He showed me different mattresses until I found one that suited my needs and my price range. I needed something firm but not too firm, I cant do memory foam (back problems) so he recommended something in between. I knew it was the right mattress from the moment I layed down on it. Firm but not to firm, soft but not too soft. Navid was very helpful and also hooked up the delivery, I was unable to make the first date so the dispatch was able to fit me in 2 days later with a 3hr window. The mattress came as expected with no stains or defects. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a new mattress.

Sold us a $1400 mattress that ended up being terrible and when we tried to exchange it on a different mattress, we ended up having to spend an additional $800 for the right to exchange. COVID Pre-Caution - The employees wiped everything, had masks/face shields, provided us with a sheet to use to try mattresses, and had hand sanitizer almost by every bed Employees - Honestly, they were great. Skylar was very informative and assisted us throughout the process. He gave us an honest opinion and was not pushy at all, which is why we came back to buy the mattress here. The manager Chanda (I believe, sorry for the spelling) was AWESOME and funny, and gave us the best deal possible. I rarely leave reviews, but I had a great time dealing with this store and product, that I highly recommend you use them if you are in the market for a new bed/base! PS - I asked what delivery was like and they stated 7-10 days. I had family coming in the next weekend and asked if there was any way to expedite. Our mistake as we didn't have an opportunity to sit in it as it's wasn't in the store. The salesman showed us Cantoni's catalogue and assured us that we'd be comfortable. He measured other chairs and said we'd be fine. I called the store after delivery but was told they couldn't help. I did ask for a suggestion as to where we might sell it. The other factors were the bed was she wanted a new bed.  If I know women's thinking, she did not wish to sleep in a bed that my ex-wife slept in. It is not the major reason for wanting a new bed, but it was on her mind longer than I knew. Looking around a different stores, we found nothing the got our interest.  We were looking around for a number of weeks and still weren't satisfied.   Then one day I got the idea to try out Sticks N Stuff in Rockville Maryland.   The place wasn't busy when we showed up, but we did find help right away.  I don't remember the name of the salesman, but he was knowledgeable about the products sold here.  My wife and I liked the adjustable bed and the mattress we selected.  Both items we picked came separately,  but you can pick and choose if you like. I paid for this bed with money I aquired after leaving Marriott Courtyard...,but that is another story. The sale and paperwork went smoothly and we are glad to have picked this store.   It wasn't the first time I had bought something from this store. I would reccomend this store, but I caution you on the delivery and removal process of your old bed. When the delivery person arrived late, it was a sign of things to come. The lead dude and his partner  dismantled the old bed, packed up most of the old bed parts and loaded them into the truck. All of this was after they had taken out the new bed and mattress.   Installing the new mattress and bed did not take long.  It was up and running and I was happy. My wife was at work when this was going on. The lead driver/delivery man flat out told me hff e wasn't taking all of the old bed peices.  This what he was getting paid to do and I/we were denied of this service. Calling Sticks N Stuff was futile. My check had already cleared and there was nothing they were going to do about it. Looking back maybe I wasn't aggressive enough,  but that was then.   I would change a number of things if I could should something like this ever happen again.  I give this play 5 stars for the sale side, but 1star for the delivery and removal service.   All and all I give it a 3 star overall.  My advice,  don't fuckover your clients when removing bed parts. This is what I paid for in the costs.

Anyway while I'm contemplating buying a weighted blanket the employee comes and tells me 6 times that "it's a private bathroom you really should ask" and every time I say "sorry" and "it was an emergency" and "my son ran directly to the bathroom because he didn't have time, that's about it" he just keeps repeating "it's a private bathroom you know, you really should ask" and at some point I ask if he wants to tell my son that and he says... "it's a private bathroom you really need to ask permission" Lmao. Even funnier is that there is zero "private" signage just a big triangle with the men's and women's symbols and giant text saying "restroom." So like, instead of getting mattresses out the door he needed to give me and my family an etiquette lesson like this is our hobby. I guess my other hobby is writing negative yelp reviews about jerk employees and never buying products again. I mean, not until now but hey why not start.
