    Vegetable fried rice
    Shvada T.

We were seated right away, the service was smooth, and the restaurant was very clean. As for the food..it was just okay. The vegetable fried rice needed more seasoning, so I had to add soy sauce to give it a little flavor boost. The General Tso's shrimp was actually really good and crispy with a nice kick of flavor. The chicken in garlic sauce, on the other hand, was just meh. It felt like something was missing. Overall, it wasn't a bad experience, but nothing that really stood out. We're not in a hurry to go back, but it was worth trying once.

Pork belly bun served 'eater-friendly' hot, fresh and delicious.

Excellent lunchtime experience with my wife, teenage grandson and out of town guests + an un-tried Asian restaurant recently reopened where a short lived seafood place once resided=an unbelievable "home run" in food variety, style, cleanliness and ambiance! (Etang deserves every accolade!!) At lunch, don't expect a 'Cheap-side' page of fast food type items, cheap. Instead, there is a wide variety of well thought out small plates, and full-size offerings. Small plates are about $9 per, and full plates are about $17-19. each. The big thing to understand is that all of the plates were shareable. While we each ordered items that caught our individual tastes, when shared on the big "lazy Susan" in the center of our table we all enjoyed the shared experience and had great food and a wonderful experience. The manager's name was Felix, and the service was on point without being intrusive. Recommend: orange peel chicken, fried pan dumplings, edamame, any of the bun offerings (shown is the pork belly bun) and more. With the volume and varieties of items enjoyed we left very happy, and with incredible flavors dancing in our mouths for about $15 per person including tip, and one order of Sake. Knock and a new, taste-door will open for you...thank me later!

Visited on 5/17/26 around 5-530pm. Sat immediately. Very clean space, decorated well. Friendly host and server. Ordered cha shu buns, soup dumplings, chili wontons, dan dan noodles, chicken soup dumplings, and dry pot chicken. All the food was delicious, prepared and served fresh. Plenty of food for 2 people, well priced. 10/10 Would recommend

Etang Asian Bistoro in Pooler is INCROYABLE! I'm a massive fan of their Hot Oil Wonton! This company has a few locations near by and this is my favorite as their interior is stunning. The ambiance is great for date night and birthday dinners. The service is nice and they have very hard working associates. Try their hot oil wonton and other dim sum options! I love their pork soup dumplings, despite not being much of a pork eater. It's the best one in comparison to their chicken soup dumpling.

We wanted to give the E Tang Asian Bistro location a try to see how it compared to the original E Tang Asian Restaurant--unfortunately, this one didn't quite hit the mark for us. We ordered beef and broccoli, sweet-and-sour chicken, pan-fried noodles with beef, egg drop soup and sticky buns. The service itself was good: we were seated quickly, drinks came right away, and our server checked on us multiple times. No complaints there. That said, the food was where things fell short. The portions were noticeably smaller than the Savannah location. The beef in both the beef and broccoli and the pan-fried noodles was very chewy, which took away from the overall experience. The sweet-and-sour chicken was a bit overcooked and crunchy--still edible, but not great. The pan-fried noodles had good flavor, but again, the chewy beef was an issue. Initially, they brought me the wrong soup kind of debated me for a moment telling me it was the right one, but it wasn't. They correct the right one though after a longer conversation. The ambiance of the restaurant is very nice and clean. Lots of cherry blossom decorations on the ceiling make it feel warm. It was clean and did not smell bad. Our total came out to about $86 with tip, which isn't bad price-wise, but for the quality and portion size, it didn't feel worth it compared to the other location. Overall, it's okay, but definitely a step down. If I'm craving E Tang, I'd skip this Pooler spot and go back to the original Savannah location instead.

Absolutely a fine of a place with excellent food and service. We got the crispy spicey fish, snow pea tips, shrimp soup dumplings. All were tasty. Customer service was also really good.

Have you ever had a meal that was so yummy that you think of it the next day? That's my experience with ETang in Pooler. I've been to downtown's original location several time, but their new restaurant is much better (in my opinion). I got the garlic cucumbers-- delish! For an entree I had the cashew chicken. It was a nice sized portion. The sauce was super yummy. The service was great. The restaurant is done very well with lots of seating.

I usually take pics of our food but this time the food came out quickly and was delicious and hot. Will go back!

First time here with my dad after a round of golf and the food was delicious! And the service was TOPSHELF! I'll definitely stop again when I'm in town. My dad is a regular here so they came highly recommended.

