women and children because the men's section was a small coroner of the store. The place looks like they buy anyone's inventory from where ever and then put it on the shelves. This is definitely a smalls store with even less sections than the St Vincent De Paul resale store. There is nothing big here like microwaves, furniture, Tvs etc. As a guy I'm not going to sift through all the clothes looking at the labels trying to find that designer item at a great price like a needle in the hay stack. I jumped into the men's coats rack just to look at a label and price tag to see what they had, $ 29 fake leather made in China. This place might have a place in retail but for men who know what they want and just want to get in and out this just doesn't work and will not be a place I will shop at. The thrift store model has its place, the thrift store and I have no problems with thrift stores but I'm not going to sift through a new merchandise store like a thrift store. This store model just doesn't work for me and I can't imagine going back.

I shopped almost exclusively here when I worked as Activity Director in a senior living complex, and the ladies always loved my clothing! Comfortable and professional and fun and cheap. I thought TJMaxx had higher prices. I get fun art supplies here too. They have art and knickknacks and home goods and toys too. Sometimes I'll get something else, but usually it's work clothes. I've also had fun picking up a cologne just based on the box, because it can't be sampled. I've liked it all!

The store itself is styled like a boutique and is a long hallway with different rooms focused on different clients (ie. children's section, men's section, active etc). I did feel like many of the women's clothes were geared towards a more mature crowd, but I appreciated the fitting room to try everything on. Unfortunatley, the things I loved were probably meant for juniors/teenagers and were just a tad too small for me *cries* Nevertheless, I found some really great (like new conditioned) random things like a Superman BBQ Apron (perfect for the summer of Superman), and Michael Kors Mary Jane Pumps that will work perfectly for my Wicked outfit that I'm putting together. I didn't know at the time, but I suspect because I visited during the week of July 4th that everything in store was 50% off, which almost felt like highway robbery since everything was already very inexpensive already! My Mary Janes were $10 and thus $4.50 and the Superman Apron came out to $2.50. This is a great clean, organized and well priced charity shop that I'd love to support again on a return visit. Enjoy!

So after I made my decision on the furniture I wanted, the guy took my card and swiped it. He asked for my delivery information and that was it. So I started asking questions as to when my furniture will be delivered. The Salesman looked confused and said "uhhh just give it a few days" so I asked 3-5, 5-7 business days? What should I expect? The guy just says "Yeah, it should be about that because our warehouse is full". So I said ok. I called today because I relaized I had no solid answer on a delivery date. They guy answers the phone very dry and almost impossible to hear. I asked him when should I expect my delivery and the guy says 7-12 Business days. I complained because that was not explained when I purchased my furniture initially and it shouldn't take 2 full weeks for my furniture to be delivered. I've never heard of anything of the sort. Ashley's Furniture offered 5-7 Business days with the same exact furniture. I asked the guy can they deliver it sooner and he simply told me "No." I asked him for a refund and he said "We don't do those". I explained that I would dispute it with my bank and he said "Go ahead". This guy was very rude and did not care about the business itself. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN. my advice is to shop with ASHLEY'S Furniture Store. As a customer, I give this company 1 star out of 5. Do not give them your money. They will HUSTLE you.

I was in search of an 'ugly holiday sweater' and heard a few options could be found here. I popped in for that, and left with plenty more! So many great stocking stuffers, holiday decor pieces, and clothing options. I forget what a vast clothing section they have, and same with toys, just in time for santa-planning. Also, prices here are very, very good. I'm always surprised at the check-out how many sales are going on that bring the prices in more down even more. Plus they give out Kohl's cash like candy I swear. This location is clean, easy to navigate, and has plenty of parking.

I've noticed that middle aged people seem to prefer Kohl's over Target, younger people like Target more than Kohl's but a lot of us comparison shop at both places on the same day. When I was in here a little girl kept putting stuff in her mother's purse, and her mother had to keep putting it all back, very entertaining.
