I always come to this Savers and I always receive the best customer service. I buy alot of stuff and they are really patient with me and endearing/priceless. I had a large load/giant and my back is out.. They were understaffed but the manager still helped me to my car. The manager really appreciates the business. I went on half off day but noticed the prices for dishes were really high. The average mug is was over 2.00...Plates were 3.99 a piece..The average mug at other thrift stores is less than a dollar. I was glad to be there because I had a horrrrrible experience at the Charleston Store. I was treated horrible and told you you "ant seen attitude yet" I can show you attitude. My water spilled at the check out I asked the cashier foe paper towels. Then Manager told me your just going to leave it there. The cashier said "she asked for paper towels..I was spending around 350.00 and was even get 40 comic books for .99 cents due to cashier mistake. I spend a ton of money and that day I was so mistreated I couldn't take it anymore and I had to leave the stuff. I couldn't chose my greed for my pride and and worth as a customer. I saw horrible things that day and I ignored because I had BEYOND AMAZING STUFF. LOL I cried the next day. Bad karma if I gave that store my sales ..THE RANCHO STORE IS AMAZING ! Their is another manager that I called that say and she was apologetic and sweet. Anyway I went to Goodwill that week instead and spent 700 and got Tiffany cups ect. Anyway Rancho store even when they are busy or dealing with all walks of life, they show their customers dignity. I went to Savers to find some shorts for my daughter. Not only did I find shorts, but all kinds of goodies! Like any thrift store you gotta dig around to find the good stuff, but it's worth it. The store was clean and it wasn't packed with people, so I actually got to take my time looking around. The only reason I didn't give this five stars is because the toddler sizes weren't organized and there was hardly anything in her size. I guess I will just have to keep going back, which isn't a bad thing. Their profits go to help Safe Nest, which helps victims of domestic violence. read more

My wife loves thrift stores and Savers is one of them. This particular Savers is not in the best of neighborhoods. I usually sit in the car and read and am at the very least, accosted two times, sometimes more for someone wanting to wash my windows, money for the bus or worse. As for the store ... my wife says its okay, some bargains and at least they say they are 'for profit' not like say, Goodwill who is a 'for profit' store and pretends they aren't. read more

Very cool store. I found some cool looking skirts from the 70's from the looks of it. And I am to excited! Its a great place to donate stuff and find goodies. The store is big and everyone who works here has a very nice attitude. I love when I go shop and need help and people are more than willing to help me find what I need or want. I really like the fact that the prices are in my budget and I don't have to break my bank to shop here. I am overly excited about the fact that its a lot of designer items on sale. read more

Good deeds? Great deals? I don't know... I have a disability, EM (Erythromelalgia). Store manager, Ben Niebauer, rudely discriminated against me by requiring me leave the Savers located at 3121 N. Rancho Dr. in Las Vegas, NV. I had spent quite a bit of time & effort picking out cloths to try on. He would not let me try them on. He threatened to call the police to have me removed, even though I explained my handi-capped condition & showed him a letter from my doctor. I said I would sign a letter relieving Savers of all responsibility for my safety. He continued to threaten to call the police, but he didn't. All he did was get louder & more aggressive. So I told him I would call the police. I went outside with my mother to wait for the police. When they arrived, the police were told he had left. This Savers is the most ridiculously priced of them all. Most of the shoes are filthy and not even resale worthy. The clothing has the most stains I have seen at any thrift store and all of the items are extremely overpriced. Some of the dresses are $15 and they are rags! The mason jars are $1.99 when brand new they are only 99 cents. Whoever is pricing these items needs to take a second look. read more

You don't come here expecting fancy. It's barebones, but I prefer that to thinking my donations are going toward unnecessary things. this is located on West Cheyenne and Rancho. Whenever I dropped off bags of clothing and shoes I like to stop in for a look. You also get discounts if you donate things. There are huge selection of clothing, shoes, accessories, books, home décor, furniture etc. Recently, I found out they have nice selection for Halloween costumes, some are brand new. I also find nice brand name shoes and clothing here. read more

We donated a nice big TV there today. While it wasn't a flat screen, it was a little older, circa early 2000's. A good TV. They stuck it out on the floor right away and slapped a $59.99 price tag on it. Two young families, with lots of children came to try to find a decent TV to buy. I talked to two of them and they said they would love that TV, but it was too much. Considering this store serves a very low income area, why do they price things out of reach for them? Does not make sense. We give them a free item, and they mark it up too much. They could have put a $25 to $30 price tag on it, and it probably would have sold right away. I do not want to donate to this store anymore because of that. If stores like these are going to be in low income neighborhoods, price it so they can actually buy something they need. Until then, I will donate my things elsewhere. It's not just the electronics, I have also donated clothes, books, housewares, paintings, blankets, all kinds of things to this location. Just quit marking everything up too high for those people to afford it. read more

The prices here are outrageous, but it seems that's the case with most savers. Completely defeats the purpose of being a thrift store.

I'm not picky yet this place really needs work. Perhaps hire security so the workers can get something done? It's a ghetto location "certified" as I live there ,and at any given time at least half the "shoppers" are in there to shoplift . The employees are really friendly and despite all the "security" work they do ,the store always looks clean and presentable. read more

The prices are a little toooooo high for it to be second hand. I wen there looking for some cool toys for my son but the toys there are bundled in a goodie like bag which I didn't like because there were a few toys I wanted but where all in desperate bags which if I were to buy the ones I liked I'd have to buy all the bags with the random junk given in the bundle. The location is horrible. Was bugged three times by homeless people for some change all within this one trip. I sincerely do not recommend this place. read more

This place STEALS YOUR MONEY. They do it by saying your debit card did not go through. Than they refuse to refund your money. I dropped off some donations and decided to go in and see if they had any desks. I didn't see any, so I decided to go and check a few other things they had in there. I saw some nice things but when I asked a couple of the employees for a little bit of help they were to busy sliding across the store on rack carts and talking to each other in curse words Being very loud and not even answering my questions. The management team really needs to get ahold of their employees and show some leadership. If this is happening in the front of the store I can just image what is going on in the back, I used to love thrift shopping. But If I have to deal with rude employees I will take my business somewhere else. I hope they get their act together so the customers like myself wouldn't have to put up with things like these. read more