On my initial visit, I was thoroughly impressed by the establishment's ambiance, which exuded a relaxed and inviting atmosphere. The waiter was exceptionally friendly and attentive to our needs. The culinary offerings were exceptional, with a wide array of delectable dishes that presented a formidable challenge in selecting our meal. We had the Mongolian lamb, the shrimp soup dumplings, and the scallop with garlic sauce.

As soon as we arrived we were greeted immediately by a friendly staff member. The background piano gives off nice chill vibes. We ordered general tso chicken and fried dumplings. The general tso was so yummy!! Crispy and flavorful! Dumpling were good too. So excited to have them in Pooler!

Delicious Peking Duck. This was 1/2 duck. It's definitely enough for 2 people.

The service is phenomenal. Food was delicious. This was my second visit and the meal was the best I've had anywhere in a while. Beautiful spacious decor. Very clean, pristine restaurant.

I should have known it was going to be bad when he tried to order for two days and couldn't get through. He tried calling in an order on Friday for Saturday and after calling about 10 times he got a person and that person told him to call back on Saturday. On Saturday he called a bunch of times and finally got through. Ordered us a half-tray with an extra pound of shrimp added and two Maine lobster tails. This plus an $8 soup-sized container of garlic butter was $80. To our surprise when we got home we had about half a pound of shrimp in our tray. It's supposed to come with 1.5 pounds and then we added an extra pound for nearly $15, only to find out we had about 15 shrimp total. It was mostly potatoes with 6 ears of corn, and some sausage. We tried calling them about their mistake and they didn't care, just said sorry better luck next time. Really???? We definitely weren't about to drive another hour and a half to go get the missing items even if they offered, but we were hoping they would offer us a replacement next time or something. They just don't care. To top off the goat rodeo, when we got there there's a sign on the door saying cash only that their credit card machine was down. They were sending people to an ATM down the street which had a $8 withdrawal fee. And when you get there to pick up your order, there isn't a separate line to pick up pre-made orders, so we had to stand in line 25 minutes (took that lone to move 8 customers through) in order to pick up our incomplete order. My buddy who loves this place was bewildered at how small the shrimp were. He had picked this up once before and the shrimp were twice the size of what we got, small shrimp. And to top it all off, he told me how great, how sweet the shrimp were...they were not good. The skin was hard to peal and the flesh would come off with the skin....I've had better shrimp from Walmart. ' I will never spend my money here again. I would have been way better off going to a sit down seafood restaurant and it might have been cheaper. Definitely better and more accurate service.

"No, I didn't Anna Mae, that was a gas station." "Yea, I know Will, that was PhatGirlz", replied Anna Mae. "Oh, I thought the GPS was off", replied Will. "Yea Will, it's the GPS..." said Anna Mae. And so as our Will and Anna Mae discovered what we all know who really enjoy eating delicious, tastebud tantalizing, tum tum satisfying outstanding home cookin know, your Chef/Owner here at PhatGirlz can really craft the best home cookin we tasted in the Savannah area. Yea man, it is good-oud! We decided to dined in, being tortured by the Leopoldo's ice cream case the entire time as our food was prepared fresh because we gave up ice cream for lent. But I have been distracted and stayed from our focus here. Anybody got some ice cream? We covered the ambiance, FatzGirlz's is located in a gas station with a very clean restaurant, concrete floors, and three, two top tables. So dining in has limited seating but is very pleasant. But fret not, they offer carry out meals which are very popular as there was a continuous stream of customers the entire hour and a half we dined that did not stop. Here is why we enjoy going to a restaurant, it's the FOOD! And the food here is savory, tasty, hot, perfectly cooked, and an awesome eating experience. They offered us the best corn bread we have ever eaten topped with a chef recipe Maple and Bourbon topping which tasted fantastic. We ate the Salmon, crabmeat and shrimp and I could not finish it because it was a large portion which almost never happens. So come prepared to eat. My lovely, pristine beauty dining mate had their kissed fried shrimp that were so light, the shrimp floated above the surface of the table waiting patiently as they danced into our mouths. The candied sweet potato's were divine, and the collard greens were perfect. You don't just enjoy this food, you savor every bite! We met our Chef/Owner, her Sister, and our Server who were all a hoot and a lot of fun to talk with in this Family affair restaurant. I could go on, and on here but do yourself, your Family, and friends a favor by piling them all into your wide ride, and slide on over to PhatGirlz so they can all, thank you, and they will, for helping them enjoy a great meal.
