I was initially told that my copay would be $30 for Dr. Helen and $20 for Dr. Deanne, and that my insurance had been checked. About a month later, I found out through my insurance that I was actually responsible for 30% of the bill. When I brought this up, the front desk person first denied saying that, and later offered to settle the account based on the $30 copay amount. However, there was no apology or clear explanation for the confusion. We had also discussed that the 4/30 bill would be handled later once I received the insurance check, since my card had already been charged the full $150 for that visit. Yesterday, when I tried to bring this up again, the front desk person would not let me explain and kept insisting that my bills had already been taken care of. She also said she does not handle billing, but did not clearly explain who does or who I should contact. What made the experience worse was the attitude. When I tried to understand who handles billing, bookings, and patient communication, she responded defensively and said, "Oh, now you are saying I don't do anything," which was not what I said. I was simply trying to understand who was responsible for what, especially since she had said she does not handle billing or appointments for all doctors. The most upsetting part was being personally insulted and called a "sad person who makes other people sad." That is completely inappropriate in any service environment, especially in a healthcare or wellness practice where patients come for care and support. This was not the first time she referred to me as a "sad person," and it felt dismissive and disrespectful, especially as someone coming in with severe shoulder pain and trying to resolve basic billing and appointment issues. The communication around appointments was also frustrating. When I switched to Dr. Deanne and asked how to book with her, I was told to check online with no clear guidance. After asking again, I was eventually sent a link by text, but only after being told, "I don't handle her appointments." Yesterday, I checked in and sat in the doctor's office for several minutes, but the doctor was not informed. I had to go back and ask twice, and the front desk person clearly seemed upset about it. The last two months of dealing with this front desk experience have been extremely frustrating. Patients deserve clear communication, patience, and basic respect when trying to resolve billing and appointment issues especially when it's caused by the provider . Overall, this experience fell far short of the level of professionalism and respect patients deserve

Place looks so clean and soothing! Very relaxing atmosphere... Tried to get a session in right away but they were fully booked at the time, so the receptionist book me for an hour later.. Came back an hour later and got the 90 minutes Thai Aroma massage... It was spectacular just how i like it. Its half oil deep tissue (kind of) and half traditional thai massage (stretching) I've always had a stiff back problem and the therapist definitely delivered and made me feel ALOT better afterwards! Felt great the next day as well, no sore whatsoever! All staffs were very professional, nice, and friendly! Will definitely come back and refer to my friends! Best massage I've had in a long time. I have been dealing with hip and piriformis issues - pain created from cycling and inadequate stretching. I've just finished my third session and already I feel my body opening up. I can sit cross-legged for the first time in years without pain. In addition to her skills as a therapist, I can sense her kind nature and genuine concern for my health. I have not felt this good in a long time. I wanted to try Sawadee after checking Yelp and am really glad I did. My therapist Sara was awesome, asking where I needed work, and then she convinced me to try Thai Aroma. I'm so glad she did. After the massage my body felt great, especially my hip which she was able to flex more than it had in a long time. The facility is clean, the environment soothing and the massage is top-notch. Do not say you had "Thai Massage" if you never been to this place. This is the best Thai massage I ever had in my entire life. I'm Thai and I can tell what the best Thai Massage is going to be. Out of the 30 times I've visited, I've only had one bad experience. The therapists here understand human anatomy extremely well, and constantly communicate with you for the right pressure level. Got the combo massage (30 min foot, 30 minute body) which was $50 + $5 additional charge for credit card payment. It was more like 10 minutes on the feet and 50 minutes on the rest of the body. This massage was half clothed. My masseuse had me remove my top and wear a spa wrap garment, covering my upper body but open on the back. The shared massage room had four beds total with curtains that could separate the individual spaces to make them more private. The environment was dimly lit with soothing melodies playing in the background. The pressure during my treatment was good, on the strong side as requested, with the use of hot stones, heated pads, and ashiatsu. I was surprised to find they do back walking in the shared room, but I don't mind a variety of techniques being used as long as it's effective. I honestly don't need all the extras (like burning stones and fancy coverings), just a simple massage focused on loosening my knots. And my masseuse did that for the most part, though she was more successful when using her elbows and forearms. Staff was friendly here too, even with limited communication. Overall, I had a positive experience.

