I own a Mercedes S550 Coupe. I had significant damage to the rear of the vehicle and I was very, very selective as to the body shop I would pick for the necessary repair work . I was very impressed with the professional staff at Save Deductible, particularly the owner, Issa. Save Deductible gave me the best cost estimate and time-line for my car repair. To say that I was wowed with the quality of their work would be a massive understatement. I got my car back ahead of schedule and the repairs were perfect. I not only saved money but got my car returned to me much faster than I thought possible. Issa kept me fully informed as to their progress on my car. This place is a nightmare!!!! I let the guy who towed my car from getting hit, talk me into taking my car here instead of caliber and I will NEVER make that mistake. Their service is horrible, they had my car for almost 2 months blaming it on my insurance not responding. Meanwhile they charge over $80 a day to hold a car when normally places charge $20. Not to mention when they took my car I had a bunch of dollar bills in my vehicle and when I got the box of the "remainder" items in my car, a box THEY packed up, there was no money in there. These people are beyond sketchy, horrible business. Avoid at all cost. read more

Do not believe a word this company or its owner (Issa) tells you. I had an insurance claim with an Infiniti QX80. He persuaded my insurance company into body work that was just under the totaled amount to get the business. It took him from July to January to finish the work, with hundreds of excuses to account for the delays. My patience was rewarded with him telling me I would have to spend more money or else the car would overheat and that my insurance wouldn't pay anymore. I'm now trying to locate the vehicle and he's giving hints that he sold the car to a salvage yard. I'll file a lawsuit soon if he can't return the vehicle. He is a scam artist; stay as far away from this body shop as possible. read more

DO NOT GO HERE. I normally fix my cars, but had been backed into while my car was parked and figured I would let the person's insurance company pay and have someone else do the work. Mistake. They do not fix cars the right way. They cut corners and do it as cheaply as possible to put lipstick on the pig. In my circumstance, that meant bending the door and buffing dents and repainting it rather than replacing the door. A replacement door can be bought off eBay for under $1,000. For $4,000+ from the insurance company, they just tried to hide the dents and repaint. Since the door frame had been compromised already, the seal wasn't tight and there were visible dents from where they drilled into the door to hammer other dents out. I returned it and they worked on it more, charged the insurer more, and didn't replace it yet again. Now it looks good but will not close properly and the automatic window function on my door is not working. Still just putting lipstick on the pig. The owner is rude. They are all now avoiding my texts and the insurers calls. I'd like to show them how to properly fix a car and learned my lesson the hard way. Am still pursuing other means to get this settled but wanted to forewarn anyone lured in by the name of the shop. Go elsewhere. read more

Dissatisfied! They do not deliver. For a simple fix they gave me a good quote, ordered the part and said I could bring my car back the next week to fix it. The next week, after not getting a call from them, I called them. They told me the part was never ordered and that maybe I could come back in the next 3 weeks or so. Forget it, on to the next one. read more

Worst service experience I've ever had. Wrecked my truck in November. They said it would take 2 weeks. Brought it back to me after 3 weeks. No biggie if it had been fixed. Literally the rear axle was pushed to the right 3 inches. So many things not fixed I couldn't list them. Issa the owner promised to take care of me a million times. After sending it back for 4 more weeks. It still wasn't fixed. Have been trying to get them to finish it ever since. They have already been paid by my insurance. Pathological liars and return calls only when they get ready and never do what they say they're going to do. I had to create the business on here just to slam them. All of their reviews online were so good. I learned my lesson. Just pay the deductible. read more
