Food was fantastic. Atmosphere was alright but our server though... deliberately went out of her way to be rude and dismissive and acted like she hated her life. So much so that one of the other ladies (idk if she was managment) came over to apologize on her behalf and of course that server went off on her. We watched her walk around on her phone, be complacent out-loud on speaker with a friend I assume and heard her giving attitude( "Whatdya want" )to people who were just picking up their food. After last years fiasco shortly after the first week or two of opening i have to say I'm so happy I gave this place another chance. I went in today for lunch with my 2 year old and two girlfriends and was just pleased all around. Our waitress was pleasant, our food was delicious, and there was no issue with wait time when it came to being seated or getting our food. Thai restaurant with potential and having good value for your money! Jo and I were in the mood for a food adventure and I checked around us for something new. After I read over the Yelp reviews, I wanted to order the Crab Lagoos as an app., when Jo said we should try their appetizer tower which consists of 4 Crab Lagoos, 4 fried spring rolls and 4 fried dumplings. We ordered then inquired if the lunch specials were available on a Sunday and found that they were and I went with the Spicy Crisp Lime Chicken and Jo opted for the Teriyaki Chicken specials which were priced a good bit lower than their dinners. This is were we made an ordering error as we didn't know that the specials each also came with two fried spring rolls! We ended up with an abundance of spring rolls and more food than we had expected. The spicy crispy lime chicken was good (not spicy at all), it could have been better if their was more of the light tangy "vinegary sauce" that is mixed in with the fresh crispy veggies (that are not fried) that are served mixed with the fried chicken bites. The meal also comes with a scoop of white rice, but without any "sauce" the rice doesn't seem to go as well with the meal. Jo really liked her meal which was served nice and hot and had a lot of flavor (except for the white sauce that was served on the side that was really bland (but not needed). The appetizers in the tower were good, but not wow! The fried dumplings were tasty as well as the crab Lagoos, unfortunately the spring rolls were just OK and I'd pass on them. Which is a bummer as this is the appetizer you get with the luncheon specials... Food & Beverages - 3.5-4 Teriyaki Chicken as very good! Crispy Lime Chicken needed some more spice or sauce. Fresh made iced tea served with limes (our request as they had no lemons) was very good. Service 4 One waitress covered the restaurant having up to five tables and did very well keeping up with refills and our other requests. Atmosphere 4 Thai art work and curios are abundant, clean and comfortable tables. Price 4.5 Lunch specials are very well priced with included appetizer (I wish the spring rolls were better...). The dinner portions are large so I suggest splitting a dinner if your partner can agree... OA - 4 While not a wow on all the food, it is worth us exploring the menu again on a repeat visit. Went there the first time and can say that the food was ok. Definitely had better Thai food but is not the worst. Ordered the appetizer platter it was good. You could taste the artificial syrup flavor in the Thai tea and the bubbles were just thrown on top of the ice instead on the bottom. The curry definitely needed some more flavor and kick to it. Chicken pad thai was missing the cucumber salad that is supposed to come with it, so was bummed about that. The crab lagoo is DELICIOUS. Crab rangoon are pitiful compared to the crab lagoo. Had Thai ice tea, 2 of (level 5)Tom Yum goong with a side of cooked rice noodle, and mango sticky rice. $44 before tip. - It took about 2 and a half hours from the moment the waitress took my order to when I received my check. So you have to be very patient. - The dessert came out before the meal. - The rice that came with mango sticky rice had no coconut milk or even smell at all. - Tom yum was basically a spoonful of Tom yum paste with water with a few chopped tomatoes, a couple of mushrooms, no spice or lemongrass. And I had to pay extra $3 for shrimp. AND I ordered level 5, and wasn't spicy at all like tap water. - A side of noodle I ordered with the soup wasn't cooked. I felt like I was choking down a bunch of plastic straws. The waitress eventually took it back and brought a new bowl of noodles which took forever. - There was only 1 condiment basket in the restaurant I assume? I had to share with other tables. So tasty! I loved my chicken Pad Thai; the lunch special version came with spring rolls. I'm not a fan of spring rolls but these were so good that I would order them on their own! The place is not the most inviting from the outside, but few places in Hinesville really are. The inside, however made up for it. You could tell they really took the time into making it a pleasant lunch or dinner spot. My party was seated promptly. Everyone's Thai Tea was on the table quickly. The one downside was how long it took for my Pad Thai to come out. I was initially brought some curry dish with rice, and for a moment I had to ask myself, since when does Pad Thai come with rice? There was some sort of mix up because I waited quite a while for my dish to come back out. That was a bummer and made our time at the restaurant longer than it would have been if my meal was correct initially. This is my favorite restaurant in the Hinesville Georgia area! It has a spacious dining area and a great selection of Thai dishes and even Thai drinks/beer. The service is good and the owner is a pleasant and friendly Thai lady. Portions are generous and you don't get charged for extra rice. Prices are very affordable, with lunch menu being much cheaper. I love the Thai lemon chicken lunch special, served with egg rolls. Compared to food served in Thailand, the quality and taste are comparable. I highly recommend trying it at least once. My aunt and I popped in for a late dinner on a Monday night. The atmosphere here was very cool, it's dimmer, but unique. Our waitress was friendly and attentive. It wasn't busy when we went in, but you could see them bagging lots of takeout orders.