I called ahead to make an appointment for a 60 minute massage, but when I arrived, the only person available to do my massage was the receptionist. Kim did a good job on the massage (excellent pressure and very relaxing), but she had to run out a couple of times to address her front desk duties. I was happy with the massage, so I tipped 20%, which came out to be less than $20 (this is worth mentioning for what happens at my next appointment), then was on my way. I should also mention that on my way out, a man next to me at the counter who seemed to be a staff member but very well could have been a customer was clearly staring at me but not talking to me--creepy! 2nd experience (today): 1 star. I made an appointment for a 60 minute deep tissue massage. I arrived a bit early. No one was at the front desk, so I waited until 5 minutes before my appointment time to ring the bell. A different receptionist help me get set up and into my room. My therapist, Amanda, started my massage 10 minutes late, but to her credit, she made up the time so that I got my full 60 minutes. Although the pressure was fine (I needed the strong pressure for my knots and sore muscles), she was a bit rough and sloppy with the massage. For example, she would grab my skin so that it felt like I was being pinched (I discovered a bruise from this when I got home), and she yanked my underwear around a lot (she could have done this with more care). As a result, I only wanted to tip the minimum 15%, but after she counted how much I gave her in front of me(!!), she pulled out a sign that the business requires a minimum of a $20 tip for 60-minute massage because she couldn't express herself in English and got her coworker to explain that tipping at a massage parlor is different than tipping at a restaurant as the therapists work very hard. There are so many things wrong with this. My initial complaint is that they should be more transparent with their pricing by posting this sign up with their prices, but guess what? That's illegal, which is why they showed me a sign after the fact. Also, asking for a tip makes it not a tip. Finally, I would sure love to hear what restaurant servers have to say about her response because I guess servers don't work as hard as massage therapists? In all seriousness, if businesses need to provide a better wage for their workers, increase the massage price; tips need to be earned! Tips were traditionally meant To Insure Proper Service, but I definitely did not receive proper service. Try at your own risk, but the quality of your massage is hit or miss and I wouldn't want to support the business practices and customer service that I experienced.

"Imperfect Spa & Massage" I had a massage here about 3…read moremonths ago, and the person giving the massage was also manning the front desk. After 4 instances of leaving the massage room during my massage to tend and talk to other employees, I expressed my displeasure. She was apologetic and didn't accept a tip at the end which I offered so I decided to give her another chance and I returned this week. But - the same exact thing occurred! After she left the room to chat with someone else, and returned, I told her if she left again, that I would want to end the session. I told her this happened before with her and it's not professional. She took out google translate (that was nice) and said the economy was bad and they don't have a receptionist. That is not an excuse for accepting a 90-minute appointment and failing to fulfill the commitment. She couldn't guarantee that she wouldn't leave the room, so I ended it. It was better when Harmony ran the place. I would NOT recommend this establishment. Splendid Foot near Ranch 99 is much better and very professional. I didn't mention that she pressured me to pay as much cash as I had, the rest on CC, and she wanted a tip in advance. I told her my policy was to tip after the service based on quality (and I'm an excellent tipper)! I will never return there and caution you to save your time and money.

Nothing particularly awful. He just said they weren't good massages. Not worth it. We always go to Happy Feet downtown on Villa Street. At least once-twice a month. Their massages are always amazing no matter who is providing the service. But out of convenience, my husband thought he'd try out this "Perfect Spa & Massage" and decided it's a nope.

I did 90 mins deep tissue only on my upper body and my masseuse went over every knot and spent her time going over it. I haven't had a true deep tissue massage. This is the place!
