This makes my second visit here and I've enjoyed both visits and will definitely visit again whenever I'm in the area. I ordered the Pad See Ew with porkbelly, it was to die for. My daughter ordered the Egg Fried Rice with Chicken that was so delicious, some of the best fried rice ever. I also ordered Thai Pink Milk, I enjoyed my Thai drink so much. The staff is so nice and helpful. The bathrooms were nicely decorated and very clean. My daughter enjoyed visiting here so much she came out the very next day on her lunch break. We can't wait to eat here again.

Very tasty Thai food! Helpful staff & cozy environment. The staff took the time to make the boat noodles vegetarian and the broth was very tasty. Great place to get soup, especially on a rainy day.

If a business is using third party delivery, please make sure to package it so that the customer can tell if their food has been tampered with!!!! I ordered take out and one thing about take out that is really important to me is how the packaging of the food is done for my own peace of mind: restaurants need to put the food in a paper bag with a sticker seal. They need to also staple it if possible. This ensures there is no tampering with the food. Otherwise I do not know for sure. The food was good but not a lot of it. Then bag is easy to open.

Savannah, Georgia Yummy! This place is a small restaurant with big taste. Started off with a spicy edamame. So delicious. We then ordered the pineapple fried rice thinking it would be enough food. The amount is plenty. The food has great flavor. But we wanted to try something else so we got more. We asked for the spice to be medium. Did not think that it was too spicy. Next time I would ask for slightly hotter. Every plate that went out from the kitchen had so much food. The place is nonstop busy. Anna was our waitress and so incredibly kind. She smiled the entire time we were at the restaurant. We were staying down on the river at a hotel, but took the drive to come to this restaurant. We were not disappointed.

Klom Klom Thai is a must visit on the Southside! The curb appeal alone is vibrant and striking. The restaurant draws diners to it with fun colors from the outside. When you enter you will find a small space, but it has been utilized well with the tables. That is the majority of the space. There is a small bar area, and the kitchen in back. The menu has a wide variety to choose from. There is something to please every palate. You get a choice of spice level. I chose medium with my dish to be safe. I will say next time I will up the heat. Because I like a little kick. I got the pork boat noodles. They were delicious! Well seasoned and the pork was tender. The vegetables were not overcooked. The service was great. Our server was attentive. My friend was going to order the mango sticky rice. They told us the mango was not ready yet. Instead of putting mango on the dish that was not ready. Some restaurants would just to make the sale. I greatly appreciated their honesty. Next time I will try ordering to go. I saw quite a few people picking up to go orders. I will definitely be back to this local spot!

The food is always good here. It's not a big place but it's comfortable and the staff is super friendly. The food comes out hot and in a timely fashion.

I absolutely enjoyed eating here. This hidden gem next to Top Crab is a small, quaint little restaurant with nice decor and friendly smiles when you walk in. Came here on Monday evening for dinner, and when we entered, we were the only ones in the restaurant. Our waiter, Andrew, was very nice and attentive and he made sure the kitchen got our orders right. Apps we got: basil roll and fried tofu (I forgot a pic of the tofu and almost forgot to capture the basil roll, but got one. They are a pretty decent size.) The fried tofu was surprisingly good with the sweet chili sauce (and not fried too hard). Mains we got: fried rice (one with chicken and one with salmon) and green curry with vegetables. My family loved their food and the green curry was also delicious. I love that they don't skimp on the veggies. I will definitely be back!!!

I always get the Spicy Lemongrass Noodles (baseline usually not very spicy- you can add table side spices to your liking). They vary a little year to year but I always enjoy them. Cold air inside, waters stayed full, but it can be fairly noisy depending who you're sat next to and how busy the place is. Tables can be a bit tight for a couple as you'll only get a 2 top (they get busy and need to save the larger tables for bigger parties). We were able to order before the 10 top next to us, so our food came out super fast! (Yay!!) Could use two bathrooms though, the one they have is large but when they are packed it can be quite a wait. Lots of metered street parking on Broughton and nearby streets. We'll be back again!

