I just had the best massage! My gosh she popped my ears and opened up my sinuses. I'm probably the worst client because I am extremely tight on my upper body. I did 90 mins deep tissue only on my upper body and my masseuse went over every knot and spent her time going over it. I haven't had a true deep tissue massage. This is the place! read more

Decent massage, terrible front desk They overbooked themselves and switched my therapist to someone else mid way, so I ended up with two people. At the end I still gave a 20% tip and the front desk lady tried to have me add additional $2 to round up because two people worked on be so she wants to split $8 for each of them. I didn't ask for two people? they did that themselves and then forcing me to tip above an already pretty generous (20%) tip even though the experience switching to a diff person mid way was terrible. They did a decent job with the massage but only ruined by their front desk service and switching of therapists and then demanding tip for two workers. If you want to have a talking with your staff/ front desk about customer service: I came in friday nov 21 at 3pm and left around 4pm and it was whoever was working front desk at 4pm. To the owner: looks like you've had multiple similar situations from reviews below and if this isn't addressed with your staff, the business will likely suffer. read more

i booked my mom a hot stone massage for mother's day. And my mom said the stones were too hot they felt like they going to burn her. And they offer her water then never brought her any water. The towels they used look old. The massage was overall mid apparently. I gave a small tip because i'm a broke college student. Unethical. I got a one-hour massage for $70 with a $2 service fee, which I was totally fine with. The massage was just okay. I only had $11 cash for a tip (15%), but the front desk said it wasn't enough--they expected $15-$20 (21-28%). When I offered to tip by card, they said it would cost another $2 fee. I won't be returning. Tips are a gesture of appreciation, not a requirement. I've never been pressured like this, especially with sarcasm and eye-rolling. . read more

I told the lady to be more gentle on my shoulders but she keep the same pressure and fast speed. I would recommend going to the location in Downtown Sunnyvale, they are more precise and gentle with you. Also they pushed tipping here, I asked if it was a requirement and she said yes, so be mindful of that. She laughed at me when I tip her 3 dollars but I didn't recived a good service worth tipping. Don't be deceived by the name of this place. It's way far off from healing. You will be stressed by the people who work there. You won't be relaxed during the session because all they do is talk to each other while massaging . They're very noisy and they demand their tip amount for a very lousy job! I just arrived from a long vacation and my body is hurting. I arrived few minutes past 9pm tonight and I thought am too late already. Glad that I was accommodated very well with the front desk personnel. Michelle my therapist is so great! She knows how to apply pressure in the sore areas with her soft hands. I just did the regular body massage not the deep tissue massage that I used too in this massage center and also it's my 4th time here and perhaps the best place that meets my needs. I came Nextdoor to buy a suit and saw the massage center and thought I would schedule an appointment for the following week when I pick up my suit... but right as I walk in the lady at the front said "i remember you. You don't tip" which is crazy because I literally never been here before in my life and she refused to let me schedule a visit!? I told her maybe it's someone else? I've been here 3 times and it's seriously the best deal in town. $65 for 1-hr massage. Rebecca was amazing, strong hands and super nice and funny, witty. My girlfriend and I got a Swedish couples massage. Her work is physically demanding so her lower back, shoulders and neck are often tight. I often have mid and lower back tightness and can be pretty ticklish so a good massage for me is few and far between. Masseuses used just the right amount of pressure to alleviate those trouble areas without making you feel like you're about to die lol. Looking for a good massage to cure my sore back and find this new place right on El Camino Real in Sunnyvale. The massage so excellent and the masseuse was able to locate my troubled knot and relieved my pain. She even step on my back and gave pretty good massage on my back.
