Ordered on Door Dash pickup and APP said 2 hours. We called and said "we do DASH on Slow". Not sure what that means. Went to contact Door Dash and got notified that order was ready for pickup. Arrived to pick up and store was empty except for 3-4 employees. As I walked up to the door the music inside was "bumpin" almost vibrating the windows, but it was turned down before I entered the lobby. They didn't have large bags so I had to make 2 trips to the vehicle with the food and drinks. Got home and found burnt fish patty. Quality has gone down since we first tried Savvy. read more

After waiting 30 minutes (when we were told it would be 15) we had to leave to keep a commitment we had my husband asked for a refund, but the worker said no they couldn't do that and gave us the part of our order that was ready. I had seen these locations popping up all over and wanted to try them. I finally did. I want to tell you that the food is not worth the hype. I found it to be bland even after adding an egg to my slider. The fries were decent though. The price was way too high for what they offer. The restaurant itself was pretty clean, but could use a few of the tables wiped down better. It was more of a cafe feeling. The bright spot of this visit which is why I give 2 stars instead of 1 is the ladies who worked at the front counter. They were very professional and they took the time to explain their sliders since I was new and had not been there. For them I say great job! For the overall experience I will give it a "meh". You'll get better tast and more for your money elsewhere. read more

The food is always good at this location but the staff is slow and rude. While sitting in line an employee walked out of the back door and proceeded to laugh while making comments like," people are really standing out here this long for food" all the while he's clearly not helping speed this along. read more

We have been to several SAVVY Slider restaurants since they came to the Detroit Metro area, we generally like them and the choices they have. This location is by far the worst. The food we got (take out) was mediocre at best. The staff was not friendly or accommodating. We planned on ordering from them for a family birthday dinner on Saturday 3/9/24. Earlier that day on Local 4 News there was a segment from a SAVVY Slider rep who said there was a promo that day that would be applied with in-store, online or drive thru. We ordered a pretty large order online, we did not receive the promotion that was advertised. When the order was picked up and brought home there was one box meal missing. I went back the next day and let them know and was told that their records show it was made they did not believe me because it was just my word against theirs and they could not do anything. But to call the next day to talk to the manager, Zecky. I called and was told he was not working and that I was talking to the person I spoke to the day before and his statement stands that everyone working agreed the box was made, which I am not debating, just that it did not end up in my bag, but he said they had no proof (just my word), but he would "give me the benefit of the doubt" and if I came back in he would remake it for me. I was not about to drive 10 miles for mediocre food. I would have accepted an apology and a refund for the missing meal or a gift card to use at a better Savvy. But not even an apology as they do not feel they could have made a mistake. I know this is long, but do not go to this Savvy, they do not care, and the food there is not good at this location. I pulled up to the drive thru with 4 cars ahead of me who already ordered. This was before 6pm on a Sunday. They told me they were not accepting new orders & turned me away. There hours said they were open until 9pm. What a terrible business practice! The food was good with my first experience there. What does it matter how the food is when they don't let people buy it. Never heard of Savy Sliders before, and that's a good think. They set the standards high! This place is Amazing! Food is always good and hot. No long waits and the sauce is great. The best part, customer service is always top tier! Wonderful place! read more

First time diners and we got the Mediterranean chicken sliders and the Classic sliders. Crinkle Fries (plenty of them!) are great with the traditional salt n pepper spice. (I'll try the Cajun spice next time.) Friendly service, we dined in and the server said we could get our shakes after we finished our burgers so they didn't melt. The buns are kinda sweet, but not soft like Hawaiian buns. They could have been steamed or otherwise warmed up, but still good. Banana pudding shake tested just like banana pudding, with whipped cream and cookie/cake crumbles on top. Strawberry shortcake shake also good. Made with custard, so different consistency, and very good. Give them a whirl when you're craving a slider! read more

Not gonna lie, the food was amazing , beef always fresh, grease fresh chicken fried perfectly no jokes, Coustmer service was on point for ya boy, restaurant was clean as hell now they did just open up so I'll have to revisit a few more times in the future but as of now I truly enjoy the food, keep up the good work!!!!! read more

Late night slider run. Sliders taste like old fashioned hand pressed burgers. Also picked up chicken fingers which were hand dipped and very good. I'm a chicken finger snob and these rank up there not terribly far behind Raising Cane and Guthries. read more

Picked up food for lunch today and it was amazing. We got the home style fried chicken sliders and the classic angus sliders with a side of house season fries and onion rings. Portions are great and the six pack of sliders can easily feed 2-3 people. The food was fresh and delicious, I have a feeling I'll be going back fairly soon. read more

Stopped by to pick up lunch. Was surprised by the prices but after eating the meal it was worth the price. Freshly made slider (2 to a box) great crinkle cut fries. My husband had the fish and onion rings. We both LOVED our meals. We WILL be going back. read more