Makes it fun to try dishes from different locations, especially for those unfamiliar with Asian cuisine. Very pricey menu. Pad Thai 2.5/5 could have had way more flavor and had zero spice, and they didn't ask if we wanted a spice level at all. Flavor came out once chili sauce was added. Red spicy noodles were spicy and yummy! 5 spice BBQ pork plate was super flavorful, loved this dish! Lychee sake martini just tasted like lychee juice which was great. They also add in 2 lychees to eat/garnish! A good spot, nothing to write home about. Probably wouldn't come back, there was nothing wrong with the place, just nothing exceptional.

Verenice was the BEST! Give that girl a raise or a promotion! She was doing it all! From taking orders, bringing food out, and cleaning up tables! She helped us navigate the menu/ordering. She also brought out our food to the table and was so helpful during our first time here. There were lots of ramen options to choose from. You choose your broth and meat option and that tells you your price. You can add extra toppings for additional costs. Runs about less than $20 a person. They have fountain drink options as well as other Asian drinks. They have rice bowl options as well as meat on a stick. They don't have kids meal options but it's about $8 for noodles and broth. Which is a good option for kids. I ordered shoyu broth for my son. I didn't realize it would taste so salty. I understand it's a soy sauce broth. But most ramen broths I've had isn't to that degree. I asked if they could add hot water to the hot water to make it less salty. Verenice again was so helpful, she brought the ramen back out and said if I needed more water added to just ask. I will say I did not appreciate the additional comments from some of the kitchen staff. The place is decorated with lots of anime characters. They have a vending machine with goodies. A claw machine with stuffed animals and lots of Pokémon cards for sale.

Saigon Cafe on Waters Ave. closed, and that was the last place I knew in Savannah that served that exquisite, clear soup. I always get chicken soup (pho ga). The new owners are doing good work, but I'd been spoiled. The broth doesn't have the depth, and it isn't hot enough. It's gotta come smoking, fogging glasses, clearing sinuses. But Boomy's brings the broth. I've been there two or three times, and it's my new pho go-to. The noodles are wider than At Saigon Cafe, but that's fine; they hold their bite longer without getting mushy. Please note: Boomy's is a bar on Congress Street in Downtown Savannah. It's wheelchair accessible and laid back. A Dad out with his two young boys asked if one kid could use the bathroom and was welcomed ... no purchase, no hesitation. And a lady in a wheelchair with her companion and her dog ducked in for a soft drink and a rest. Everyone's welcome. Nothing about its façade or dive-bar vibe suggests it serves bangin' Vietnamese food. Waitstaff is quick to show you the burger menu on the back, in case pho isn't your jam. Because they serve Thai food as well, they're careful to have you choose your heat level. They're happy to give you pepper flakes on the side and Sriracha at the table. But my pho didn't need it. My lunch companion got the rare beef pho. The hot soup came with thin slices of beef wrapping in foil on the side. Drop it in and it cooks. Looked delicious. My pho ga was amazing. I rarely can eat it all, but I did that day. My only minor complaint is that the bean sprouts looked a little less than fresh, but I'm not a big fan of them in soup anyway. Didn't slow me up one bit. But I AM a big fan of their cucumber and tomato salad. Cukes, chopped tomatoes, grated carrots, and maybe grated radish were all dressed with fish sauce, maybe rice vinegar, and a little sugar. If I'd had some cilantro I would have added it; cilantro is expensive these days. Can't blame them for not including it. It may be available by request. Oh, and try the cocktails. I had the tequila cooler and subbed watermelon vodka for cucumber vodka. So refreshing. Go to Boomy's. Get there on one of the few remaining cool days of spring. Or if you come down with a spring cold. Or if you work downtown in an office meat locker, go to warm up from the inside out. It's worth the hunt for parking.
