I also didn't expect sugar on the sweet potato fries, but rather paid extra for the upgrade because I was looking forward to the customary salt on the naturally sweet potato. I even tried to knock the sugar off, but it was applied when the fries were warm and damp from the fryer so it stuck. The fries were also soggy by the time I returned to work ten minutes after scheduled pick up. As a result, I didn't enjoy these at all, but can see the appeal for people who love sweets. On my next visit, I'll try a burger and regular fries instead and see how that goes.
